Under the influence of academic theories of numerous physicians of TCM such as Li Gao and Li Zhong-zi in antient China, Professor jia Chun-sheng proposed the academic thought of tonifying spleen and kidney in combination with acupuncture based on his clinical experience for decades. In clinical practice of acupuncture, Zhongwan （中脘 CV 12）, bilateral Tianshu （天枢 ST 25）, Qihai （气海 CV 6）, Guanyuan （关元 CV4） are often selected to invigorate spleen so as to nourish original qi and to treat both spleen and kidney. The above-mentioned five acupoints form a pattern similar to a star according to their location distribution, so it is called the starlike selection method of acupoints, which attaches importance to spleen and kidney （original qi）. Many diseases, especially internal injuries, are often treated with the starlike acupuncture manipulation combined with acupuncture at other acupoints, which achieves good clinical efficacy.

By virtue of rich academic experience, professor jia Chun-sheng can change the treatment method during clinical practice and implement different therapies according to the diseases, thus he can obtain effective and rapid results. In this study, the theoretical knowledge, application method and clinical experience of professor jia Chun-sheng in blooddraining therapy on the back were mainly introduced. Professor jia Chun-sheng focuses on two key viewpoints：＂Attacking pathogenic qi is to supplement deficiency,＂ and ＂Eliminating stagnant pathogen can clean the intestines and stomach, and removing concretions and conglomerations can harmonize Fing and wei＂, which have been considered as the important theoretical bases of direction of clinical practice. Generally, professor jia Chun-sheng conducts blood-draining therapy at Dazhui （大椎 GV 14）, Feishu （肺俞 BL 13）, Xinshu （心俞 BL 15）, Geshu （膈俞 BL 17）, Ganshu （肝俞 BL 18）, Pishu （脾俞 BE 20） and Shenshu （肾俞 BL 23） on the back in order to improve the blood circulation in local and corresponding zong-fu organs, thus being beneficial to harmonize qi and blood, or eliminate dampness, heat, wind, stasis and toxins. In the process of blood-draining, professor jia Chun-sheng combines the blood-draining pen with vacuum cup to replace the traditional blood-draining tools, which makes the blooddraining therapy easy to learn and use.

Mechanically lined pipe(MLP)is often used for offshore oil and gas transport because of its low cost and corrosion *** installation and operation,the pipe may undergo severe bending deformation,which causes the liner to separate from the outer pipe and buckles,affecting the stability of the whole *** this paper,the buckling response of MLP subjected to bending is investigated to clarify its bending characteristics by employing both experiments,numerical simulation,as theoretical *** types of MLPs were manufactured with GB 45 carbon steel(SLP)and Al 6061(ALP)used as the outer pipe material,*** hydraulic expansion and bending experiments of small-scale MLPs are *** addition to the ovalized shape of the cross-section for the SLP specimens,the copper liner was found to wrinkle on the compressive *** contrast,the liner of ALP remains intact without developing any wrinkling and collapse *** addition,a dedicated numerical framework and theoretical models were also *** was found both the manufacturing and bending responses of the MLP can be well reproduced,and the predicted maximum moment and critical curvatures are in good agreement with the experimental results.

In a crowd density estimation dataset,the annotation of crowd locations is an extremely laborious task,and they are not taken into the evaluation *** this paper,we aim to reduce the annotation cost of crowd datasets,and propose a crowd density estimation method based on weakly-supervised learning,in the absence of crowd position supervision information,which directly reduces the number of crowds by using the number of pedestrians in the image as the supervised *** this purpose,we design a new training method,which exploits the correlation between global and local image features by incremental learning to train the ***,we design a parent-child network(PC-Net)focusing on the global and local image respectively,and propose a linear feature calibration structure to train the PC-Net simultaneously,and the child network learns feature transfer factors and feature bias weights,and uses the transfer factors and bias weights to linearly feature calibrate the features extracted from the Parent network,to improve the convergence of the network by using local features hidden in the crowd *** addition,we use the pyramid vision transformer as the backbone of the PC-Net to extract crowd features at different levels,and design a global-local feature loss function(L2).We combine it with a crowd counting loss(LC)to enhance the sensitivity of the network to crowd features during the training process,which effectively improves the accuracy of crowd density *** experimental results show that the PC-Net significantly reduces the gap between fullysupervised and weakly-supervised crowd density estimation,and outperforms the comparison methods on five datasets of Shanghai Tech Part A,ShanghaiTech Part B,UCF_CC_50,UCF_QNRF and JHU-CROWD++.

BACKGROUND In the current World Health Organization classification,acinic cell carcinoma(AcCC)of the breast is considered a rare histological subtype of triple-negative breast *** of the few reports in the literature,data concerning clinical outcomes are ***,we report a case of AcCC of the breast in a 48-year-old woman.A 48-year-old woman with a mass in her right breast came to our hospital for further *** and an ultrasound(US)scan showed a mass in the upper inner side of the right *** then underwent surgery to resect the mass in her right *** pathological examination revealed that the tumor had abundant acinar-like structures formed by tumor cells with prominent eosinophilic granules in the cytoplasm,consistent with acinar cell *** results of immunohistochemical analysis supported the diagnosis of breast acinar cell *** months later,she underwent breast-conserving surgery and sentinel lymph node *** pTNM stage was *** surgery,the patient received 30 radiotherapy *** patient was followed up for a period of one year,and no recurrence was *** of the breast is a rare type of malignant *** it is usually asym-ptomatic and can be detected by imaging studies,routine breast US or mamm-ograms are ***,there are no characteristic diagnostic imaging findings or clinical manifestations,so immunohistochemical examination is critical for an accurate diagnosis of AcCC of the breast.

A dent is a common type of defects for submarine *** submarine pipelines,high hydrostatic pressure and internal pressure are the main *** pipelines bend due to complex subsea conditions,the compression strain capacity may be *** into the local buckling failure and accurate prediction of the compressive strain capacity are important.A finite element model of a pipeline with a dent is *** buckling failure under a bending moment is investigated,and the compressive strain capacity is *** effects of different parameters on pipeline local buckling are *** results show that the dent depth,external pressure and internal pressure lead to different local buckling failure modes of the pipeline.A higher internal pressure indicates a larger compressive strain capacity,and the opposite is true for external *** the ratio of external pressure to collapse pressure of intact pipeline is greater than 0.1,the deeper the dent,the greater the compressive strain capacity of the *** as the ratio is less than 0.1,the opposite is *** the basis of these results,a regression equation for predicting the compressive strain capacity of a dented submarine pipeline is proposed,which can be referred to during the integrity assessment of a submarine pipeline.

Patients with complete spinal cord injury retain the potential for volitional muscle activity in muscles located below the spinal injury ***,because of prolonged inactivity,initial attempts to activate these muscles may not effectively engage any of the remaining neurons in the descending pathway.A previous study unexpectedly found that a brief clinical round of passive activity significantly increased volitional muscle activation,as measured by surface *** this study,we further explored the effect of passive activity on surface electromyographic signals during volitional control tasks among individuals with complete spinal cord *** patients with chronic complete thoracic spinal cord injury were *** electromyography data from eight major leg muscles were acquired and compared before and after the passive activity *** results indicated that the passive activity led to an increased number of activated volitional muscles and an increased frequency of *** the cumulative root mean square of surface electromyography amplitude for volitional control of movement showed a slight increase after passive activity,the difference was not statistically *** findings suggest that brief passive activity may enhance the ability to initiate volitional muscle activity during surface electromyography tasks and underscore the potential of passive activity for improving residual motor control among patients with motor complete spinal cord injury.
