Deep neural networks have been successfully applied to numerous machine learning tasks because of their impressive feature abstraction ***,conventional deep networks assume that the training and test data are sampled from the same distribution,and this assumption is often violated in real-world *** address the domain shift or data bias problems,we introduce layer-wise domain correction(LDC),a new unsupervised domain adaptation algorithm which adapts an existing deep network through additive correction layers spaced throughout the *** the additive layers,the representations of source and target domains can be perfectly *** corrections that are trained via maximum mean discrepancy,adapt to the target domain while increasing the representational capacity of the *** requires no target labels,achieves state-of-the-art performance across several adaptation benchmarks,and requires significantly less training time than existing adaptation methods.

Here we present research on an ultra-luminous X-ray source （ULX） candidate 2XMM J 140229.91＋542118.8. The X-ray light curves of this ULX candidate in M 101 exhibit features of a flare star. More importantly, the Chandra light curve displays unusual X-ray double flares, which is comprised of two close peaks. The X-ray （0.3-11.0 keV） flux of the first peak was derived from the two-temperature APEC model as ～ 1.1 ±0.1× 10-12 ergcm-2 s-1. The observed flux at its first peak increased by about two orders of magnitude in X-ray as compared to quiescence. The slope of the second fast decay phase is steeper than the slope of the first fast decay phase, indicating that the appearance of a second flare accelerated the cooling of the first flare in a way we do not understand yet. We also observed its optical counterpart using a 2.16 m telescope administered by National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Sciences. By optical spectral fitting, it is confirmed to be a late type dMe2.5 star. According to the spectral type and apparent magnitude of its optical counterpart, we estimate the photometric distance to be ～ 133.4 ±14.2 pc. According to the X-ray spectral fitting, a possible explanation is provided. However, more similar close double flares are needed to confirm whether this accelerated cooling event is a unique coincidence or a common physical process during double flaring.

在随机需求和随机提前期环境下,用传统的方法对库存成本进行建模时,得到的结果是不精确甚至是错误的,在需求分布不规则时则很难进行成本的精确建模。为解决这类问题,使用微元法的建模思想,对随机需求和随机提前期环境下的(Q,r)库存成本模型进行了精确的建模,并在建模过程中考虑了需求离散抵达和连续抵达两种情形。针对最常见的需求依泊松流抵达的情形,进行了精确的建模并分析其属性。最后,使用遗传算法进行了仿真分析。

During recent decades,the association between mutations in ubiquitin-specific protease 26(USP26)and male infertility remains *** conducted this meta-analysis to evaluate the association between mutations in USP26 and male infertility according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)2020 *** was registered in the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews(PROSPERO;CRD42021225251).PubMed,Web of Science,and Scopus were systematically searched for comparative clinical studies,which were written in English and provided eligible *** were included when they compared USP26 mutations in azoospermic,oligozoospermic,and asthenozoospermic patients with controls with normal sperm parameter values or whose partners had experienced spontaneous *** odds ratio(OR)with 95%confidence interval(CI)was calculated with random effect ***,twelve studies with 3927 infertility patients and 4648 healthy controls were *** association between overall USP26 mutations and infertility was not significant(OR=1.60,95%CI:0.51-5.01).For specific mutations,the pooled ORs were 1.65(95%CI:1.02-2.69)for cluster mutation(including 370-371insACA,494T>C,and 1423C>T),1.80(95%CI:0.35-9.15)for c.576G>A,1.43(95%CI:0.79-2.56)for c.1090C>T,and 3.59(95%CI:2.30-5.59)for c.1737G>*** results suggest that several mutations(cluster mutation,c.1737G>A)may play roles in male infertility,while others(c.576G>A and c.1090C>T)do not show notable associations with male *** high-quality clinical researches are needed for validation.

Dear Editor,The human body operates optimally at a core temperature of 37 degrees *** at this temperature is essential for cellular and physiological functions(Cheshire,2016).However,infectious diseases,inflammation,injury,neoplasia,and elevated climate temperature can cause a regulated rise in body core temperature,i.e.,fever(Pasi-khova et al,2017).Indeed,an acute or chronic increase in temperature leads to detrimental effects on vasculature by altering a number of indices of vascular structure and function(DuBose et al.,1998).
