The cryptic lifestyle of most fungi necessitates molecular identification of the guild in environmental *** the past decades,rapid development and affordability of molecular tools have tremendously improved insights of the fungal diversity in all ecosystems and ***,in spite of the progress of molecular methods,knowledge about functional properties of the fungal taxa is vague and interpretation of environmental studies in an ecologically meaningful manner remains *** order to facilitate functional assignments and ecological interpretation of environmental studies we introduce a user friendly traits and character database FungalTraits operating at genus and species hypothesis *** the information from previous efforts such as FUnGuild and FunFun together with involvement of expert knowledge,we reannotated 10,210 and 151 fungal and Stramenopila genera,*** resulted in a stand-alone spreadsheet dataset covering 17 lifestyle related traits of fungal and Stramenopila genera,designed for rapid functional assignments of environmental *** order to assign the trait states to fungal species hypotheses,the scientific community of experts manually categorised and assigned available trait information to 697,413 fungal ITS *** the basis of those sequences we were able to summarise trait and host information into 92,623 fungal species hypotheses at 1%dissimilarity threshold.

Semantic Based Greedy Levy Gradient Boosting Algorithm for Phishing Detection

The detection of phishing and legitimate websites is considered a great challenge for web service providers because the users of such websites are *** websites also create traffic in the entire *** phishing issue is the broadening malware of the entire network,thus highlighting the demand for their detection while massive datasets(i.e.,big data)are *** the application of boosting mechanisms in phishing detection,these methods are prone to significant errors in their output,specifically due to the combination of all website features in the training *** upcoming big data system requires MapReduce,a popular parallel programming,to process massive *** address these issues,a probabilistic latent semantic and greedy levy gradient boosting(PLS-GLGB)algorithm for website phishing detection using MapReduce is proposed.A feature selection-based model is provided using a probabilistic intersective latent semantic preprocessing model to minimize errors in website phishing ***,the missing data in each URL are identified and discarded for further processing to ensure data ***,with the preprocessed features(URLs),feature vectors are updated by the greedy levy divergence gradient(model)that selects the optimal features in the URL and accurately detects the ***,greedy levy efficiently differentiates between phishing websites and legitimate *** are conducted using one of the largest public corpora of a website phish tank *** show that the PLS-GLGB algorithm for website phishing detection outperforms stateof-the-art phishing detection *** amounts of phishing detection time and errors are also saved during the detection of website phishing.

BACKGROUnD Total hip and knee replacements are being performed in increasing numbers in progressively younger patients with higher activity demands. Many such patients have expectations of returning to athletic activity post-operatively yet are not always able to do so and the reasons behind this have not been extensively examined. We hypothesise that any reasons for a failure to return to athletic activity post-operatively are *** To quantify the return to athletic activity following lower limb joint arthroplasty and understand qualitative reasons for altered activity *** A single centre, single surgeon retrospective questionnaire for hip and knee arthroplasty patients under age 60 years, minimum two years post-surgery with exclusion criteria of multiple degenerative joint involvement and multiple medical co-morbidities. Outcomes were validated joint-specific(Oxford hip and knee) and lifestyle questionnaires [short form 12(SF-12) and University of California, Los Angeles(UCLA)] and an activity questionnaire assessing ability participation in athletic activity post-operatively. Statistical analysis was performed on the validated outcome data, including comparison between hip and knee replacements. Frequency tables were produced to quantify the different athletic activities participated in by *** Responses were received from 64 patients(80% response rate). There was a statistically significant improvement in Oxford hip and knee scores following surgery. SF-12 scores also improved for all patients, but no statistically significant difference was seen between joints(P = 0.88). Mean UCLA scores pre-operatively were 7.67 and at two years post-operatively were 7.69, with no statistically significant change(P = 0.91). Background Partial nephrectomy (Pn) is considered the gold standard surgical treatment for renal masses n size (T1 tumors). Since the introduction of the robotic-assisted laparoscopic Pn (raPn) in high-volume centers, it has been increasingly adapted and standardized by urologists worldwide. There is growing evidence that the robot-assisted laparoscopic technique is associated with superior outcomes compared to those of open and conventional laparoscopic techniques. This study aimed to summarize the contemporary outcome data of raPn for renal tumors with varying degrees of complexity and to assess whether the outcomes reported from high-volume centers are reproducible in a limited caseload *** and methods This was a retrospective study of a single surgeon's experience, including 123 consecutive patients undergoing raPn at our institution. Ultimately, 110 patients were included in the analysis. Basic characteristics, tumor complexity as described by the REnAL score, complications described by the Clavien-Dindo classification system, and functional and oncological outcomes were assessed and analyzed *** Of the 110 patients, 27 (24%), 61 (55%), and 23 (21%) had low, intermediate, and high degrees of complexity, respectively, according to the REnAL score. A cancer-negative surgical margin was achieved in 108 (97%) patients. A total of 70 (64%) patients had no loss of renal function, while 20 (27%) had minimal loss of renal function. Complications of > 3 Clavien-Dindo classification during the first 30 postoperative days occurred in 5 (5%) patients. The calamitous consequences of 2017 Hurricane Maria for the Caribbean island of Dominica highlighted the acute and increasing susceptibility of the region to disasters. Despite increasing international attention to disaster risk reduction, recovery from hazard events can be especially lengthy and difficult for small island developing states. In this article, we build on existing understandings of disaster risk as a physical and social condition, showing that historical processes are fundamental to understanding how conditions of risk emerge and persist over time. We take an integrated approach to analyzing the drivers of risk accumulation, using the example of Dominica, where processes set in motion during the colonial period have shaped the location of people and assets, the degree to which they might be harmed, the societal repercussions of that harm and the prospects for recovery. We focus on the underlying economic vulnerabilities and physical exposure to hazards created by agricultural, economic, and social practices, and successive disaster responses that have constrained recovery. Uncovering these historical drivers and persistent issues, elucidates lessons for pursuing a more resilient development trajectory, including through the promotion of economic restructuring and diversification, and land reform.
