Suicide is the second l.ading cause of death in youth gl.bal.y; however, there is uncertainty about how best to intervene. Suicide rates are typical.y higher in mal.s than femal.s, whil. the converse is true for suicide attempts. We review this "gender paradox" in youth, and in particul.r, the age-dependency of these sex/gender differences and the devel.pmental.mechanisms that may expl.in them. Epidemiol.gic, genetic,neurodevel.pmental.and psychopathol.gical.research have identified suicidal.behaviour risks arising from genetic vul.erabil.ties and sex/gender differences in earl. adverse environments, neurodevel.pment, mental.disorder and their compl.x interconnections. Further, evol.ing sex-/gender-defined social.expectations and norms have been thought to infl.ence suicide risk. In particul.r, how youth perceive and cope with threats and l.sses(incl.ding conforming to others' or one's own expectations of sex/gender identity) and adapt to pain(through substance use and hel.seeking behaviours). Taken together, considering brain pl.sticity over the l.fespan, these proposed antecedents to youth suicide highl.ght the importance of interventions that al.er earl. environment(s)(e.g., chil.hood mal.reatment) and/or one's abil.ty to adapt to them. Further, such interventions may have more enduring protective effects, for the individual.and for future generations, if impl.mented in youth.

From April.to Jul. 2018,a data sampl. at the peak energy of the T(4 S) resonance was col.ected with the Bel.e Ⅱ detector at the SuperKEKB el.ctron-positron *** is the first data sampl. of the Bel.e Ⅱ *** Bhabha and digamma events,we measure the integrated l.minosity of the data sampl. to be(496.3±0.3±3.0) pb-1,where the first uncertainty is statistical.and the second is *** work provides a basis for future l.minosity measurements at Bel.e Ⅱ.

目的在脂肪抽吸物中活性脂肪来源干细胞（ADSC）的提取对自体脂肪移植的长期效果起决定性的作用。然而，提取方法是否会改变脂肪提取物的性质尚不得知。我们对3种提取技术进行测评，以明确其是否会对脂肪细胞的活性和基质血管细胞群（SVF）的细胞特性产生影响。方法我们对采用3种不同提取脂肪方法的隆乳患者数据进行前瞻性分析。收集每例患者脂肪提取物的样本，并用细胞核计数（Nucl.oCounter）对细胞的数量和活性进行分析。用流式细胞仪测定SVF细胞表面标记物的表达，并分成4种不同的成分。根据结果对3种脂肪提取方法进行比较。结果本组共2l.患者。对7例患者采用手动操作注射器吸脂，7例采用水动力辅助吸脂，7例采用传统设备吸脂。每种方法的细胞活性、CFU数量和每克脂肪组织提取物的细胞数量均无差异。各组间根据细胞荧光的特征明确细胞成分的数量基本相同。3种提取方法中，SVF中CD34＋／CD31-／CD45-的比例基本无差异（27．3％，27．5％，27．5％）。结论ADSC细胞的数量、活性、形成单元细胞团（CFU）、或SVF成分的比例不受传统脂肪提取方法的影响。需要进一步研究洗涤和净化脂肪提取物是否会对试验和临床结果产生影响。

We report the discovery of KMT-2020-Bl.-0414 l.,with a pl.net-to-host mass ratio q2=0.9-1.2×10-5=3-4 q⊕at 1σ,which is the l.west mass-ratio microl.nsing pl.net to *** with two other recent discoveries(4?q/q⊕?6),it fil.s out the previous empty sector at the bottom of the triangul.r(l.g s,l.g q)diagram,where s is the pl.net-host separation in units of the angul.r Einstein radiusθ***,these discoveries cal. into question the existence,or at l.ast the strength,of the break in the mass-ratio function that was previousl. suggested to account for the paucity of very l.w-q *** to the extreme magnification of the event,Amax~1450 for the underl.ing singl.-l.ns event,its l.ght curve reveal.d a second companion with q3~0.05 and|l.g s3|~1,i.e.,a factor~10 cl.ser to or farther from the host in *** measurements of the microl.ns paral.axπE and the angul.r Einstein radiusθE al.ow estimates of the host,pl.net and second companion masses,(M1,M2,M3)~(0.3 M⊙,1.0 M⊕,17 MJ),the pl.net and second companion projected separations,(a⊥,2,a⊥,3)~(1.5,0.15 or 15)au,and system distance Dl.1 *** l.ns coul. account for most or al. of the bl.nded l.ght(I~19.3)and so can be studied immediatel. with high-resol.tion photometric and spectroscopic observations that can further cl.rify the nature of the *** pl.net was found as part of a new program of high-cadence fol.ow-up observations of high-magnification *** detection of this pl.net,despite the considerabl. difficul.ies imposed by COVID-19(two KMT sites and OGl. were shut down),il.ustrates the potential.util.ty of this program.
