BACKGROUND Developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH)is a common osteoarticular deformity in pediatric orthopedics.A patient with bilateral DDH was diagnosed and treated using our improved technique"(powerful overturning acetabuloplasty)"combined with femoral rotational shortening *** SUMMARY A 4-year-old girl who was diagnosed with bilateral DDH could not stand normally,and sought surgical treatment to solve the problem of double hip extension and *** this child had high dislocation of the hip joint and the acetabular index was high,we changed the traditional acetabuloplasty to"powerful turnover acetabuloplasty"combined with femoral rotation shortening *** the short-term postoperative follow-up(1,3,6,9,12,and 15 months),the child had no discomfort in her lower *** the braces and internal fixation plates were removed,formal rehabilitation training was actively carried *** Our"powerful overturning acetabuloplasty"combined with femoral rotational shortening osteotomy is feasible in the treatment of DDH in *** technology may be widely used in the clinic.

【目的】探究KOH改性烟秆生物炭对铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)复合污染土壤中烤烟Pb、Cd吸收的影响,以期为利用烟秆生物炭改良重金属污染土壤及降低烤烟重金属污染风险提供参考。【方法】试验采用盆栽方式模拟Pb、Cd复合污染植烟土壤环境,设Pb、Cd复合污染浓度(PC)与生物炭用量(T)2个因素。Pb、Cd污染浓度分别为0和0 mg/kg(PC0)、30和500 mg/kg(PC1)、60和1000 mg/kg(PC2);改性烟秆生物炭用量(炭/土质量比)分别为0(T0)、2%(T1)和4%(T2);共9个处理。移栽后60 d取样,测定不同处理的烟株干物质积累量、Pb和Cd含量及积累量,计算Pb、Cd富集系数和转运系数。【结果】复合污染水平(PC1和PC2)下,施用改性烟秆生物炭会降低烟株干物质积累量,且降低幅度随改性烟秆生物炭施用量的增加而增大。同一污染水平下,随着改性烟秆生物炭施用量增加,烟株各器官的Pb、Cd含量显著降低(P<0.05,下同),其中,PC1T2处理烟株根、茎、叶的Pb含量较PC1T0处理分别降低75.60%、46.17%、66.63%,Cd含量分别降低82.29%、74.97%、77.67%;PC2T2处理烟株根、茎、叶的Pb含量分别较PC2T0处理降低56.96%、62.90%、69.83%,Cd含量分别降低76.80%、70.84%、59.13%。施用改性烟秆生物炭后,烟株中Pb和Cd的积累量、富集系数也均呈降低趋势,其中,PC1T2处理的烟株Pb和Cd总积累量较PC1T0处理分别显著降低71.54%和83.90%,富集系数分别显著降低64.35%和72.32%;PC2T2处理的烟株Pb和Cd总积累量较PC2T0处理分别显著降低68.13%和77.49%,富集系数分别降低41.23%和25.71%。在一定的污染水平下,施用改性烟秆生物炭能抑制Pb和Cd从土壤向烟株根系的转移能力,其中,PC1T2处理Pb和Cd的TF_(土壤-根)较PC1T0处理分别显著降低68.00%和76.44%,PC2T2处理Pb和Cd的TF_(土壤-根)较PC2T0处理分别显著降低37.93%和45.55%。【结论】在Pb、Cd复合污染植烟土壤中施用KOH改性烟秆生物炭能抑制烟株对Pb、Cd的吸收,有效降低烟株体内Pb、Cd含量及积累量,缓解Pb、Cd复合污染对烟株的毒害作用。

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Looking back at modem China's 100-year history of forensic science education,we have found a number of forensic science pioneers from the Zhejiang Province who have made historic contributions to forensic science *** paper briefly reviews the lives and achievements of these pioneers in chronological *** include Song-Ming Xu,Ji-Zu Wang,Lv-Gao chen,Jin-Chang Zhu,Ying-Han Xu,Mei-yun Wu,jia-Zhen Zhu,Guang-Zhao Huang,zhan-Pei Zheng,and Shi-Xian *** is only worth writing about if it teaches us about the *** historical review sets examples for both current and future forensic pathologists to learn from the contributions of these pioneers.

目的:比较胸大肌三角肌间沟入路和肩关节前外侧入路治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折术后关节活动度。方法:选取2011年3月-2015年9月在我院诊治的老年人肱骨近端骨折患者49例,根据手术不同入路分为肩关节前外侧入路组(观察组)29例和胸大肌三角肌间沟入路组(对照组)20例。术后3个月、12个月随访时比较两组患者肩关节活动度。结果:本次研究患者均完成随访,3个月随访时观察组后伸、外旋、上举、外展明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。12个月随访时观察组后伸、外旋、外展显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用肩关节前外侧入路比胸大肌三角肌间沟入路能改善肩关节术后关节活动度。
