The automorphism group of a class of nilpotent groups with infinite cyclic derived subgroups is determined. Let G be the direct product of a generalized extraspecial E-group E and a free abelian group A with rank m, where E={{1 kα1 kα2…kαn aα＋1 0 1 0 … 0 αn＋2 0 0 0 … 1 α2n＋1 0 0 0 …0 1}}αi∈Z,i=1,2,…,2n＋1},where k is a positive integer. Let AutG＇G be the normal subgroup of AutG consisting of all elements of AutG which act trivially on the derived subgroup G＇ of G, and Autc G/ζG,ζGG be the normal subgroup of AutG consisting of all central automorphisms of G which also act trivially on the center ζG of G. Then （i） The extension →AutG＇G→AutG→AutG＇→1 is split.（ii）AutG＇G/AutG/ζG,ζGG≈Sp（2n,Z）×（GL（m,Z）×（Z）m）,（iii）Aut GζG,ζGG/InnG≈（Zk）2n＋（Z）2nm.

Let G be an extension of Q by a direct sum of r copies of Q.(1) If G is abelian, then G is a direct sum of r + 1 copies of Q and Aut G = GL(r + 1, Q);(2) If G is non-abelian, then G is a direct product of an extraspecial Q-group E and m copies of Q, where E/ζ E is a linear space over Q with dimension 2 n and m + 2 n = r. Furthermore, let Aut_G'G be the normal subgroup of Aut G consisting of all elements of Aut G which act trivially on the derived subgroup G of G, and Aut_(G/ζG),_(ζG)G be the normal subgroup of Aut G consisting of all central automorphisms of G which also act trivially on the center ζ G of G. The specific mechanisms by which acupuncture affects the central nervous system are unclear. In the International Standard Scalp Acupuncture system, acupuncture needles are applied at the middle line of the vertex, anterior parietal-temporal oblique line, and the posterior parietal-temporal oblique line. We conducted a single-arm prospective clinical trial in which seven healthy elderly volunteers (three men and four women;50–70 years old) received International Standard Scalp Acupuncture at MS5 (the mid-sagittal line between Baihui (DU20) and Qianding (DU21)), the left MS6 (line joining Sishencong (EX-HN1) and Xuanli (GB6)), and the left MS7 (line joining DU20 and Qubin (GB7)). After acupuncture, resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated changes in the fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuations and regional homogeneity in various areas, showing remarkable enhancement of regional homogeneity in the bilateral anterior cingulate, left medial frontal gyrus, supramarginal gyrus, right middle frontal gyrus, and inferior frontal gyrus. Functional connectivity based on a seed region at the right middle frontal gyrus (42, 51, 9) decreased at the bilateral medial superior frontal gyrus. Our data preliminarily indicates that the international standard scalp acupuncture in healthy elderly participants specifcally enhances the correlation between the brain regions involved in cognition and implementation of the brain network regulation system and the surrounding adjacent brain regions. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the China-Japan Union Hospital at jilin University, China, on July 18, 2016 (approval No. 2016ks043).

How sediment dredging alters phosphorus dynamics in a lowland rural river?

China’s lowland rural rivers are facing severe eutrophication problems due to excessive phosphorus(P)from anthropogenic ***,quantifying P dynamics in a lowland rural river is challenging due to its complex interaction with surrounding areas.A P dynamic model(River-P)was specifically designed for lowland rural rivers to address this *** modelwas coupled with the Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code(EFDC)and the Phosphorus Dynamic Model for lowland Polder systems(PDP)to characterize P dynamics under the impact of dredging in a lowland rural *** on a two-year(2020-2021)dataset from a representative lowland rural river in the Lake Taihu Basin,China,the coupled model was calibrated and achieved a model performance(R^(2)>0.59,RMSE<0.04 mg/L)for total P(TP)*** research in the study river revealed that(1)the time scale for the effectiveness of sediment dredging for P control was~300 days,with an increase in P retention capacity by 74.8 kg/year and a decrease in TP concentrations of 23%after dredging.(2)Dredging significantly reduced P release from sediment by 98%,while increased P resuspension and settling capacities by 16%and 46%,respectively.(3)The sediment-water interface(SWI)plays a critical role in P transfer within the river,as resuspension accounts for 16%of TP imports,and settling accounts for 47%of TP *** the large P retention capacity of lowland rural rivers,drainage ditches and ponds with macrophytes are promising approaches to enhance P retention *** study provides valuable insights for local environmental departments,allowing a comprehensive understanding of P dynamics in lowland rural *** enable the evaluation of the efficacy of sediment dredging in P control and the implementation of corresponding P control measures.

Helium transport through nanoscale inorganic mineral pores and pore throats is essential for its overall *** elucidate helium's transport dynamics within nanopores,we employed equilibrium and non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations to investigate helium's static self-diffusion and pressure-driven flow in quartz slit-shaped *** also introduced water and various gases,including hydrogen,methane,ethane,nitrogen,and carbon dioxide,into the nanopores to assess their influence on helium *** findings indicate minimal helium adsorption on quartz pore *** conditions where the pore size is less than 5 nm and the pressure under 10 MPa,environmental factors markedly influence helium *** pore sizes,high temperatures,and low gas pressures enhance helium desorption and facilitate faster *** observed a positive correlation between helium flow velocity and factors such as pore size,pressure gradient,and surface smoothness of the ***,the presence of pore water and carrier gases in quartz nanopores,which diffuse more slowly than helium,tends to reduce helium surface adsorption and slow its *** the carrier gases studied,nitrogen showed similar adsorption capacity,diffusivity,and stability to helium,while carbon dioxide displayed the highest adsorption capacity and the slowest diffusion rate,markedly differing from *** on the simulation results,we concluded that water and carrier gases primarily function as transport mediums in helium migration,moving together with ***,which shares similar properties with helium,effectively assists in this co-migration ***,carbon dioxide,due to its high adsorption capacity and slow diffusion,tends to be lost during *** a result,gas reservoirs with high nitrogen levels and low carbon dioxide levels are more likely to have higher helium ***,the smaller pore sizes and higher gas pressures in caproc

The needling sensation of Deqi during acupuncture is a key factor of influencing acupuncture *** studies have mainly focused on the brain function effects of Deqi in a physiological *** magnetic resonance imaging（f MRI）on the effects of acupuncture at Waiguan（SJ5）in pathological and physiological states is *** this study,12 patients with ischemic stroke received acupuncture at Waiguan（SJ5）and simultaneously underwent f MRI scanning of the brain,with imaging data of the activated areas *** on the patient＇s sensation,imaging data were allocated to either the Deqi group or non-Deqi *** the Deqi group,the activated/deactivated areas were the left superior temporal gyrus（BA39）/right anterior lobe of the cerebellum and left *** the non-Deqi group,the activated areas included the medial frontal gyrus of the right frontal lobe（BA11）,right limbic lobe（BA30,35）,and left frontal lobe（BA47）,while the only deactivated area was the right parietal lobe（BA40）.Compared with the non-Deqi group,the Deqi group exhibited marked activation of the right anterior lobe of the cerebellum and right limbic lobe（BA30）.These findings confirm that the clinical effect of Deqi during acupuncture is based on brain functional *** activation may be one of the central mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke.
