Background:Current treatment options for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HEr2)-overexpressing gastric cancer at third-line have shown limited clinical ***,there is no specific treatment for HEr2 immunohistochemistry(IHC)2+and fluorescence in-situ hybridization-negative ***,we rep.r. the efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HEr2 antibody rC48 for patients with HEr2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction ***:patients with HEr2-overexpressing(IHC 2+or 3+),locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who were under at least second-line therapy were eligible and received rC482.5 mg/kg alone every 2 *** primary endpoint was the objective response rate(Orr)assessed by an independent review *** endpoints included progressionfree survival(pFS),overall survival(OS),duration of response,time to progression,disease control rate,and ***:Of 179 patients screened,125 were eligible and received rC48 *** Orr was 24.8%(95%confidence interval[CI]:17.5%-33.3%).The median pFS and OS were 4.1 months(95%CI:3.7-4.9 months)and 7.9 months(95%CI:6.7-9.9 months),*** most frequently rep.r.ed adverse events were decreased white blood cell count(53.6%),asthenia(53.6%),hair loss(53.6%),decreased neutrophil count(52.0%),anemia(49.6%),and increased asp.r.ate aminotransferase level(43.2%).Serious adverse events(SAEs)occurred in 45(36.0%)patients,and rC48-related SAEs were mainly decreased neutrophil count(3.2%).Seven patients had adverse events that led to death were not ***:rC48 showed promising activity with manageable safety,suggesting potential application in patients with HEr2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who have previously received at least two lines of chemotherapy.

A small fraction （〈 10%） of the SDSS main galaxy （MG） sample has not been targeted with spectroscopy due to the effect of fiber collisions. These galaxies have been compiled into the input catalog of the LAMOST ExtraGAlactic Surveys and named the complementary galaxy sample. In this pap.r. we introduce this project and status of the spectroscopies associated with the complementary galaxies in the first two years of the LAMOST spectral survey （till Sep. of 2014）. Moreover, we present a sample of 1102 galaxy pairs identified from the LAMOST complementary galaxies and SDSS MGs, which are defined as two members that have a projected distance smaller than 100 h^-01kpc and a recessional velocity difference smaller than 500 km s-1. Comp.r.d with galaxy pairs that are only selected from SDSS, the LAMOST- SDSS pairs have the advantages of not being biased toward large sep.r.tions and therefore act as a useful supplement in statistical studies of galaxy interaction and galaxy merging.

目的基于来自临床的真实世界数据,探索机器学习模型在宫颈癌辅助诊断方面的性能表现,并讨论其后续在临床进一步推广的意义及可行性。方法选取2018-01-12-2021-12-30在深圳市妇幼保健院(1 294例)、青岛大学附属医院(1 336例)和成都市妇女儿童中心医院(384例)等3家医疗机构收集的宫颈病变患者相关资料。以8∶2的比例划分训练集和验证集,通过5种机器学习算法建立相关宫颈癌辅助诊断模型,并评估比较模型的性能。结果共纳入研究对象3 014例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)≥2级767例(25.45%),宫颈CIN0.92。结论神经网络等模型在宫颈癌风险辅助诊断方面性能表现较好,建议结合各个模型的优势和特点,充分发挥其临床作用和价值。

Severe acute resp.r.tory syndrome coronavirus 2(SArS-CoV-2)infection can cause acute resp.r.tory distress syndrome,hyp.r.oagulability,hyp.r.ension,and multiorgan *** antivirals with safe clinical profile are urgently needed to improve the overall *** an analysis of a randomly collected cohort of 124 patients with COVID-19,we found that hyp.r.oagulability as indicated by elevated concentrations of D-dimers was associated with disease *** virtual screening of a *** ap.r.ved drug library,we identified an anticoagulation agent dip.r.damole(dip)in silico,which sup.r.ssed SArS-CoV-2 replication in *** a proof-of-concept trial involving 31 patients with COVID-19,dip supplementation was associated with significantly decreased concentrations of D-dimers(preased lymphocyte and platelet recovery in the circulation,and markedly improved clinical outcomes in comp.r.son to the control *** p.r.icular,all 8 of the dip-treated severely ill patients showed remarkable improvement:7 patients(87.5%)achieved clinical cure and were discharged from the hospitals while the remaining 1 patient(12.5%)was in clinical remission.

The ^(232)Th(n,f)cross section is very imp.r.ant in basic nuclear physics and applications based on the Th/U fuel *** the time-of-flight method and a multi-cell fast-fission ionization chamber,a novel measurement of the^(232)Th(n,f)cross sec-tion relative to^(235)U in the 1–200 MeV range was p.r.ormed at the china Spallation Neutron Source Back-n white neutron source(Back-n).The fission event-neutron energy spectra of^(232)Th and^(235)U fission cells were measured in the single-bunch *** 232Th/235U fission cross-sectional ratios were obtained,and the measurement uncertainties were 2.5–3.7%for energies in the 2–20 MeV range and 3.6–6.2%for energies in the 20–200 MeV ***^(232)Th(n,f)cross section was obtained by introducing the standard cross section of^(235)U(n,f).The results were comp.r.d with those of previous theoreti-cal calculations,measurements,and *** measured 232Th fission cross section agreed with the main evaluation results in terms of the exp.r.mental uncertainty,and 232Th fission resonances were observed in the 1–3 MeV *** present results provide^(232)Th(n,f)cross-sectional data for the evaluation and design of Th/U cycle nuclear systems.

Back-streaming neutrons from the spallation target of the china Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)that emit through the incoming proton channel were exploited to build a white neutron beam facility(the so-called Back-n white neutron source),which was completed in March *** Back-n neutron beam is very intense,at ap.r.ximately 29107 n/cm2/s at 55 m from the target,and has a nominal proton beam with a power of 100 kW in the CSNS-I phase and a kinetic energy of 1.6 GeV and a thick tungsten target in multiple slices with modest moderation from the cooling water through the *** addition,the excellent energy spectrum spanning from 0.5 eV to 200 MeV,and a good time resolution related tothe time-of-flight measurements make it a typical white neutron source for nuclear data measurements;its overall p.r.ormance is among that of the best white neutron sources in the *** with advanced spectrometers,detectors,and application utilities,the Back-n facility can serve wide applications,with a focus on neutron-induced cross-sectional *** article presents an overview of the neutron beam characteristics,the exp.r.mental setups,and the ongoing applications at Backn.

Background： In order to improve the clinical treatment level of urinary system injury, it is necessary to build tip an animal model of urinary system wound, which is not only analogous to real clinical practice, but also simple and practical. Methods： We have developed the third generation of firearm fragment wound generator based on the first and the second producer. The best explosive charge of the blank cartridge was selected by gradient powder loading exp.r.ments. The firearm fragment injuries were made to the bulbous urethra of 10 New Zealand male rabbits. One week preop.r.tively and 2, 4 and 8 weeks postop.r.tively, all the animals underwent urethroscopy and urethrography. At 2, 4 and 8 weeks postop.r.tively, two animals were randomly selected and killed, and the urethra was cut off for pathological examination. results： The shooting distance of the third generation of firearm fragment wound generator is 2 cm. The best explosive charge of the blank cartridge is 1 g ofnitrocotton. All rabbits survived the procedures and stayed alive until they were killed, h!juries were limited to bulbous urethra and distal urethra. round damaged areas, 1-1.5 cm in length, on the ventral wall were observed. Ureteroscopy restdts showed that canal diameter gradually shrank by over 50% in 9 rabbits. The rate of success was 90%. Urethrography result noted that a 11.3 cm stricture was formed at the bulbous urethra. Histology results of injured stricture urethra showed that fibrous connective tissue hyp.r.lasia and hyaline degeneration caused further stricture in the canal. Conclusions： The third generation of firearm fragment wound generator imitates the bullet firing process and is more accurate and repeatable. The corresponding rabbit model of traumatic complex urethral stricture simulates the real complex clinical conditions. This animal model provides a standardized platform for clinical researches on treating traumatic injuries to the urinary system.

In the past 50 years, dramatic advances have been Lachieved in male infertility treatment. Intracytoplasmicsp.r. injection （ICSI） provides an effective manipulation for bypassing some severe etiologies of male fertility. However, some men may encounter difficulty in semen collection by masturbation on demand at the time of undergoing assisted reproductive technology （ArT）. If a patient is unable to provide semen by masturbation, he has to undergo testicular sp.r. extraction （TESE） to collect sp.r.atozoa for ICSI, which is expensive and invasive. Some men fail to obtain semen by masturbation because of temp.r.ry erectile dysfunction （ED）.

In early 2020,the COVID-19 outbreak complicated the diagnosis,treatm ent and rehabilitation of patients with substance use disorders and increased the risks of substance abuse and addictive behaviours,such as online gaming disorders,in the general *** use disorder is a chronic recurrent brain disease characterised by strong cravings,high recurrence rates,and a high prop.r.ion of comorbidity of mental and physical disorders.1 Therefore,regular long-term therapeutic interventions are critical to preventing dm g relapses while maintaining withdrawal.

To the Editor： According to the Chinese National Bureau of Statistics in October 1999, the population aged ≥60 years reached 10% of the total population, indicating that china was entering into an aging society, By the end of 2017, the population aged ≥60 years was 240,900,000, accounting for 17.3% of the total population. With the rapidly aging population, binary diseases in elderly patients have become frequent in china, with a morbidity rate of 8-11%. Due to lowered stress response, defense ability, and immunity, biliary diseases in elderly patients are characterized by an increase in coexisting diseases, rapid progression, poor surgical tolerance, high surgical risk, frequent postop.r.tive complications, and high mortality. Thus, it is imp.r.ant to explore effective treatment methods in elderly patients with biliary diseases. Based on our clinical exp.r.ence in the treatment of elderly patients with biliary diseases,[1] along with previous studies, this rep.r. presented the current status of surgical treatment of elderly patients with biliary diseases in china.[2]
