In the context of complex foggy environments, the acquired images often suffer from low visibility,high noise, and loss of detailed information. The direct application of general object detection methods fails to achieve satisfactory results. To address these issues, this paper proposes a foggy object detection method based on YOLOv8n,named AOYOLO. The all-in-one dehazing network(AOD-Net), a lightweight defogging network, is employed for data augmentation. Additionally, the ResCNet module is introduced in the backbone to better extract features from low-illumination images. The GACSP module is proposed in the neck to capture multi-scale features and effectively utilize them, thereby generating discriminative features with different scales. The detection head is improved using WiseI oU, which enhances the accuracy of object localization. Experimental evaluations are conducted on the publicly available datasets annotated realworld task-driven testing set(RTTS) and synthetic foggy KITTI dataset. The results demonstrate that the proposed AOYOLO algorithm outperforms the original YOLOv8n algorithm with an average mean average precision improvement of 3.3% and 4.6% on the RTTS and KITTI datasets, respectively. The AOYOLO method effectively enhances the performance of object detection in foggy scenes. Due to its improved performance and stronger robustness, this experimental model provides a new perspective for foggy object detection.

AIM To investigate the association between cardiorespiratory fitness and hospitalization events in a cohort of large voluntary arm forces in Taiwan. METHODS The cardiorespiratory fitness and hospitalization events in armed forces(CHIEF) is a retrospective cohort consisting of more than 4000 professional military members aged 18-50 years in Eastern Taiwan. All participants received history taking, physical examination, chest radiography, 12-lead electrocardiography, blood tests for cell counts and fasting glucose, lipid profiles, uric acid, renal function and liver function in the Hualien Armed Forces General Hospital during 2014. In addition, participants were required to undergo two indoor resistant exercise tests including 2-min push-up and 2-min sit-up, both scored by infrared sensing, and one outdoor endurance 3000-m none weight-bearing running test, the main indicator of cardiorespiratory fitness in the Military Physical Training and Testing Center in Eastern Taiwan in 2014. RESULTS Hospitalization events for cardiovascular disease, acute kidney injury, rhabdomyolysis, severe infectious disease, acute psychiatric illness, diabetes, orthopedic surgery and mortality will be identified in the National Insurance Research Database for 10 years. CONCLUSION CHIEF will be among the largest Eastern Asian armed forces cohort, in which physical status was strictly evaluated to follow up the hospitalization events for severe illness.

【目的】富油煤作为一种集煤、油、气为一体的特殊非常规油气资源,通过原位热解可转化为高附加值焦油、可燃气及半焦固体燃料等,具有解决传统煤炭工业发展过程中绿色开发、清洁低碳利用难题的潜力。在减少煤炭开采污染、提高能效利用等方面,为碳达峰碳中和(“双碳”)目标的实现提供了新的解决方案,也为我国寻求油气资源战略依赖突围提供了重要路径参考。然而,目前国内富油煤地下原位热解的研究仅限于少数先导性试验研究,对于富油煤原位热解的地质环境影响研究与全生命周期地质保障技术探索亟待开展。【方法】基于富油煤开发原位热解的地质环境扰动响应特征,重点探讨了富油煤原位热解对热解区岩体变质、覆岩损伤变形、地下水扰动、地表沉降及地表生态环境等方面的影响,总结了富油煤原位热解地质条件评价与过程监测主要内容和测试技术,梳理了富油煤原位热解地质保障面临的挑战。同时,结合理论研究、技术方法、感测装备、传感单元、数据解译、多源信息融合和工程实践等内容认识,提出了构建富油煤原位热解地质保障技术体系的思考。【结果和结论】分析认为,在富油煤原位热解的新型资源转化利用模式条件下,迫切需要研发与之相匹配的地质保障技术,制定完整的开发、设计、施工、评价方法和标准,以规范和引导富油煤热解技术的发展与应用。此外,还需要在充分挖掘和利用富油煤油气资源固有优势的基础上,积极推动富油煤清洁利用技术的研发创新、安全生产标准的提升以及生态环境保护的深度融合,为煤炭工业实现绿色转型和高效可持续发展提供全面的战略对策与保障。

开采沉陷是煤炭资源井工开发利用所面临的主要环境地质问题,尤其对于我国东部高潜水位矿区而言,巨厚松散层的移动变形控制与采动减损评价备受关注。为了研究巨厚松散层内部移动机制,明确其对地表移动变形影响,以淮南新集矿区某井田为研究区,通过采用分布式光纤与并行电法联合测试技术,构建超过600 m深度全断面钻孔监测系统,探究巨厚松散层变形特征和内部移动规律。全断面监测系统能够获取煤层采动区域巨厚松散层内部应变、位移信息及监测钻孔周围电阻率变化情况,量化地层监测断面松散层内部移动变形时空关系和渗流场变化数据,分析松散层内地层变形特征与发育形态。研究结果表明:多参量联合测试技术的应用,显著提高了对巨厚松散层移动变形的监测效率和变形定位的准确性,获得了工作面回采位置与松散层内部变形时空演变关系。并根据松散层变形特征,将采动影响过程划分为超前影响期、弱采动影响期、强采动影响期、采后沉稳期4个阶段,揭示了超前影响变形表现“台阶状”形态与采动影响期的“反向3字型”移动特征,同时分析了“反向3字型”移动模式的构成条件、影响因素。基于全断面监测数据,提出巨厚松散层变形多场可测信息量化评价方法,阐明了巨厚松散层在煤层开采过程中存在分层应力积累与释放的规律。研究内容为巨厚松散层内部移动变形的精细化监测分析提供重要的技术支持。全断面监测技术的应用,也可为采动损害过程监测与评价、矿山生态源头减损与减沉、沉陷区土地规划与复垦以及松散层内注浆改造等提供参考。

In this paper we initiate a study of covariance and variance for two operators on a Hilbert space. proving that the c-v (covariance-variance) inequality holds, which is equivalent to the Cauchy- Schwarz inequality. As for applications of the c-v inequality we provc uniformly the Bernstein-type inequalities and equalities. and show the generalized Heinz-Kato-Furuta-type inequalities and equalities. from which a generalization and sharpening of Reid’s inequlality is obtained. We show that every operator can be expressed as a p-hyponormal-type, and a hyponormal-type operator. Finally, some new characterizations of the Furuta inequality are given.

Engineering design is undergoing a paradigm shift from design for performance to design for affordability, operability, and durability, seeking multi-objective optimization. To facilitate this transformation, significantly extended design freedom and knowledge must be available in the early design stages. This paper presents a high-fidelity framework for design and optimization of the liquid swirl injectors that are widely used in aerospace propulsion and power-generation systems. The framework assembles a set of techniques, including Design Of Experiment(DOE), high-fidelity Large Eddy Simulations(LES), machine learning, Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD)-based Kriging surrogate modeling(emulation), inverse problem optimization, and uncertainty quantification. LES-based simulations can reveal detailed spatiotemporal evolution of flow structures and flame dynamics in a high-fidelity manner, and identify important injector design parameters according to their effects on propellant mixing, flame stabilization, and thermal *** a given a space of design parameters, DOE determines the number of design points to perform LES-based simulations. POD-based emulations, trained by the LES database, can effectively explore the design space and deduce an optimal group of design parameters in a turn-around time that is reduced by three orders of magnitude. The accuracy of the emulated results is validated, and the uncertainty of prediction is quantified. The proposed design methodology is expected to profoundly extend the knowledge base and reduce the cost for initial design stages.

Manufacturing of Porous Alumina Ceramic by Gel Casting

Various quantities of non-toxic monomer (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, HEMA) was added to form porous alumina ceramic by gel casting process. Pure water, monomer, cross-linker (N, N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide (MBAm)), and dispersant (ammonium salt of poly (methacrylic acid), PAS) were combined to form an aqueous solution, which added alumina powder and was milled to form alumina slurry with zirconia balls for 240 minutes. An initiator (ammonium persulfate, APS) was added to the alumina slurry with a vacuum mixing system and formed in an inverted metal mold. After heat treatment, curing, stripping and drying, the alumina green body was sintered at 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500 and 1600 ℃ for 1 h. The original alumina powder and sintered porous alumina ceramic materials were analyzed for particle size, viscosity, TGA/DTA, sintering density, porosity, SEM, XRD and bending strength. The results show that the porous alumina ceramic can be prepared with porosity of 12-48 wt% and bending strength of 17-153 MPa at various monomer content of 5-25 wt% and sintering temperatures of 1200-1500 ℃.
