The construction of metal-organic coordination clusters（MCCs） using modular secondary building units is an important method for preparing functional *** this study,two new MCCs modularly assembled from Keggin-type {SiW12O40}H4TC4A=p-tert-Butylthiacalix[4]arene(SiW12) units and thiacalixarene-supported Co4-thiacalix[4]arene(Co4-TC4A polynuclear second-building units（PSBUs,H4TC4A=p-tert-Butylthiacalix[4]arene） are *** two MCCs,abbreviated as Co4-SiW12and Co8-SiW12,were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray *** Co4-SiW12is a supramolecular structure involving cation-anion interactions between Co4-TC4A PSBUs and ***8-SiW12features "barbell-like" shapes with two Co4-TC4A coordinatively linked to a Keggin-type SiW12unit on opposite via W-O_t-Co *** coordination of Co4-TC4A to SiW12in Co8-SiW12resulted in significantly improved photothermal conversion performances compared with Co4-SiW12and pure SiW12or ***-gap determination and photophysical analysis combined with density functional theory calculations indicated the binding mode between Co4-TC4A PSBUs and SiW12,which considerably influences the way of electron transport and the conversion ability of visible light to heat.

In this paper,an interference cancellation based neural receiver for superimposed pilot(SIP)in multi-layer transmission is proposed,where the data and pilot are non-orthogonally superimposed in the same time-frequency ***,to deal with the intra-layer and inter-layer interference of SIP under multi-layer transmission,the interference cancellation with superimposed symbol aided channel estimation is leveraged in the neural receiver,accompanied by the pre-design of pilot code-division orthogonal mechanism at *** addition,to address the complexity issue for inter-vendor collaboration and the generalization problem in practical deployments,respectively,this paper also provides a fixed SIP(F-SIP)design based on constant pilot power ratio and scalable mechanisms for different modulation and coding schemes(MCSs)and transmission *** results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed schemes on the performance of block error rate and throughput compared with existing counterparts.

Precisely *** micro-nanoscale characteristics and synergistic effect of metal-acid sites to regulate the distribution of hydroconversion products are significant but *** protonated carbocation intermediates triggered by tandem reaction on metal-acid region hinder target product formation due to their high reactivity and *** M/Zeolite hydroconversion catalysts,which often excel in simple synthesis,ease of separation and ***,they usually consist of sterically unconstrained metal centers which are isolated from acid sites,only providing limited coupling-selectivity to target ***,metal nanoparticles enveloped in acidic zeolite frameworks were developed and used for investigating the process of hydroalkylation of benzene to *** show that appropriate metal encapsulation comprising adequate efficient metal-acid units successfully avoids the more thermodynamically favorable hydrogenation of cyclohexene to cyclohexane,but steers to alkylation of cyclohexene with benzene to *** resulted in the highest cyclohexylbenzene yield of 47.7%among the reported work,and surpassed the performance of all supported M/Zeolite *** and theoretical results supported that the abundant bifunctional metal-acid units enhance the activation frequency and probability of intermediate *** work might provide insights for the integration strategy of dual active site and guidance for the construction of efficient"metal-acid balance"in tandem reactions.

Ten novel xanthones,garpedunxanthones A-G（1-5,6a/6b,7a/7b） and nujiangxanthone Q（8）,along with sixteen known analogs（9-24）,were isolated from Garcinia pedunculata and *** structures were elucidated through high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry（HR-ESI-MS） data,comprehensive nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR） spectroscopic analyses,and electronic circular dichroism（ECD） *** compounds without cytotoxicity were assessed for anti-inflammatory properties by measuring the inhibition of nitric oxide（NO） production in lipopolysaccharide（LPS）-induced ***-activity relationships are also *** 7b,19,and 21 exhibited significant anti-inflammatory activity with IC50values of 16.44±0.69,14.28±0.78,and 10.67±3.28 μmol·L-1,***-linked immunosorbent assay（EliSA） demonstrated that compounds 7b,19,and 21 inhibited the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 in a dose-dependent *** inhibitory effect of compo und 21 on IL-6 at 20 μmol·L-1was comparable to that of the positive *** network pharmacology studies,potential targets of compounds and inflammation were identified from PharmMapper and GeneCards *** Ontology（GO） and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes（KEGG） enrichment analysis revealed that the overlapped targets were intricately associated with major pathogenic processes linked to inflammation,including positive regulation of mitogen-activated protein kinase（MAPK） cascade,protein kinase activity,NO synthase regulator activity,MAPK signaling pathway,and EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance.

Thermally regenerative electrochemical cycle(TREC) is a novel and effective heat-to-electricity technology for harvesting low-grade ***,reported TREC analyses have been based on the Stirling cycle of ideal infinite heat source and infinite time for heat ***,this will lead to inaccuracy when the scenario deviates from the ideal *** this study,a systematic thermodynamic analysis on TREC is performed to address this *** on different heat transfer situations,the description of thermodynamic processes and the corresponding mathematical models are *** the same time,the TREC system,with the solar collector as the high-temperature heat source and the environment as the low-temperature heat source,is employed as a *** the study delved into discrepancies arising from incongruences between the practical operational process and the traditional ideal analytical methodologies,along with an investigation of the different thermal environment impact on system *** findings suggest that the finite analysis method should be used when the actual operating time of the system is shorter than the desired equilibrium *** the contrary,the use of the infinite analysis method,in this case,produces an error,the magnitude of which is directly related to the operating time,whereas when the time reaches 80% of the equilibrium time the error can be controlled to less than 2%.The influence of the heat source on the operating phase of the system is mainly in the temperature equilibrium and the rate of temperature *** effect is proportional to the thermal capacitance and is also positively related to the system ***,to improve system performance,it is recommended that a high-temperature heat source with a high ratio of thermal capacitance to system thermal capacitance should be selected and that the response time should slightly exceed the system equilibrium duration.

Poststro ke cognitive impairment is a major secondary effect of ischemic stroke in many patients;however,few options are available for the early diagnosis and treatment of this *** aims of this study were to(1)determine the specific relationship between hypoxic andα-synuclein during the occur of poststroke cognitive impairment and(2)assess whether the serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein level can be used as a biomarker for poststro ke cognitive *** found that the phosphorylatedα-synuclein level was significantly increased and showed pathological aggregation around the cerebral infa rct area in a mouse model of ischemic *** addition,neuronalα-synuclein phosphorylation and aggregation were observed in the brain tissue of mice subjected to chronic hypoxia,suggesting that hypoxia is the underlying cause ofα-synuclein-mediated pathology in the brains of mice with ischemic *** phosphorylatedα-synuclein levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly lower than those in healt hy subjects,and were positively correlated with cognition levels in patients with ischemic ***,a decrease in serum high-density lipoprotein levels in stroke patie nts was significantly correlated with a decrease in phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** ischemic stroke mice did not show significant cognitive impairment or disrupted lipid metabolism 14 days after injury,some of them exhibited decreased cognitive function and reduced phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** together,our results suggest that serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein is a potential biomarker for poststroke cognitive impairment.

Recent developments in chirality chemistry have revealed remarkable instances of atropisomers featuring multiple chiral elements. Despite significant progress in the synthesis and application of atropisomers, developing a synthetic protocol for the simultaneous introduction of axial and point chirality is still a fascinating challenge. In this context, we present a convenient and versatile method for synthesizing novel atropisomers with axial and point chirality. This approach, based on a new reaction mechanism with nickel-controlled Si–C bond activation, facilitates the controllable migratory insertion of aldehydes into the Ni–C bond. We utilize multidimensional strategies of desymmetrization, kinetic resolution and dynamic kinetic resolution to complete enantioselective nickel-catalyzed ring expansion of benzosilacyclobutenes with aldehydes. The design of multidimensional kinetic resolution, desymmetrization, and dynamic resolution, features a straightforward catalytic system, mild reaction conditions, and broad functional group tolerances. Various axially chiral biaryl oxasilacycles bearing carbon-or siliconstereogenic centers are obtained with excellent diastereo-and enantio-selectivities(up to >20:1 dr and >99.9% ee) through the use of a chiral Ni complex with a large cavity-type 1,1,4,4-tetra-aryl-2,3-O-isopropylidene-L-threitol(TADDOL)-derived phosphoramidite ligand.
