In this paper,the formation process,morphology,and electrochemical performance of PEO coatings on AM50 magnesium alloy prepared in low concentration phosphate,aluminate,and phosphate-aluminate electrolytes were systematically *** results show that the coatings prepared from the phosphate electrolytes have a higher thickness and better corrosion resistance properties compared to the other *** coatings prepared from low concentration phosphate-aluminate mixed electrolytes have slightly thinner thickness,a similar coating structure and an order of magnitude lower value of electrochemical impedance compared with phosphate electrolyte *** Coatings prepared from low concentration aluminate electrolytes have the lowest thickness and the worst corrosion resistance properties which gets close to corrosion behavior of the bare AM50 under the same test *** application,coatings prepared from single low concentration phosphate electrolytes and low concentration phosphate-aluminate electrolytes have greater potential than single low concentration aluminate ***,reducing the electrolyte concentrations of coating forming ions too much has negative influence on the coating growth rate.

AIM:To investigate the difference in risk factors between non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy(NAION)and central retinal artery occlusion(CRAO)and develop a predictive diagnostic ***:The study included 37 patients with monocular NAION,20 with monocular CRAO,and 24 with ***,age,and systemic diseases were *** routine,lipids,hemorheology,carotid and brachial artery doppler ultrasound,and echocardiography were *** optic disc area,cup area,and cup-to-disc ratio(C/D)of the unaffected eye in the NAION and CRAO group and the right eye in the hypertension group were ***:The carotid artery intimal medial thickness(C-IMT)of the affected side of the CRAO group was thicker(P=0.039)and its flow-mediated dilation(FMD)was lower(P=0.049)than the NAION *** with hypertension patients,NAION patients had higher whole blood reduced viscosity low-shear(WBRV-l)and erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI;P=0.045,0.037),and CRAO patients had higher index of rigidity of erythrocyte(IR)and erythrocyte deformation index(EDI;P=0.004,0.001).The optic cup and the C/D of the NAION group were smaller than the other two groups(Pl showed high diagnostic specificity(83.7%)and sensitivity(85.6%),which was highly related to hypertension,the C-IMT of the affected side,FMD,platelet(PlT),EAI,and C/***:CRAO patients show thicker C-IMT and worse endothelial function than *** and CRAO may be related to abnormal hemorheology.A small cup and small C/D may be involved in *** diagnostic nomogram can be used to preliminarily identify NAION and CRAO.

The need to combine various metals in light-weight constructions requires the development of coatings that prevent galvanic corrosion. layered double hydroxides(lDHs) can be an example of such coatings, which were previously successfully obtained in situ on individual materials. In addition, the possibility of lDH growth(including lDH growth in the presence of chelating agents) on the surface of plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)-coated metals was previously shown. This PEO + lDH combination could improve both corrosion and mechanical characteristics of the system. The possibility of lDHs formation in situ on the surface of PEO-coated friction stir welded(FSW) magnesium-aluminum materials(AZ31/AA5754 system was selected as a model one) was demonstrated in the presence of 1,3-diamino-2-hydroxypropane-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid(DHPTA) as a chelating agent, which was selected based on analysis of respective metal-ligand compounds stability. lDHs growth was achieved under ambient pressure without addition of carbonates in the electrolyte. The effectiveness of the resulting coating is shown both for corrosion resistance and hardness.

High temperature warning indicators play a pivotal role in meteorological departments,serving as crucial criteria for issuing warnings that guide both social production and daily *** their importance,limited studies have explored the relationship between different global warming levels and changes in high temperature warning *** this study,we analyze data from 2,419 meteorological stations over China and utilize the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6(CMIP6)models to examine historical changes in high temperature warning indicators used by the China Meteorological *** evaluate model performance and estimate future changes in these indicators using an annual cycle bias correction *** results indicate that since 1961,the number of high temperature days(TX35d and TX40d)and length of season(TX40d and TX40l)with daily maximum temperature reaching or exceeding 35℃ and 40℃ have increased over *** intensity of high temperatures(TXx)has strengthened and the geographical extent affected by high temperatures has *** 2022,the occurrence of 40℃ high temperatures surges,with Eastern China experiencing a two-day increase in TX40d and an extended seasonal length in TX40l by over five *** CMIP6 models have underestimated the high temperature indictors associated with 35℃ during historical periods,notable difference is not observed between the models and observations for TX40d and TX40l,given their rare ***,future projections,after bias correction,indicate that the increasing trends for 35℃ and 40℃ high temperature days and length of season become more pronounced than the raw projection,suggesting a more severe increase than that anticipated *** global warming intensifies,the high temperature days and length of season are projected to increase non-linearly,while the intensity of high temperatures is expected to increase *** every 1℃ increase in global temperature,the intensity is

Potential health risks related to environmental endocrine disruptors(EEDs)have aroused research hotspots at the forefront of water treatment ***,nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide/schwertmannite nanocomposites(N-TiO_(2)/SCH)have been successfully developed as heterogeneous catalysts for the degradation of typical EEDs via photo-Fenton *** to the sustainable Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)conversion induced by photoelectrons,as-prepared N-TiO_(2)/SCH nanocomposites exhibit much enhanced efficiency for the degradation of bisphenol A(BPA;ca.100% within 60 min under visible irradiation)in a wide pH range of 3.0-7.8,which is significantly higher than that of the pristine schwertmannite(ca.74.5%)or N-TiO_(2)(ca.10.8%).In this photo-Fenton system,the efficient degradation of BPA is mainly attributed to the oxidation by hydroxyl radical(·OH)and singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2)).Moreover,the possible catalytic mechanisms and reaction pathway of BPA degradation are systematically investigated based on analytical and photoelectrochemical *** work not only provides a feasible means for the development of novel heterogeneous photo-Fenton catalysts,but also lays a theoretical foundation for the potential application of mineral-based materials in wastewater treatment.

The use of two-dimensional(2D)layered metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)as self-sacrificial templates has been proven to be a successful method to create high-efficiency Selenium(Se)-containing electrocatalysts for overall water ***,two strategies are then utilized to introduce Se element into the Co–Fe MOF,one being the etching of as-prepared MOF by SeO_(2) solution,and the other,the replacing of SCN−with SeCN−as the construction *** electrochemical activity of the pristine 2D MOF and their calcinated derivatives for catalyzing the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is evaluated and further *** is found that the effect of introducing Se on improving electrochemical catalytic activity is significant for the HER ***,the calcinated derivative in the replacing method exhibits an overpotential of 235 mV for HER and 270 mV for OER at a current density of 10 mA/*** comparing the two methods of introducing Se element into MOF,similar electrocatalytic activity can be achieved on the their calcinated *** high electrochemical performance of 2D CoFe-MOF derivatives may be resulted from the unique 2D hierarchical porous structure and strong synergistic effect between different components in the material.

This research focuses on addressing the challenges associated with image detection in low-light environments,particularly by applying artificial intelligence techniques to machine vision and object recognition *** primary goal is to tackle issues related to recognizing objects with low brightness *** this study,the Intel RealSense lidar Camera l515 is used to simultaneously capture color information and 16-bit depth information *** detection scenarios are categorized into normal brightness and low brightness *** the system determines a normal brightness environment,normal brightness images are recognized using deep learning *** low-brightness situations,three methods are proposed for *** first method is the SegmentationwithDepth image(SD)methodwhich involves segmenting the depth image,creating amask from the segmented depth image,mapping the obtained mask onto the true color(RGB)image to obtain a backgroundreduced RGB image,and recognizing the segmented *** second method is theHDVmethod(hue,depth,value)which combines RGB images converted to HSV images(hue,saturation,value)with depth images D to form HDV images for *** third method is the HSD(hue,saturation,depth)method which similarly combines RGB images converted to HSV images with depth images D to form HSD images for *** experimental results,in normal brightness environments,the average recognition rate obtained using image recognition methods is 91%.For low-brightness environments,using the SD method with original images for training and segmented images for recognition achieves an average recognition rate of over 82%.TheHDVmethod achieves an average recognition rate of over 70%,while the HSD method achieves an average recognition rate of over 84%.The HSD method allows for a quick and convenient low-light object recognition *** research outcome can be applied to nighttime surveillance systems or nighttime road safety systems

Honeybees are the most critical pollinators providing key ecosystem services that underpin crop production and sustainable *** a backdrop of rapid global change,this eusocial insect encounters a succession of stressors during nesting,foraging,and *** mites,together with vectored viruses,have been recognized as central biotic threats to honeybee health,while the spread of invasive giant hornets and small hive beetles also increasingly threatens colonies *** of agrochemicals,including acaricides used for mite treatment,and other pollutants of the environment have been widely documented to affect bee health in various ***,expanding urbanization,climate change,and agricultural intensification often result in the destruction or fragmentation of flower-rich bee *** anthropogenic pressures exerted by beekeeping management practices affect the natural selection and evolution of honeybees,and colony translocations facilitate alien species invasion and disease *** this review,the multiple biotic and abiotic threats and their interactions that potentially undermine bee colony health are discussed,while taking into consideration the sensitivity,large foraging area,dense network among related nestmates,and social behaviors of honeybees.
