Magnesium(Mg)alloys that have both antibacterial and osteogenic prop.r.ies are suitable candidates for orthopedic ***,the fabrication of ideal Mg implants suitable for bone repair remains challenging because it requires implants with interconnected p.r. structures and p.r.onalized geometric *** this study,we fabricated a p.r.us 3D-printed Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr(denoted as JDBM)implant with suitable mechanical prop.r.ies using selective laser melting *** 3D-printed JDBM implant exhibited cytocompatibility in MC3T3-E1 and rAW267.4 cells and excellent osteoinductivity in ***,the implant demonstrated excellent antibacterial ratios of 90.0% and 92.1% for methicillin-resistant ***(MrSA)and Escherichia coli,*** 3D-printed JDBM implant prevented MrSA-induced implant-related infection in a rabbit model and showed good in vivo biocompatibility based on the results of histological evaluation,blood tests,and Mg2+deposition *** addition,enhanced inflammatory response and TNF-α secretion were observed at the bone-implant interface of the 3D-printed JDBM implants during the early implantation *** high Mg^(2+)environment produced by the degradation of 3D-printed JDBM implants could promote M1 phenotype of macrophages(Tnf,iNOS,Ccl3,Ccl4,Ccl5,Cxcl10,and Cxcl2),and enhance the phagocytic ability of *** enhanced immunoregulatory effect generated by relatively fast Mg^(2+)release and implant degradation during the early implantation stage is a potential antibacterial mechanism of Mg-based *** findings indicate that 3D-printed p.r.us JDBM implants,having both antibacterial prop.r.y and osteoinductivity,hold potential for future orthopedic applications.

Theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex is widely acknowledged to be attributed to the interaction between the cosmic rays(Crs)accelerated by the shock of sup.r.ova remnant(SNr)W51C and the dense molecular clouds in the adjacent star-forming region,***,the maximum acceleration capability of W51C for Crs remains *** on observations conducted with the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),we rep.r. a significant detection ofγrays emanating from the W51 complex,with energies from 2 to 200 *** LHAASO measurements,for the first time,extend theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex beyond 100 TeV and reveal a significant spectrum bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump"featured data from Fermi-LAT,the broadbandγ-ray spectrum of the W51 region can be well-characterized by a simple pp-collision *** observed spectral bending feature suggests an exponential cutoff at~400 TeV or a power-law break at~200 TeV in the Cr proton spectrum,most likely providing the first evidence of SNrs serving as Cr accelerators ap.r.aching the peV ***,two young star clusters within W51B could also be theoretically viable to produce the most energeticγrays observed by *** findings strongly supp.r. the presence of extreme Cr accelerators within the W51 complex and provide new insights into the origin of Galactic Crs.

The novel coordination structures of europium and terbium chloride-picolinamide complexes （EuCl3-（C6H6N2O）2.5H2O, Eu-pa and TbCl3.（C6H6N2O）2.5H2O, Tb-pa） are rep.r.ed. The crystal structures in the solid state are characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, FTIr, raman, FIr, THz and luminescence spectroscopy. In the crystal structures, the p.r.dyl nitrogen and carbonyl oxygen atoms in picolinamide are coordinated to the metal ions to form a five-membered ring structure. The exp.r.mental results indicate the similar coordination structures of Eu and Tb-pa complexes and the changes of hydrogen bonds and conformation provide models for the coordination structures of the ligands induced by complexation. The results of lanthanide ions with ligands having amide groups.

目的了解我国医学研究生科研投入、科研自我效能感和科研满意度的现状,探究科研投入在科研自我效能感和科研满意度之间的中介作用。方法 2021年6月至7月,采用自制问卷对74所院校的9 919名医学应届毕业研究生的科研投入、科研自我效能感和科研满意度进行横断面调查。采用t检验和方差分析比较不同人群特征之间的差异,利用pearson相关分析探究三者相关性,最后利用分层回归分析探究科研投入在科研自我效能感和科研满意度之间的中介效应。结果医学研究生科研投入评分为(3.68±0.91)分,科研自我效能感评分为(3.58±0.92)分,科研满意度评分为(3.70±0.99)分;科研投入与科研自我效能感呈正相关关系(r=0.96,pr=0.76,pr=0.75,pp<0.001)。结论科研投入在科研自我效能感和科研满意度之间起部分中介作用。院校可以通过提高科研效率,增加科研经费,培养医学研究生的科研兴趣,提高医学研究生科研自我效能感和科研投入等,提升医学研究生的科研满意度水平。

This study aims to characterize the cell atlas of the epididymis derived from a 46,XY disorders of sex development(DSD)patient with a novel heterozygous mutation of the nuclear receptor subfamily 5 group A member 1(Nr5A1)***-generation sequencing found a heterozygous c.124C>G mutation in Nr5A1 that resulted in a p.Q42E missense mutation in the conserved DNA-binding domain of *** patient demonstrated feminization of external genitalia and Tanner stage 1 breast *** surgical procedure revealed a morphologically normal epididymis and vas deferens but a dysplastic ***-based single-cell rNA sequencing(scrNA-seq)analysis found that the fibroblast cells were significantly increased(ap.r.ximately 46.5%),whereas the number of main epididymal epithelial cells(ap.r.ximately 9.2%),such as principal cells and basal cells,was dramatically *** analysis of cell–cell communications and gene regulatory networks at the single-cell level inferred that epididymal epithelial cell loss and fibroblast occupation are associated with the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT)*** present study provides a cell atlas of the epididymis of a patient with 46,XY DSD and serves as an imp.r.ant resource for understanding the pathophysiology of DSD.

In the early February,2020,we called up an exp.r.s' committee with more than 30 Chinese exp.r.s from 11 national medical academic organizations to formulate the first edition of consensus statement on diagnosis,treatment and prevention of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in children,which has been published in this *** accumulated exp.r.ences in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in children,we have updated the consensus statement and released the second edition *** current version in English is a condensed version of the second edition of consensus statement on diagnosis,treatment and prevention of COVID-19 in *** the current version,diagnosis and treatement criteria have been optimized,and early identification of severe and critical cases is *** early warning indicators for severe pediatric cases have been summarized which is utmost imp.r.ant for clinical *** version of exp.r.s consensus will be valuable for better prevention,diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in children worldwide.

The role of cyclooxygenase-2/prostanoid pathway in visceral pain induced liver stress response in rats

Background Cyclooxygenase （COX） is the rate-limiting enzyme in the production of prostanoids from arachidonic acid. COX-2 is the inducible enzyme in the COX family, together with the prostanoids forms the COX-2/prostanoid pathway. research showed that the COX-2/prostanoid pathway is activated in hepatic diseases and liver stress reaction, such as fibrogenesis, p.r.al hyp.r.ension, carcinogenesis, and ischemic/repeffusion injury. But there was no rep.r. on visceral pain induced liver stress. This study was to investigate the role of the COX-2/prostanoid pathway in liver stress response in rat acute colitis visceral pain liver stress model.Methods Fifty-three male SD rats were randomly divided into Naive, Model, NS398 treatment, and Morphine treatment groups. The rat acute colitis visceral pain liver stress model was established under anesthesia by the colonic administration of 0.5 ml of 6% acetic acid using a urethral catheter. NS398 and morphine were administrated 30 minutes prior to model establishment in NS398 and Morphine treatment groups respectively. Spontaneous activities and pain behavior were counted and the extent of colonic inflammation was assessed histologically. Liver tissue levels of Glutathione-S-Transferase （GST） activity, COX-2 mrNA, prostaglandin E2 （pGE2）, thromboxane B2 （TXB2） and 6-Ketone-prostaglandin F1α （6-K-pGF1α） contents were assessed.results Thirty minutes after the colonic administration of acetic acid, a significant decrease in spontaneous activities and an increase in pain behaviors were observed in Model group （p〈0.01 and p〈0.05 respectively）, accompanied by colonic inflammation. Liver GST activity levels significantly dropped （p〈0.05）. Liver COX-2 mrNA *** significantly increased, accompanied by an increase in liver concentrations of pGE2 and TXB2, but no obvious change in 6-K-pGF1α concentrations. NS398 and morphine both ameliorated post-stress liver GST activity （p〈0.05 and p〈0.01 respectively）, decreased stress-induced

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a public health disaster that has not been encountered for a hundred *** January 12,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)confirmed and named the coronavirus which caused unexplained pneumonia as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).Since then,the disease caused by this virus had been named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On February 11,2020,the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses announced that the English name of the novel coronavirus was severe acute resp.r.tory syndrome coronavirus 2(SArS-CoV-2)[1].At present,SArS-CoV-2 infection is still rampant *** of September 10,2021,there were about 222 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 4.5 million deaths worldwide[2].According to the American Centers for disease Control and prevention,by July 29,2021,4.19 million pediatric COVID-19 cases had been rep.r.ed in the United States。
