BACKGROUND:Early detection and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma is crucial to improving the patients’ *** hemodynamic changes caused by tumors can be serially measured using CT *** this study,we used a CT perfusion technique to demonstrate the changes of hepatic hemodynamics in early tumor growth,as a proof-of-concept study for human early hepatocellular ***:VX2 tumors were implanted in the liver of ten New Zealand *** perfusion scans were made 1 week(early) and 2 weeks(late) after tumor *** normal rabbits served as *** perfusion parameters were obtained at the tumor rim,normal tissue surrounding the tumor,and control liver;the parameters were hepatic blood flow,hepatic blood volume,mean transit time,permeability of capillary vessel surface,hepatic arterial index,hepatic arterial perfusion and hepatic portal *** density and vascular endothelial growth factor were ***:At the tumor rim,compared to the controls,hepatic blood flow,hepatic blood volume,permeability of capillary vessel surface,hepatic arterial index,and hepatic arterial perfusion increased,while mean transit time and hepatic portal perfusion decreased on both early and late scans(P<0.05).Hepatic arterial index increased(135%,P<0.05),combined with a sharp increase in hepatic arterial perfusion(182%,P<0.05) and a marked decrease in hepatic portal perfusion(-76%,P<0.05) at 2 weeks rather than at 1 week(P<0.05).Microvessel density and vascular endothelial growth factor showed significant linear correlations with hepatic blood flow,permeability of capillary vessel surface and hepatic arterial index,but not with hepatic blood volume or mean transit ***:The CT perfusion technique demonstrated early changes of hepatic hemodynamics in this tumor model as proof-of-concept for early hepatocellular carcinoma detection in humans.

The presence of endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells in the adult mammalian brain suggests that the central nervous system can be repaired and regenerated after ***,whether it is possible to stimulate neurogenesis and reconstruct cortical layers II to VI in non-neurogenic regions,such as the cortex,remains *** this study,we implanted a hyaluronic acid collagen gel loaded with basic fibroblast growth factor into the motor cortex immediately following traumatic *** findings reveal that this gel effectively stimulated the proliferation and migration of endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells,as well as their differentiation into mature and functionally integrated ***,these new neurons reconstructed the architecture of cortical layers II to VI,integrated into the existing neural circuitry,and ultimately led to improved brain *** findings offer novel insight into potential clinical treatments for traumatic cerebral cortex injuries.

针对油田作业现场监控视频中的工人安全着装小目标检测效果较差的问题,提出了改进YOLOv5的油田场景规范化着装检测方法Cascade-YOLOv5(C-YOLOv5).首先搭建YOLO-people与YOLO-dress级联的小目标检测网络,定位行人目标,然后裁剪出行人区域并进行尺度变换,最后对行人进行安全着装检测;为了充分融合浅层与深层特征信息,在各级网络中使用4个不同尺度的卷积特征层来预测待检测目标.最后在原始图像中用不同颜色的框标出行人以及行人的着装部件类别,从而判定行人是否着装规范.实验证明,相比原始YOLOv5算法,C-YOLOv5方法不仅满足实时性的要求,而且检测的mAP提升了2.3%.同时,融合了深浅层信息的改进方法有效地增强了特征的表征能力,提高了小目标的检测精度.

Lightweight aerogels feature multifunctionality and a high porosity,yet accompanied with poor structure recovery under large strain *** this work,we develop an air bubble-ice crystal dual template and annealing strategy to integrate low density and high resilience for the conductive transition metal carbides/nitrides(MXene)composite *** air bubbles and ice crystals synergistically exclude the nanosheets to the gas-liquid interfaces,thereby constructing unique Y-shaped junctions and robust *** annealing process greatly enhances the interlayer *** external load,the Yshaped structures prevent the stress concentration at the junctions by transferring the forces to the skeleton for maintaining structural *** addition,the wrinkled and thick cell walls,together with the enhanced interlayer interactions,endow the aerogel with exceptional structural stability and *** a result,the MXene/reduced graphene oxide(RGO)composite aerogels exhibit superelasticity with reversible compressive strains of up to 95%.In addition,the electron bridging effect of the RGO sheets affords the aerogel to deliver excellent electromagnetic interference shielding performance,as high as 46.3 dB at 2.5 ***,the remarkable reshapeability of the aerogels allows for precise regulation of structure and performance(33.5-75.1 dB)by a simple wetting compression *** summary,this work offers helpful inspirations for developing lightweight and superelasticity aerogels for extensive applications.

As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2′′for coronal and disk observations,respectively,and a temporal resolution of 30–120 s and 1–120 s for coronal and disk observations,*** maximum exposure time can be up to20 s due to precise pointing and image stabilization *** the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(121.6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attain<10^-6 B⊙(B⊙is the mean brightness of the solar disk)at 1.1 R⊙and≤5×10^-8 B⊙at 2.5 R⊙.SDI and WST are solar disk imagers working in the Lyαline and 360.0 nm wavebands,respectively,which adopt an off-axis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2 R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal *** present the up-to-date design for the LST payload.

Porous organic cages(POCs)with permanent porosity and excellent host–guest property hold great potentials in regulating ion transport behavior,yet their feasibility as solid-state electrolytes has never been testified in a practical ***,we design and fabricate a quasi-solid-state electrolyte(QSSE)based on a POC to enable the stable operation of Li-metal batteries(LMBs).Benefiting from the ordered channels and cavity-induced anion-trapping effect of POC,the resulting POC-based QSSE exhibits a high Li+transference number of 0.67 and a high ionic conductivity of 1.25×10^(−4) S cm^(−1) with a low activation energy of 0.17 *** allow for homogeneous Li deposition and highly reversible Li plating/stripping for over 2000 *** a proof of concept,the LMB assembled with POC-based QSSE demonstrates extremely stable cycling performance with 85%capacity retention after 1000 ***,our work demonstrates the practical applicability of POC as SSEs for LMBs and could be extended to other energy-storage systems,such as Na and K batteries.

Design of floating offshore wind turbines(FOWTs)needs reliable and innovative technologies to overcome the challenges on how to better predict the dynamic responses in terms of aero-hydro-servo-elastic *** paper aims to demonstrate the optimized prediction of the dynamic response of FOWTs by Simulation annealing diagnosis algorithm(SADA).SADA is an Artificial Intelligence technology-based method,which utilizes the advantages of numerical simulation,basin experiment and machine learning *** actor network in deep deterministic policy gradient(DDPG)is adopted to take actions to adjust the Key disciplinary parameters(KDPs)in each loop according to the feedback of 6DOF motions of platform in dynamic response *** results demonstrated that the mean values of the platform's motions and rotor axial thrust force could be predicted with higher *** this basis,other physical quantities that designers are more concerned about but cannot be obtained from experiments and actual measurements will be predicted by SADA with more *** SADA method differs from traditional supervised learning applications in renewable energy,which do not need to be provided physical quantities with strong direct *** targets can be artificially set for SADA to obtain a better self-learning *** general,designers can use SADA to get a more accurate and optimized prediction of the dynamic response of FOWTs,especially those physical quantities that cannot be directly obtained through the basin experiments.

Vertical deformation before and after the 2022 Menyuan Ms6.9 earthquake and analysis of earthquake precursors

This study analyzed the vertical deformation before and after the 2022 Menyuan Ms6.9 earthquake in Qinghai Province,China,using leveling profiles across faults measured from Minle County in Gansu Province to Menyuan County in Qinghai *** results suggest the following:(1)The amplitude of regional vertical differential motion near the Sunna-Qilian and Lenglongling faults within the Qilian Shan increased before the 2022 Menyuan *** was accompanied by the emergence of high gradient deformation *** at the Tongziba cross-fault leveling site near the Sunan-Qilian fault was *** contrast,deformation at the Daliang cross-fault leveling site near the stepover region(adjacent to the epicenter)between the Lenglongling and Tuolaishan faults was *** 2018,vertical deformation at the Tongziba site notably accelerated,while that at the Daliang site was insignificant.(2)After the 2022 Menyuan earthquake,140—150 mm of subsidence deformation occurred near the Daliang site,while the Tongziba site did not experience significant deformation.(3)Vertical deformation before and after the 2022 Menyuan earthquake conforms with the elastic-rebound theory,and the evolution of pre-earthquake deformation was consistent with the strike-slip fault deformation pattern at different seismogenic stages,i.e.,the relative motion near the locked fault in the late seismogenic stage gradually *** characteristics of strain accumulation and release derived from the vertical deformation before and after the Menyuan MS6.9 earthquake help understand the deformation process of earthquake preparation and earthquake precursors.
