New Understanding on the Memory Effect of Crystallized iPP

In this study, recovery processes of isotactic polypropylene （iPP） melted spherulites at 135 ℃ after melting at higher temperatures （170 ℃-176 ℃） were investigated with polarized optical microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The recovery temperature was fixed to exclude the interference from heterogeneous nuclei. After melting at temperatures between 170 ℃ and 174 ℃, the melted spherulite could recover back to the origin spberulite at low temperatures. Interestingly, a distinct infrared spectrum from iPP melt and crystal was observed in the early stage of recovery process after melting at low temperatures, where only IR bands resulting from short helices with 12 monomers or less can be seen, which indicates that the presence of crystal residues is not the necessary condition for the polymer memory effect. Avrami analysis further indicated that crystallization mainly took place in melted lamellae. After melting at higher temperatures, melted spherulite cannot recover. Based on above findings, it is proposed that the memory effect can be mainly ascribed to melted lamellae, during which crystalline order is lost but conformational order still exists. These conformational ordered segments formed aggregates, which can play as nucleation precursors at low temperatures.

A monoclonal antibody-based competitive ELISA for the determination of ruscogenin in Chinese traditional medicines and biological samples

A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was developed to determine ruscogenin(RUS) by using the monoclonal antibody(McAb). The monoclonal antibody against RUS, secreted from the established hybridoma cell lines, was identified as being of the IgG1 isotype. The McAb exhibited high specificity to RUS, showing a very slight cross reactivity with diosgenin(15.7%), and no cross-reactivity to sarsasapogenin, diammonium glycyrrhizinate, oleanolic acid and notoginsenoside R1. The established ELISA, at an IC50 value of 157.55 ***-1 and a detection limit(IC20) of 20.57 ***-1, was compared with HPLC analyses, and a good correlation between ELISA and HPLC-ELSD analyses of RUS in the extract of Radix Ophiopogonis was obtained. The experimental data indicated that the ELISA method exhibits more advantages over HPLC-ELSD, such as low detection limit, high specificity, low background, and no requirement for sample pre-treatment, and is more suitable for the determination of natural components in Chinese traditional medicines and in biological samples for pharmacokinetic studies.

Wheel wear comparison between motor car and trailer of intercity train

Soil CO_2 Flux in Different Types of Forests Under a Subtropical Microclimatic Environment

The flux of carbon dioxide （CO2） from soil surface presents an important component of carbon （C） cycle in terrestrial ecosystems and is controlled by a number of biotic and abiotic factors. In order to better understand characteristics of soil CO2 flux （FCO2） in subtropical forests, soil FCO2 rates were quantified in five adjacent forest types （camphor tree forest, Masson pine forest, mixed camphor tree and Masson pine forest, Chinese sweet gum forest, and slash pine forest） at the Tianjiling National Park in Changsha, Hunan Province, in subtropical China, from January to December 2010. The influences of soil temperature （Tsoil）, volumetric soil water content （0soiI）, soil pH, soil organic carbon （SOC） and soil C/nitrogen （N） ratio on soil FCO2 rates were also investigated. The annual mean soil FCO2 rate varied with the forest types. The soil FCO2 rate was the highest in the camphor tree forest （3.53 ± 0.51 μmol m-2 s-I）, followed by, in order, the mixed, Masson pine, Chinese sweet gum, and slash pine forests （1.53 ± 0.25 μmol m-2 sl）. Soil FCO2 rates from the five forest types followed a similar seasonal pattern with the maximum values occurring in summer （July and August） and the minimum values during winter （December and January）. Soil FCO2 rates were correlated to Tsoil and 0soil, but the relationships were only significant for Tsoil. No correlations were found between soil FCO2 rates and other selected soil properties, such as soil pH, SOC, and C/N ratio, in the examined forest types. Our results indicated that soil FCO2 rates were much higher in the evergreen broadleaved forest than coniferous forest under the same microclimatic environment in the study region.

【目的】采用数据挖掘方法探讨溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)缓解期的中医用药规律,为临床遣方用药提供参考。【方法】检索2000年7月至2022年12月发表在中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang Data)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)中有关中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎缓解期患者的临床研究或医案类文献。运用Excel 2019对纳入文献的处方药物进行频数统计、性味归经分析,采用Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 26.0进行关联规则分析、聚类分析,并用Cytoscape 3.9.1构建药物的关联网络图。【结果】共纳入文献121篇,提取得到药物167味,其中高频药物为24味,主要包括白术、茯苓、木香、黄连、党参、白芍、薏苡仁、黄芪、炙甘草、当归、陈皮、山药等。药物功效分类以补虚药、清热药、理气药、利水渗湿药、止血药、解表药、温里药、收涩药、化湿药、活血化瘀药为主;药性以温、平、寒为主,五味偏甘、苦、辛,用药大多归脾、胃、肺、肝经。挖掘得到25个药物关联规则,聚类分析得到5个组方。【结论】中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎缓解期的组方多由参苓白术散、四神丸、痛泻要方等经典方加减而成,药物配伍体现了从脾论治的治疗思想,健脾除湿、行气调血并重,后期注重补火助阳,多药相合,多法并用以标本兼治。

A novel method for metal-free C-H borylation of 2-(N-methylanilino)-5-fluoropyridines and 2-benzyl-5-fluoropyridines has been reported. The 5-fluoropyridine directed borylation reaction exhibited high efficiency and site exclusivity. The useful protocol could be executed on a gram-scale easily and the borylated products showed good derivatization applications. Moreover, the practicality of the strategy was expanded by the fact that the directing group could be removed in an acceptable yield.

不同磷肥用量下红壤区早稻季产量与田面水磷素动态变化

探明红壤区早稻季产量与田面水磷素动态变化,为红壤稻区的水肥管理提供数据支撑。于2022年开展不同磷肥用量的田间试验,设置P_(2)O_(5)用量分别为0、26.6、33.8、41.1、48.3、55.6、62.8、70.1 kg/hm^(2)(分别为P0、P26.6、P33.8、P41.1、P48.3、P55.6、P62.8、P70.1处理),测定磷素吸收量与早稻产量,监测施肥后0、1、3、5、7 d田面水总磷浓度和含量的变化,并分析监测期内水稻产量、磷素吸收量及田面水总磷含量与磷肥用量的相关关系。结果表明:水稻磷素吸收量随磷肥用量的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势。以P55.6处理磷素吸收量最高,其次是P48.3、P62.8、P41.1、P33.8、P26.6和P70.1处理,但均未达到显著差异,P0处理最低,拟合计算发现,最佳磷肥用量为50.29 kg/hm^(2);早稻产量呈随磷肥用量先增加后降低的趋势,P0处理产量最低,其次是P26.6处理,二者均显著低于其他施磷处理,其他各处理间未达到显著差异,以P55.6处理产量最高,其次是P48.3处理,P41.1、P33.8处理较P48.3处理略有降低,拟合计算发现,51.88 kg/hm^(2)时产量最高;随着磷肥用量的增加,田面水总磷浓度和含量逐渐增加,各磷肥用量田面水总磷浓度、含量均在施肥后呈先升高后降低的趋势,施肥后1 d达到峰值,之后开始下降并在施肥后3 d趋于稳定;结合线性方程发现,施肥后0~7 d,田面水总磷含量与磷肥用量均存在显著的正相关关系(P<0.05),施肥后0、1、3、5、7 d磷肥用量每增加1 kg/hm^(2),田面水总磷含量分别增加0.046、0.033、0.011、0.011、0.020 kg/hm^(2)。因此,我国红壤稻田早稻季适宜磷肥(P_(2)O_(5))施用量为51.09 kg/hm^(2),施肥后3 d内是磷流失的高风险期,应减少排水。

磷脂酶C(PhospholipaseC,PLC)是磷脂代谢中的主要水解酶之一,在植物生长发育和胁迫响应的信号转导过程中起重要作用。本研究从茄子基因组中鉴定出9个PLC基因,分布在6条染色体上,可分为两个亚家族,分别命名为SmPI-PLC1~SmPI-PLC6和SmNPC1~SmNPC3,同亚族的PLC成员在基因结构和保守结构域上表现出一定的相似性;SmPLC启动子中存在多个响应逆境、光形态建成和激素信号的顺式作用元件;茄子的4条染色体与拟南芥3条染色体存在共线性,5条染色体与番茄4条染色体存在共线性。茄子组织特性分析表明,SmNPC2在其种子、根和叶中的表达量均高于茎、花和果实;与处理0d相比,随低磷胁迫时间延长,茄子幼苗根中SmNPC2表达量呈先升高后降低趋势,处理后1d,其表达量升高3.22倍,差异显著;添加外源生长素后,其表达量与处理0d时无显著差异。综上,本研究从全基因组水平鉴定和分析了茄子PLC基因家族,为深入研究其功能及解析低磷胁迫下的作用机制提供了参考依据。

Non-operative management of isolated liver trauma

Liver trauma is the most common abdominal emergency with high morbidity and mortality. Now, nonoperative management（NOM） is a selective method for liver trauma. The aim of this study was to determine the success rate, mortality and morbidity of NOM for isolated liver *** records of 81 patients with isolated liver trauma in our unit were analyzed retrospectively. The success rate, mortality and morbidity of NOM were evaluated. In this series, 9 patients with grade IV-V liver injuries underwent emergent operation due to hemodynamic instability; 72 patients, 6 with grade V, 18 grade IV, 29 grade III, 15 grade II and 4 grade I, with hemodynamic stability received NOM. The overall success rate of NOM was 97.2%（70/72）. The success rates of NOM in the patients with grade I-III, IV and V liver trauma were100%, 94.4% and 83.3%. The complication rates were 10.0%and 45.5% in the patients who underwent NOM and surgical treatment, respectively. No patient with grade I-II liver trauma had complications. All patients who underwent NOM *** is the first option for the treatment of liver trauma if the patient is hemodynamically stable. The grade of liver injury and the volume of hemoperitoneum are not suitable criteria for selecting NOM. Hepatic angioembolization associated with the correction of hypothermia, coagulopathy and acidosis is important in the conservative treatment for liver trauma.

Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy on Severe Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease: A Prospective, Randomized, Controlled Trial

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine(CM) plus Western medicine(WM) in the treatment of pediatric patients with severe hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) by conducting a prospective, controlled, and randomized trial. Methods: A total of 451 pediatric patients with severe HFMD were randomly assigned to receive WM therapy alone(224 cases, WM therapy group) or CM [Reduning Injection(热毒宁注射液) or Xiyanping Injection(喜炎平注射液)] plus WM therapy(227 cases, CM plus WM therapy group) for 7–10 days, according to a web-based randomization system. The primary outcome was fever clearance time, which was presented as temperature decreased half-life time. The secondary outcomes included the rate of rash/herpes disappearance within 120 h, as well as the rate for cough, runny nose, lethargy and weakness, agitation or irritability, and vomiting clearance within 120 h. The drug-related adverse events were also recorded. Results: The temperature decreased half-life time was 40.4 h in the WM therapy group, significantly longer than 27.2 h in the CM plus WM therapy group(P<0.01). Moreover, the rate for rash/herpes disappearance within 120 h was 43.6%(99/227) in the CM plus WM therapy group, significantly higher than 29.5%(66/224) in the WM therapy group(P<0.01). In addition, the rate for cough, lethargy and weakness, agitation or irritability disappearance within 120 h was 32.6%(74/227) in the CM plus WM therapy group, significantly higher than 19.2%(43/224) in the WM therapy group(P<0.01). No drug-related adverse events were observed during the course of the study. Conclusions: The combined CM and WM therapy achieved a better therapeutic efficacy in treating severe HFMD than the WM therapy alone. Reduning or Xiyanping Injections may become an important complementary therapy to WM for relieving the symptoms of severe HFMD.
