A modified multi-component solute diffusion equation described with diffusion flux was derived in detail based on the classical MaxwellStefan diffusion theory. The friction between the solute species and the soil skeleton wall, which is proportional to the relative velocity between the solute species and the soil skeleton, is introduced. The chemical potential gradient is considered the driving force. A one-dimensional model for transport of multi-component solute in saturated soil was developed based on the modified diffusion equation and the modified competitive Langmuir adsorption equation. Numerical calculation of a case of two heavy metal ion species, which was chosen as an example, was carried out using the finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics. A comparative analysis was performed between the multi-component solute transport model developed in this study and the convection-diffusion transport model of single-component solute based on Fick's law. Simulation results show that the transport behavior of each species in a multi-component solute system is different from that in a single-component system, and the friction characteristics considered in the developed model contribute to obstructing the movement of each solute component. At the same time,the influence of modified competitive Langmuir adsorption on solute transport was investigated. These research results can provide strong theoretical support for the design of antifouling barriers in landfills and the maintenance of operation stability.

Porous silicon(PSi)was applied as a supporting substrate for stepwise covalent derivatization of undecylenic acid, N-hydroxysuccinimidyl ester(NHS-ester)and nitrilotriacetic acid(NTA).By taking the advantages of porous silicon as a supporting matrix such as high surface area to volume ratio,infrared transparency,porous semiconductors for laser desorption/ionization mass spectroscopy,and low fluorescence background,a multi-mode detection biochip prototype can be realized. We prepared such a protein microarray by spotting NTA microarray dots on NHS-ester derivatized PSi,converting the rest of chip area into poly(ethylene glycol)background,loading NiII,and finally affinity-binding histidine-tagged(His-tagged)*** the multi-mode analyses of infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),atomic force microscopy(AFM),matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectroscopy(MALDI-MS),and fluorescence scanning,two example proteins,His-tagged thioredoxin-urodilatin and His-tagged aprotinin,were well qualified and quantified.

Effective management of malignant tumor-induced bone defects remains challenging due to severe systemic side effects,substantial tumor recurrence,and long-lasting bone reconstruction post tumor *** and its alloys have recently emerged in clinics as orthopedics implantable metals but mostly restricted to mechanical ***,by deposition of calcium-based bilayer coating on the surface,a Mg-based composite implant platform is developed with tailored degradation characteristics,simultaneously integrated with chemotherapeutic(Taxol)loading *** delicate modulation of Mg degradation occurring in aqueous environment is observed to play dual roles,not only in eliciting desirable osteoinductivity,but allows for modification of tumor microenvironment(TME)owing to the continuous release of degradation ***,the sustainable H2 evolution and Ca2+from the implant is distinguished to cooperate with local Taxol delivery to achieve superior antineoplastic activity through activating Cyt-c pathway to induce mitochondrial dysfunction,which in turn leads to significant tumor-growth inhibition in *** addition,the local chemotherapeutic delivery of the implant minimizes toxicity and side effects,but markedly fosters osteogenesis and bone repair with appropriate structure degradation in rat femoral defect *** together,a promising intraosseous administration strategy with biodegradable Mg-based implants to facilitate tumor-associated bone defect is proposed.

Accurate altimetric measurement not only can be applied to the calculation of a topography model but also can be used to improve the quality of the orbit reconstruction in the form of crossovers. Altimetry data from the Chang＇E-1 （CE-1） laser altimeter are analyzed in this paper. The differences between the crossover constraint equation in the form of height discrepancies and in the form of minimum distances are mainly discussed. The results demonstrate that the crossover constraint equation in the form of minimum distances improves the CE- l orbit precision. The overlap orbit performance has increased - 30% compared to the orbit using only tracking data. External assessment using the topography model also shows orbit improvement. The results will be helpful for recomputing ephemeris and improving the CE-1 topography model.

Pt(Ⅱ)-based metallacycles,as an important family of supramolecular coordination complexes(SCCs),have exhibited excellent antitumor activity at the cell ***,the biomedical applications of Pt(Ⅱ)-based metallacycles for animal studies are still hindered by their poor stability,non-targeted tumour,and lack of detectable feedback for evaluating therapeutic ***,we propose a strategy that introduces melanin dots as a biomedical platform to load bright-emission Pt(Ⅱ)-based metallacycles,thereby constructing a theranostic agent that enables photoacoustic imaging(PAI)-guided chemo-photothermal combinational *** dots act as a protective carrier to preserve the integrity of Pt(Ⅱ)-based metallacycles before uptake by tumour ***,the PAI signal from melanin dots furnishes more comprehensive information on the ***,the heat generated after NIR laser irradiation can not only trigger the apoptosis of tumour cells but also promote the deeper penetration of Pt(Ⅱ)-based SCCs into tumour tissue,thus enhancing the efficiency of chemotherapy.

Based on a[2]rotaxane precursor with exchangeable pentafluorophenyl ester stoppers,a new wheelassembling approach has been successfully developed for the precise sequence control of hetero[3]rotaxanes,leading to the facile and efficient synthesis of both sequence isomers of hetero[3]*** importantly,taking advantage of the chirality retention along with the wheel-assembling process,corresponding sequence isomers of chiral AIEgenfunctionalized hetero[3]rotaxanes were further precisely ***,the resultant hetero[3]rotaxanes revealed remarkable sequencedependent aggregation-induced emission(AIE)behavior and circularly polarized luminescence performance with large dissymmetry factors up to 0.012,highlighting the great power of the newly coined sequence engineering concept in developing novel AIE-active chiroptical *** proof-ofconcept study lays the foundation for investigation of the structure-property relationships of heterorotaxanes that can further direct the rational design and precise synthesis of sequence-defined heterorotaxanes with desirable properties for practical applications.

New Measurement Method for Spline Shaft Rolling Performance Evaluation using Laser Displacement Sensor

In order to control the quality of spline shaft in rolling process, an efficient measurement method for rolling performance evaluation is essential. Here, a newly developed on-machine non-contact measurement prototype based on laser displacement sensor and rotary encoder is proposed. The prototype is intended for the automated evaluation of the spline shaft rolling performance by measuring the dimensional change of tooth root, which is correlated with the surface residual stress and micro-hardness. Laser displacement sensor and rotary encoder are used to record the polar radius and polar angle of each point on measuring section. Data are displayed in a polar coordinate system and fitted in a gear. Through multipoint curvature method, the roots of spline shaft are recognized automatically. Then, the dimensional change can be calculated by fitting the radius of the tooth root circle before and after rolling. Systematic error covering offset error is also analyzed and calibrated. At last, measurement test results show that the system has advantages of simple structure, high measurement precision(radius error < 0.6 μm), high measurement efficiency(measuring time < 2 s) and automatic control ability, providing a new opportunity for the efficient evaluation of various spline shafts in high-precision mechanical processing.
