To e.aluate.the.e.fe.t of diffe.e.t le.e.s of citric acid (CA) combine. with phytase.and calcium le.e.s in the.die.s of laying he.s on the.calcium and phosphorus (P) conte.ts of e.gs: yolk-albume. and she.l, yolk color and e.g quality. A study was conducte. with 24-we.k-old laying he.s fe. with a die. base. on sorghum and soybe.n me.l with 2.7 Mcal of e./kg, 15% crude.prote.n, 3.25% calcium and 0.25% available.P. The.le.e.s of CA, phytase.and calcium we.e.0%, 0.6% and 1.2%;0 and 300 units of phytase.(PHYU)/kg;and 3.0% and 3.25%, re.pe.tive.y. Phytase.was adde. as an ingre.ie.t into to the.die.s, contributing 0.1% P and 0.3% calcium. A comple.e.y randomize. factorial e.pe.ime.t was pe.forme. with a 3 × 2 × 2 de.ign and 4 re.lications. The.CA incre.se. (P e.P in the.she.l, and the.combination of 1.2% CA, 300 PHYU phytase.and 3.25% calcium incre.se. (P e.calcium in the.e.gshe.l. The.e.was a CA × phytase.× calcium inte.action (P e.ting e.g yolk pigme.tation;the.e.we.e.no diffe.e.ce. in e.g quality. It was conclude. that adding CA to the.die.s of laying he.s incre.se. e.gshe.l calcium conte.t, and improve. the.phytase.re.ponse. 1.2% CA × Phytase.× 3.25% calcium significantly incre.se. she.l calcium by 0.56 g. Unde. the.conditions of the.pre.e.t inve.tigation, it would imply gre.te. re.istance.of the.e.gs to be.broke. in the.handling from the.farm to the.sale. ce.te.s and consume.. Phytase.inte.acts ne.ative.y with 0.6% CA at low calcium le.e.s to de.rade.the.ye.low pigme.tation of the.yolk.

The.calcination products obtaine. from he.ting the.sn and sn-sb comple.e. at 500℃ in air we.e.analyze. using XRD and Te. analysis. The.re.ults re.e.le. that the.snO2 and sb-dope. snO2 formation te.pe.ature. de.e.de. on the.nature.of the.sn pre.ursor. We.propose.a mode. for studying binary fluids base. on the.me.oscopic mole.ular simulation te.hnique.known as multiparticle.collision, whe.e.the.space.and state.variable. are.continuous, and time.is discre.e. We.include.a re.ulsion rule.to simulate.se.re.ation proce.se. that doe. not re.uire.calculation of the.inte.action force. be.we.n particle., so binary fluids can be.de.cribe. on a me.oscopic scale. The.mode. is conce.tually simple.and computationally e.ficie.t; it maintains Galile.n invariance.and conse.ve. the.mass and e.e.gy in the.syste. at the.micro- and macro-scale. whe.e.s mome.tum is conse.ve. globally. For a wide.range.of te.pe.ature. and de.sitie., the.mode. yie.ds re.ults in good agre.me.t with the.known prope.tie. of binary fluids, such as the.de.sity profile. inte.face.width, phase.se.aration, and phase.growth. We.also apply the.mode. to the.study of binary fluids in crowde. e.vironme.ts with consiste.t re.ults.
