BACKGROUND The FreeStyle Libre flash glucose monitoring(FGM)system entered the Chinese market in 2017 to complement the self-monitoring of blood *** to its increased usage in clinics,the number of studies investigating its accuracy has ***,its accuracy has not been investigated in highland populations in *** To evaluate measurements recorded using the FreeStyle Libre FGM system compared with capillary blood glucose measured using the enzyme electrode method in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2D)who had migrated within 3 mo from highlands to *** Overall,68 patients with T2D,selected from those who had recently migrated from highlands to plains(within 3 mo),were hospitalized at the Department of Endocrinology from August to October 2017 and underwent continuous glucose monitoring(CGM)with the FreeStyle Libre FGM system for 14 *** the study period,fingertip capillary blood glucose was measured daily using the enzyme electrode method(super GL,China),and blood glucose levels were read from the scanning probe during fasting and 2 h after all three ***,the time interval between reading the data from the scanning probe and collecting fingertip capillary blood was controlled to<5 *** accuracy of the FGM system was evaluated according to the CGM ***,the factors influencing the mean absolute relative difference(MARD)of this system were analyzed by a multiple linear regression *** Pearson’s correlation analysis showed that the fingertip and scanned glucose levels were positively correlated(R=0.86,P=0.00).The aggregated MARD of scanned glucose was 14.28±13.40%.Parker's error analysis showed that 99.30%of the data pairs were located in areas A and *** to the probe wear time of the FreeStyle Libre FGM system,MARD_(1 d) and MARD_(2-14 d) were 16.55%and 14.35%,respectively(t=1.23,P=0.22).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that MARD did not correlate with blood glucose when

The human gastrointestinal tract is populated with a diverse microbial *** vast genetic and metabolic potential of the gut microbiome underpins its ubiquity in nearly every aspect of human biology,including health maintenance,development,aging,and *** advent of new sequencing technologies and culture-independent methods has allowed researchers to move beyond correlative studies toward mechanistic explorations to shed light on microbiome–host *** has unveiled the bidirectional communication between the gut microbiome and the central nervous system,referred to as the“microbiota–gut–brain axis”.The microbiota–gut–brain axis represents an important regulator of glial functions,making it an actionable target to ameliorate the development and progression of neurodegenerative *** this review,we discuss the mechanisms of the microbiota–gut–brain axis in neurodegenerative *** the gut microbiome provides essential cues to microglia,astrocytes,and oligodendrocytes,we examine the communications between gut microbiota and these glial cells during healthy states and neurodegenerative ***,we discuss the mechanisms of the microbiota–gut–brain axis in neurodegenerative diseases using a metabolite-centric approach,while also examining the role of gut microbiota-related neurotransmitters and gut ***,we examine the potential of targeting the intestinal barrier,blood–brain barrier,meninges,and peripheral immune system to counteract glial dysfunction in ***,we conclude by assessing the pre-clinical and clinical evidence of probiotics,prebiotics,and fecal microbiota transplantation in neurodegenerative diseases.A thorough comprehension of the microbiota–gut–brain axis will foster the development of effective therapeutic interventions for the management of neurodegenerative diseases.

共同保险纠纷的司法困境及其突破

通过对共同保险纠纷进行梳理,可以发现其司法实践之困境主要源于共同保险法律构造的不明确。为突破这一困境,本文对共同保险的法律构造进行了探究。共同保险的内部法律关系较为特殊,既非保险合同关系,亦非合伙关系,无法将其对应到实在法上任何一种法律关系。但因成立共同保险内部法律关系的行为系共同法律行为,而《民法典》关于合伙合同之规范又提供了关于共同法律行为最为庞大的规范群,故其存在类推适用合伙合同规范之可能。《民法典》第970条关于合伙事务决定、执行的规定即可类推适用于主次承保人间的法律关系。根据该条规定,主次承保人间应为委托关系。对次承保人和投保人而言,主承保人对外统一签订共保合同系代理行为,对外统一给付保险金则为《民法典》第523条规定的“约定的由第三人履行”。共同保险的外部法律关系仍为保险合同关系。在主承保人代理次承保人对外签订保险合同时,若未约定由主承保人统一给付保险金,以格式条款形式出现的共保条款则会对投保人一方利益产生重大影响。因此,根据《民法典》第496条第2款,主承保人还需对共保条款履行“提示+被动说明”义务。

教育的根本任务是立德树人,医学院校教师既要传授专业知识,又要为医学生形成正确“三观”保驾护航。“生物化学与分子生物学实验”是基础医学阶段与临床医学阶段过渡的桥梁学科课程,其理论与技术已经渗透到各学科领域,且课程本身蕴含了丰富的思想政治资源。以“生物化学与分子生物学实验”课程教学为例,结合地方医学院校特点,通过分析思政育人效果不佳的因素,从课程思政育人理念、课程思政育人目标、内容与思政融入、思政育人方式等进行探讨与思考,使课程专业内容与思想政治内容同向同行,相互补充、促进,符合多元化、全程育人的“大思政”理念。

为了研究电离辐射对不同发育阶段人肺泡的损伤程度及机制,以人源肺泡类器官为模型,通过qRT-PCR、免疫荧光、Western blot、流式细胞术等生物学方法,比较辐射对不同发育阶段人肺类器官的形态、发育潜能、细胞死亡以及细胞类型的影响.结果表明:(1)定型内胚层阶段的细胞较干细胞更耐辐射,辐射引起其更少的细胞死亡;(2)芽尖祖类器官辐射后形态学发生明显变化,出现细胞向外迁移现象,同时随着辐射剂量增加,其逐渐丧失诱导形成肺泡类器官的能力;(3)肺泡类器官辐射后仍保持着原有形态学特征,但7天后,Ⅰ型肺泡细胞和Ⅱ型肺泡细胞的比例均显著下调,同时恶性转化相关基因也出现显著性变化,说明辐射对肺泡类器官的功能产生较长期的影响.总体而言,电离辐射对肺的发育有显著性影响,该研究为临床放射性肺损伤及修复提供了一定的理论依据.

Traditional image encryption algorithms transform a plain image into a noise-like *** lower the chances for the encrypted image being detected by the attacker during the image transmission,a visually meaningful image encryption scheme is suggested to hide the encrypted image using another carrier *** paper proposes a visually meaningful encrypted image algorithm that hides a secret image and a digital signature which provides authenticity and *** recovered digital signature is used for the purpose of identity authentication while the secret image is encrypted to protect its *** Significant Bit(LSB)method to embed signature on the encrypted image and Lifting Wavelet Transform(LWT)to generate a visually meaningful encrypted image are *** proposed algorithm has a keyspace of 139.5-bit,a Normalized Correlation(NC)value of 0.9998 which is closer to 1 and a Peak Signal to Noise Ratio(PSNR)with a value greater than 50 *** analyses are also performed on the proposed algorithm using different *** experimental results show that the proposed scheme is with high key sensitivity and strong robustness against pepper and salt attack and cropping ***,the histogram analysis shows that the original carrier image and the final visual image are very similar.

针对目前国内读码器产品种类稀少、成本过高,功耗和热量过高、识别率低等问题,提出了一种结构紧凑、性价比高、功耗低、稳定性强的智能读码器系统设计方案。该系统方案主要基于ARM平台和Linux系统开发,硬件方面采用NXP MX8Mini作为主控芯片,搭载XILINX的XC7A50T FPGA器件,配置2G容量的LDDR4内存用来做图像预处理工作,采用AR0144CS芯片作为图像传感器,并支持多种通讯协议和扩展。软件方面,主要介绍了系统FPGA图像预处理及高斯滤波具体实现、ARM与FPGA的通讯、上位机功能设计。经过测试,该读码器系统运行稳定、体积小、功耗低,一维码8mil Code128识别率达到99.99%,为当前国产读码器市场提供了一种新的解决方案。
