＜正＞Acupuncture has become popular as an alternative and complementary therapeutic intervention in the Western world since the successful launching of the NIH sponsored Consensus Conference on Acupuncture held in 1997 （han, 1997）. Among the suggested indications, pain, nausea/vomiting, drug addiction, stroke rehabilitation and asthma are the most effective ones. We have been involved in the research on acupuncture-induced analgesia since 1965 （han, Terenius, 1982）. It has been clarified that electroacupuncture （EA） can induce frequency-dependent release of opioid peptides, among others, in the CNS to suppress acute or chronic pain （han, 2003）. Starting from 1990, as an extension of the hypothesis on acupuncture activation of endogenous opioid system （han 2004）, EA was used for the treatment of drug dependence, mostly heroin addiction, with considerable success （han, 2005）.

＜正＞DREAM represents the first known Ca2+-binding protein to function as a DNA binding transcription regulator. So far, we know that DREAM can repress expression of PPD gene, immediate early gene c-Fos, pro-apoptotic gene Hrk and thyroglobulin gene. Actually, it’s a multifunctional protein, including PS interacting protein, transcription factor and KV4 channel regulatory protein, which account for the three different names DREAM/Calsenilin/KChIP3 currently in use. It appears to be a critical transcriptional repressor in pain processing. However, no data are available concerning the distribution of DREAM in DRG and spinal cord, In the present study, we have examined the cellular and subcellular distributions of DREAM protein in DRG using immunofluorescence method.

＜正＞Opioid systems have been demonstrated to be involved in motivational processes and rewarding behaviors. Conditioned place preference （CPP） paradigm has been used widely to study the rewarding effects of various drugs of abuse. The present study investigated the effects of activating μ-, δ-and κ-opioid receptors on the expression of morphine-induced CPP in male Sprague-Dawley rats. Autism spectrum disorder（ASD） is a highly heritable neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by impaired social interactions, communication de？cits, and repetitive behavior. Although the mechanisms underlying its etiology and manifestations are poorly understood,several lines of evidence from rodent and human studies suggest involvement of the evolutionarily highly-conserved oxytocin（OXT） and arginine-vasopressin（AVP）, as these neuropeptides modulate various aspects of mammalian social behavior. As far as we know, there is no comprehensive review of the roles of the OXT and AVP systems in the development of ASD from the genetic aspect. In this review, we summarize the current knowledge regarding associations between ASD and single-nucleotide variants of the human OXT-AVP pathway genes OXT, AVP, AVP receptor 1a（AVPR1a）, OXT receptor（OXTR）, theoxytocinase/vasopressinase（LNPEP）, and ADP-ribosyl cyclase（CD38）.

Chronic morphine administration decreases the size of dopamine(DA) neurons in the ventral tegmental area (VTA).These transient morphological changes are accompanied by a reduced sensitivity of morphine-induced conditioned place preference(CPP) after chronic exposure to the *** this study we examined alterations in the firing rate of DAergic neurons by means of extracellular recording following chronic morphine exposure and applied 100 Hz electroacupuncture(EA) treatment to reverse the reduced firing rate of these *** the first set of experiments we show that in rats,which received chronic morphine treatment for 14 days,a small dose of morphine was not able to induce a CPP response ***,the sensitivity to morphine was reinstated by consecutive EA treatment for 10 days. The electrophysiological response of VTA DA neurons to morphine was markedly reduced in chronic morphine-treated rats compared to saline-treated controls.A substantial recovery of the reactivity of VTA DA neurons to morphine was observed in rats that received 100 Hz EA for 10 *** findings suggest that 100 Hz EA is a potential therapy for the treatment of opiate addiction by normalizing the activity of VTA DA neurons.

Iron carbon agglomerates(ICA)are the composite burden for low-carbon blast furnace(BF)*** order to optimize the reactivity of ICA according to the evolution characteristics of ICA in the BF smelting process,the evolution behavior and mechanism of different reactive ICA under simulated BF smelting conditions were *** results show that the existence of more sillimanite and aluminosilicate and less active sites of metallic iron will weaken gasification reaction and carburization ability of ICA-1(containing 10%iron ore).It weakens the promoting effect of ICA-1 on the reduction,softening,and melting of ferrous burdens and the dripping of *** aluminosilicate with a high melting point decreases,the low melting point slag phase and Fe–Si alloy increase,and many active sites of metallic iron exist,which strengthen the gasification reaction and carburization ability of ICA-2(containing 30%iron ore).The promoting effect of ICA-2 on the reduction,softening,and melting of ferrous burdens and the dripping of slag-iron is significantly *** gasification reaction capacity of ICA-3(containing 35%iron ore)is reduced,and the improvement in ICA-3 on the softening–melting performance of mixed burdens is *** appropriate proportion of iron ore in ICA is about 30%.

Objective: To study the effect of contralateral acupuncture(CAT) at acupoints of Quchi(LI 11) and Zusanli(ST 36) on the unaffected limbs of ischemic stroke patients with left hemiplegia based on regional homogeneity(ReHo) indices. Methods: Ten ischemic stroke patients with left hemiplegia received CAT on right side at LI 11 and ST 36. Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) was performed before and after acupuncture. A ReHo analytical method was used to compare brain responses of patients before and after CAT operated by REST software. Results: The stimulation at both LI 11 and ST 36 on the unaffected limbs produced significantly different neural activities. CAT elicited increased ReHo values at the right precentral gyrus and superior frontal gyrus, decreased ReHo value at right superior parietal lobule, left fusiform gyrus and left supplementary motor area. Conclusions: Acupuncture at one side could stimulate bilateral regions. CAT could evoke the gyrus which was possibly related to motor recovery from stroke. A promising indicator of neurobiological deficiencies could be represented by ReHo values in post-stroke patients.
