BACKGROUND Acute cholecystitis due to unintended cystic artery embolism is an uncommon and mostly self-limiting complication after transarterial chemoembolization procedure for treatment of hepatocellular ***,conservative management is sufficient for complete recovery of patients who develop this *** conservative treatment is ineffective,urgent surgical inter-vention may be required to prevent the progression of *** SUMMARY This article reports a rare and serious case of acute cholecystitis complicated by gallbladder necrosis and biliary peritonitis,which was initially treated conservatively but eventually necessitated emergency *** patient initially presented with equivocal symptoms of fever and upper abdominal pain and distention,which worsened at the two weeks mark along with emergence of signs of *** was managed by emergency laparotomy and cholecystostomy,allowing rapid symptom *** patient ultimately discharged and succumbed to advanced liver cancer 11 months after *** After cholecystostomy,the patient showed symptom relief and was discharged,surviving 11 months post-stage IIIB liver cancer diagnosis.

目的探讨第一跖骨横行截骨克氏针固定治疗轻中度[足母]外翻的短期疗效。方法回顾性分析2022年3月至2023年6月在天津大学天津医院接受手术治疗的44例(55足)[足母]外翻患者资料,根据手术方法分为横行截骨组(第一跖骨横行截骨克氏针固定)和Scarf截骨组(第一跖骨"Z"形截骨螺钉固定)。横行截骨组20例(25足),均为女性,年龄(54.56±3.13)岁(范围50~62岁),左12足、右13足,轻度外翻7足、中度外翻18足。Scarf截骨组24例(30足),男3例、女21例,年龄(52.43±5.46)岁(范围39~60岁),左15足、右15足,轻度外翻3足、中度外翻27足。比较两组患者的手术时间、术前和末次随访时的外翻角(hallux valgus angle,HVA)、第一、二跖骨间角(intermetatarsal angle,IMA)、美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)前足评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)以及术后并发症情况。结果两组患者均获得随访,随访时间(13.28±4.42)个月(范围6~18个月)。横行截骨组手术时间为(28.96±4.10)min,较Scarf截骨组(45.37±4.72)min短,差异有统计学意义(t=13.612,P0.05)。横行截骨组术前VAS和AOFAS评分分别为6.0(5.5,7.0)分和(48.40±6.04)分,末次随访时分别为2.0(1.0,2.0)分和(87.36±5.02),手术前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),末次随访时横行截骨组AOFAS评分高于Scarf截骨组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.610,P=0.012)。术后横行截骨组仅1足发生转移性跖骨痛,并发症发生率为4%(1/25);Scarf截骨组1足发生浅表伤口感染、1足发生转移性跖骨痛、6足出现关节僵硬,并发症发生率为27%(8/30)。结论第一跖骨横行截骨克氏针固定治疗轻中度[足母]外翻具有手术操作简单、有效缓解疼痛、快速恢复功能的特点,较Scarf截骨螺钉固定的软组织创伤小、并发症少,术后早期显示出良好的临床疗效。

Based on the high-resolution enhanced observation data of PM2.5 organic molecular tracers,aldehydes and ketone OVOC components,long-chain alkane IVOC components,and key species of atmospheric oxidation during September 1 to October 27,2023,the causes of PM2.5 and O3 pollution in Hangzhou were analyzed. Seven pollution processes were selected with the average daily concentration of PM2.5 exceeding 35 µg·m-3 or the maximum 8-hour concentration of O3 exceeding 160 µg·m-3. Then,these pollution processes were divided into four types:north-northeast transmission type(T1),east-southeast transmission type(T2),north-northwest transmission type(T3),and statically stable type(T4)by airflow trajectory. The research results indicated that the T2 pollution process exhibited strong PM2.5 and O3 composite pollution characteristics and the photochemical oxidation reaction of active VOC components,such as long-chain alkanes and terpenes in the atmospheric environment was the major pollution cause of this type. In the process of T1 and T3 pollution,the overall reactivity of VOCs was low,resulting in relatively weak O3 generation. However,the causes of PM2.5 in these two types of pollution processes were different. T1 pollution was affected by low temperature and high humidity meteorological conditions and the enhanced liquid-phase oxidation process led to a significant increase in nitrate concentration. T3 pollution was significantly affected by emissions from coal combustion,biomass combustion,and other sources,with a relatively high proportion of primary components in PM2.5. The T4 pollution process was significantly affected by local primary anthropogenic emissions,thus the control of local catering source and mobile source emissions must be strengthened. © 2025 Science Press. Constructing electrocatalytic overall reaction technology to couple the electrosynthesis of adipic acid with energy-saving hydrogen production is of significant for sustainable energy ***,the development of highly-active bifunctional electrocatalysts remains a ***,3D hierarchical nickel-copper alloying arrays with dendritic morphology are manufactured by a simple electrodeposition process,standing for the excellent bifunctional electrocatalyst towards the co-production of adipic acid and H2from cyclohexanone and *** membrane-free flow electrolyzer of Cu0.81Ni0.19/NF shows the superior electrooxidation performance of ketone-alcohol（KA） oil with high faradaic efficiencies of over 90% for adipic acid and H2,robust stability over 200 h as well as a high yield of 0.6 mmol h-1for adipic acid at 100 mA ***-situ spectroscopy indicates the Cu0.81Ni0.19alloy contributes to forming more active NiOOH species to involve in the conversion of cyclohexanone to adipic acid,while the proposed reaction pathway undergoes the 2-hydroxycyclohexanone and 2,7-oxepanedione ***,the theoretical calculations confirm that the optimal electronic interaction,boosted reaction kinetics as well as improved adsorption free energy of reaction intermediates,synergistically endows Cu0.81Ni0.19alloy with superior bifunctional performance.

AIM:To investigate the underlying factors by establishing a new paradigm for assessing control ability under stereopsis testing ***:This was a prospective observational *** evaluated the control ability of intermittent exotropia(IXT)patients in three conditions:natural 2D optotype viewing,2D optotype viewing with polarized glasses,and 3D optotype viewing with polarized *** with a smartphone,we captured videos to analyze the accurate time of spontaneous exodeviation and subsequent realignment before and after breaking ***,the correlation of stereopsis were also ***:A total of 48 patients(age range:4-33y;54.17%male)participated in the *** viewing 3D optotypes with polarized glasses,their median control scores were 1(interquartile range,0-4)at distance and 0(0-1)at *** scores were significantly better than those observed under natural viewing conditions,which were 2.5(1-5)at a distance and 1(0-3)at near(Friedman test,P=0.049).Furthermore,those subjects who exhibited exophoria(realignment within 2 seconds)while viewing 3D optotypes with polarized glasses were more likely to have measurable stereo vision(Kendall’sτb=-0.344,P=0.018).CONCLUSION:IXT patients exhibit enhanced control ability when using polarized glasses to view 3D optotypes,notably improving realignment *** expands our understanding of current tests and offers a potentially sensitive method for assessing IXT severity.

The burgeoning market for lithium-ion batteries has stimulated a growing need for more reliable battery performance monitoring. Accurate state-of-health(SOH) estimation is critical for ensuring battery operational performance. Despite numerous data-driven methods reported in existing research for battery SOH estimation, these methods often exhibit inconsistent performance across different application scenarios. To address this issue and overcome the performance limitations of individual data-driven models,integrating multiple models for SOH estimation has received considerable attention. Ensemble learning(EL) typically leverages the strengths of multiple base models to achieve more robust and accurate outputs. However, the lack of a clear review of current research hinders the further development of ensemble methods in SOH estimation. Therefore, this paper comprehensively reviews multi-model ensemble learning methods for battery SOH estimation. First, existing ensemble methods are systematically categorized into 6 classes based on their combination strategies. Different realizations and underlying connections are meticulously analyzed for each category of EL methods, highlighting distinctions, innovations, and typical applications. Subsequently, these ensemble methods are comprehensively compared in terms of base models, combination strategies, and publication trends. Evaluations across 6 dimensions underscore the outstanding performance of stacking-based ensemble methods. Following this, these ensemble methods are further inspected from the perspectives of weighted ensemble and diversity, aiming to inspire potential approaches for enhancing ensemble performance. Moreover, addressing challenges such as base model selection, measuring model robustness and uncertainty, and interpretability of ensemble models in practical applications is emphasized. Environment-sensitive fluorescent probes are commonly utilized in various fields, including fluorescence sensing and imaging. This paper describes the synthesis and photophysical properties of a novel class of solvatochromic fluorophores that incorporate biisoindolylidene as the core backbone. This study investigates the structure-property relationships of these newly developed fluorophores. The central biisoindolylidene acts as an efficient electron acceptor, and by modifying the aryl ring substituent at the 3,3 position, the photophysical properties of the fluorophores can be significantly enhanced, particularly in terms of photoluminescence quantum efficiency. Furthermore, when an electron-donor group replaces the aryl ring at the 3,3 position, intriguing solvatochromic behavior is observed. This leads to a red-shift in the maximum emission wavelength and an increase in the Stokes shift with increasing solvent polarity. In solvent dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO), the maximum emission wavelength can reach up to 750 nm,with a Stokes shift of approximately 150 nm. Finally, the potential application of the fluorophore in the detection of volatile acids is explored in a preliminary manner.

In this paper, we use the Riemann–Hilbert(RH) method to investigate the Cauchy problem of the reverse space-time nonlocal Hirota equation with step-like initial data: q(z, 0) = o(1) as z →-∞ and q(z, 0) = δ + o(1) as z → ∞, where δ is an arbitrary positive constant. We show that the solution of the Cauchy problem can be determined by the solution of the corresponding matrix RH problem established on the plane of complex spectral parameter λ. As an example, we construct an exact solution of the reverse space-time nonlocal Hirota equation in a special case via this RH problem.
