Bone,cartilage,and soft tissue regeneration is a complex process involving many cellular activities across various cell *** remain the“gold standard”for the regeneration of these ***,the use of autografts is associated with many disadvantages,including donor scarcity,the requirement of multiple surgeries,and the risk of *** development of tissue engineering techniques opens new avenues for enhanced tissue ***,the expectations of tissue engineering scaffolds have gone beyond merely providing physical support for cell *** scaffolds should also provide biological cues to actively boost tissue *** a new type of injectable biomaterial,hydrogel microspheres have been increasingly recognised as promising therapeutic carriers for the local delivery of cells and drugs to enhance tissue *** to traditional tissue engineering scaffolds and bulk hydrogel,hydrogel microspheres possess distinct advantages,including less invasive delivery,larger surface area,higher transparency for visualisation,and greater flexibility for ***,we review the materials characteristics of hydrogel microspheres and compare their fabrication approaches,including microfluidics,batch emulsion,electrohydrodynamic spraying,lithography,and mechanical ***,based on the different requirements for bone,cartilage,nerve,skin,and muscle tissue regeneration,we summarize the applications of hydrogel microspheres as cell and drug delivery carriers for the regeneration of these ***,hydrogel microspheres are regarded as effective therapeutic delivery carriers to enhance tissue regeneration in regenerative ***,significant effort is required before hydrogel microspheres become widely accepted as commercial products for clinical use.

Background Recent studies have demonstrated the existence of a small fraction of cells with features of primitive neural progenitor cells and tumor-initiating function in brain tumors. These cells might represent primary therapeutic target for complete eradication of the tumors. This study aimed to determine the resistant phenotype of glioblastoma stem cells （GSCs） to temozolomide （TMZ） and to explore the possible molecular mechanisms underlying TMZ resistance. Methods Freshly resected glioblastoma specimen was collected and magnetic isolation of GSCs was carried out using the Miltenyi Biotec CD133 Cell Isolation kit. The cytotoxic effect of TMZ on CD133^＋ and CD133^- glioblastoma cells was determined by using the 3-（4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide （MTT） assay. Autophagy-related proteins （Beclin-1, LC3 and Atg5） and cleaved caspase-3 （p17） were analyzed by Western blotting. Immunofluorescent staining was used to detect Atg5, glial fibrillary acidic protein （GFAP） and CD133 expression in glioblastoma cells. Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS 10.0 software. For all tests, the level of statistical significance was set at P 〈0.05. Results CD133^＋ glioblastoma ceils exhibited neurosphere-like growth in vitro and high expression of CD133 stem cell marker. The growth-inhibiting rate in CD133- glioblastoma cells treated with 5 or 50 pmol/L TMZ was significantly higher than that in CD133^＋ glioblastoma cells （（14.36±3.75）% vs （2.54±1.36）% or （25.95±5.25）% vs （2.72±1.84）%, respectively, P 〈0.05）. Atg5, LC3-11 and Beclin-1 levels were significantly lower in CD133^＋ glioblastoma cells than those in autologous CD133^- cells after TMZ treatment （P 〈0.05）. Caspase-3 was mildly activated only in CD133^- glioblastoma cells after exposure to TMZ （P 〈0.05）. Immunofluorescent staining revealed elevated expression of Atg5 in GFAP^＋ cells following TMZ treatment. Conclusions The GSCs display strong capability of tumor＇s resistance to TMZ. This resis

2020年初,新冠肺炎席卷全球,不少人视其为自第二次世界大战以来影响最大的事件。数十亿人的日常生活因此受到影响,为了阻止这一可怕的新型未知病毒蔓延,不少国家的经济也因此停滞不前。疫情前的全球供应链有两大主要目标:低价和速达,经济停滞和因其导致的全球物流停滞显然对全球供应链产生了巨大影响。本文以文献参考为主,佐以个人见解,研究了新冠疫情如何对供应链管理产生了永久性影响。本文的研究重点为调查在新冠疫情之前就已然处于严峻境地的瑞士制造行业公司所受到的影响,以及它们如何适应供应链管理的新状。本研究发现,显而易见的是,许多专业人士眼中,供应链管理中的风险意识尤其得到了提高。因此。在不久的将来,可以预见许多公司将在供应链弹性方面做出重大努力,这意味着他们将在保护其供应链上投资(主要是通过技术解决方案),以减少供应链因外部事件受影响。这将对供应链管理领域产生深远的影响。但许多一手资料和二手资料的分析也表明,由于新冠疫情仍在继续因此只能得出当前的预测和结论

传统的细胞遗传学显示17号等臂染色体(isochromosome 17q)是髓母细胞瘤最常见的遗传学改变,占该肿瘤的50%～70%[1].近年来,随着比较基因组杂交(comparative genomic hybridization,CGH)技术的应用,人们在髓母细胞瘤整个基因组中发现了更为广泛的遗传学改变.除了17号染色体的异常,染色体的失衡还较常见于10q (41%), 11 (41%), 16q (37%) 和8p (33%)[2].基于这些研究结果,我们试图在染色体16q上进一步寻找与髓母细胞瘤相关的抑癌基因丢失位点。

Packaging and Performance of 980nm Broad Area Semiconductor Lasers

High power broad area semiconductor lasers have found increasing applications in pumping of solid state laser systems and fiber amplifiers, frequency doubling, medical systems and material processing. Packaging including the assembly design, process and thermal management, has a significant impact on the optical performance and reliability of a high power broad area laser. In this paper, we introduce the package structures and assembling process of 980nm broad area lasers and report the performances including output power, thermal behavior and far *** will report two types of high power broad area laser assemblies. One is a microchannel liquid cooled assembly and the other is a conduction cooled CT-mount assembly .Optical powers of 15W and 10W were achieved from a 980nm broad area laser with a 120μm stripe width in a microchannel liquid cooled assembly and conduction cooled CT-mount assembly, respectively .Furthermore, a high power of 6.5 W out of fiber was demonstrated from a pigtailed, fully packaged butterfly-type module without TEC ( Thermoelectric cooler ).The measurement results showed that thermal management is the key in not only improving output power, but also significantly improving beam divergence and far field distribution. The results also showed that the die attach solder can significant impact the reliability of high power broad area lasers and that indium solder is not suitable for high power laser applications due to electromigration at high current densities and high temperatures.
