Efficacy and safety of perioperative therapy for locally resectable gastric cancer:A network meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials

Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), a common respiratory disease, can be effectively treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Qingfei Huatan, a TCM formula, has been reported to effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of COPD patients. However, there is a lack of multi-centre,randomised, double-blind, controlled clinical trials documenting the clinical efficacy and safety of this formula in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD(AECOPD).Objective: This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of Qingfei Huatan formula in the treatment of AECOPD, thereby providing high-quality clinical ***, setting, participants and interventions: A total of 276 patients with AECOPD were included in this multi-centre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial and were randomised into treatment and control groups at a ratio of 1:1. Patients in the treatment and control groups took Qingfei Huatan granules or simulated Qingfei Huatan granules twice a day, for 14 days, in addition to Western medicine treatment. All patients were followed up for 3 *** outcome measures: The primary outcome was time taken to symptom stabilisation. The secondary outcomes included duration of antibiotic use, clinical symptom and sign score, TCM syndrome score, dyspnoea score, and quality of life(QOL) score. Meanwhile, the safety of the formula was assessed through routine urine and stool tests, electrocardiograms, liver and kidney function tests, and the observation of adverse events throughout the ***: The time taken for effective stabilisation(P < 0.05) and obvious stabilisation(P < 0.01), and the duration of antibiotic use(P < 0.05) were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. On days 6, 9, 12 and 14 of treatment, clinical symptom and sign score decreased in both groups,particularly in the treatment group(P < 0.01). The China Space Station Telescope(CSST)is a two-meter space telescope with multiple back-end *** Fine Guidance Sensor(FGS)is an essential subsystem of the CSST Precision Image Stability System to ensure the required absolute pointing accuracy and line-of-sight *** this study,we construct the Main Guide Star Catalog for *** accomplish this,we utilize the information about the FGS and object information from the Gaia Data Release *** provide an FGS instrument magnitude and exclude variables,binaries,and high proper motion stars from the catalog to ensure uniform FGS guidance ***,we generate a HEALPix index,which provides a hierarchical tessellation of the celestial sphere,and employ the Voronoi algorithm to achieve a homogeneous distribution of stars across the *** distribution ensures adequate coverage and sampling of the *** performance of the CSST guide star catalog was assessed by simulating the field of view of the FGS according to the CSST mock survey strategy *** analysis of the results indicates that this catalog provides adequate coverage and *** catalog's performance meets the FGS requirements,ensuring the functioning of the FGS and its guidance capabilities.

Testosterone is closely associated with lipid metabolism and known to affect body fat composition and muscle mass in ***,the mechanisms by which testosterone acts on lipid metabolism are not yet fully understood,especially in *** this study,cyp17a1-/-zebrafish(Danio rerio)exhibited excessive visceral adipose tissue(VAT),lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis(DNL)*** assay for transposase accessible chromatinwithsequencing(ATAC-seq)results demonstrated that chromatin accessibility of DNL genes was increased in cyp17a1-/-fish compared to cyp17a1+/+male fish,including stearoyl-CoA desaturase(scd)and fatty acid synthase(fasn).Androgen response element(ARE)motifs in the androgen signaling pathway were significantly enriched in cyp17a1+/+male fish but not in cyp17a1-/-*** androgen receptor(ar)-/-and wildtype(WT)zebrafish administered with Ar antagonist flutamide displayed excessive visceral adipose tissue,lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis *** Ar agonist BMS-564929 reduced the content of VAT and lipid content,and down-regulated acetyl-CoA carboxylase a(acaca),fasn,and scd ***,the rescue effect of testosterone on cyp17a1-/-fish in terms of phenotypes was abolished when ar was additionally ***,these findings reveal that testosterone inhibits lipid deposition by down-regulating DNL genes via Ar in zebrafish,thus expanding our understanding of the relationship between testosterone and lipid metabolism in teleosts.

In this study,the double loaded Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF(NF:Ni foam)thin film catalysts were prepared for the first time via chemical deposition method at room *** optimizing the reducing agent concentration to 0.9 mol·L^(-1),the as-obtained Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF exhibited the twisted ribbon structure with more distinct three-dimensional hierarchy and the smaller particle size,showing the good catalytic property for the hydrolysis of NaBH_(4)*** H_(2)generation rate of Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF and binary Co-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF under visible light irradiation surpassed the value under natural *** apparent activation energy of Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF(45.0 kJ·mol^(-1))under visible light irradiation was obviously reduced when compared with the natural condition(48.4 kJ·mol^(-1))and binary Co-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF(60.6 kJ·mol^(-1))under visible light ***,the catalytic performance of the optimized Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF thin film catalyst was superior to most of the reported non-noble metal and even noble metal ***,it illustrated that the catalytic H_(2)production performance of Co-Fe-B@g-C_(3)N_(4)/NF thin film was distinctly improved after the introduction of light and multicomponent recombination.

神经发育障碍性疾病(NDDs)是由于多种遗传性或获得性病因导致的影响大脑多功能区的慢性发育性脑功能障碍;维生素D(Vit D)作为一种神经类固醇激素,可通过基因和非基因作用机制发挥功能。在过去的几十年里,关于Vit D水平与NDDs关系的研究发现,发育期Vit D缺乏是部分NDDs的危险因素;成长早期Vit D缺乏会影响大脑发育,扰乱大脑中的神经递质平衡,可降低机体和大脑的抗氧化能力。本文重点综述Vit D在脑组织中的作用机制、与NDDs的关系、近期研究的进展及尚未解决的问题,以期加深对Vit D在NDDs中作用的了解及为NDDs的诊治提供新的思路。
