当前经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)的镇痛效果不佳且存在较大的个体差异,可能与疼痛神经网络的复杂性及当前tDCS调控靶点单一有关。为提高tDCS缓解疼痛的效果,本研究使用双盲、随机对照的实验设计,采用双靶点tDCS技术,对背外侧前额叶皮层(dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,DLPFC)和初级运动皮层(primary motor cortex,M1)进行同步刺激,通过调节DLPFC和M1所属不同的疼痛传导通路,探究双靶点tDCS的镇痛效果及优势。结果表明,与假刺激对照组相比,双靶点tDCS组对中等强度短时热痛、辣椒素诱发的持续性疼痛以及压痛阈限具有显著的调控效应,且调控效应优于单靶点tDCS组。同时,双靶点tDCS的镇痛效应与被试的疼痛恐惧特质显著相关,即被试疼痛恐惧量表评分越高,镇痛效果越好。综上,本研究揭示了双靶点tDCS对短时热痛和持续性疼痛的稳定镇痛效果,支持了疼痛神经网络的并行处理理论,也为双靶点tDCS在疼痛治疗中的潜在应用提供了科学依据。

当前管理学的研究对象日益单调,去中心化自治组织(DAO)的出现可遇而不可求,它在提供新视角的同时也是一次检验既有理论的机会。DAO是一种基于区块链技术运行的新型组织形式,它不存在中央集权式的领导者或管理机制,而是通过智能合约实现自我控制,并借助代币实现人机共治。业界普遍关注DAO对公司制的可替代性,学界的研究则刚开始,多学科背景下尚缺乏管理学视角的基础理论分析。本文在界定DAO相关概念的基础上,深入分析了DAO与公司制的异同,发现其概念源于古典决策理论,其行为符合无边界组织、虚拟组织和网络组织的基本特征;进而从委托代理、民主制度、信息不对称、去中心化四个角度分析DAO的缺陷,指出DAO治理中存在“去中心化—高效决策—唯一共识”不可能三角;最后探讨了DAO对组织边界的贡献与价值。本研究旨在在新兴现象和传统理论之间构筑桥梁,借以增进产学两界的相互参考。

Experimental analysis of matrix moveable oil saturation in tight sandstone reservoirs of the south Ordos Basin,China

Tight oil reservoirs in the south Ordos Basin are characterized by fractured,heterogeneous oil-bearing strata(an oil saturation of less than 55%on average),normal pressure(0.8±)and extra-low permeability(less than 0.3 mD).In the chang 8 tight sandstone reservoir in Honghe oilfield,micro-and nanopores,especially those with a pore-throat radius of less than 1 mm,account for more than 90%.Fluid flow in the matrix is non-linear and crude oil flow rates are very low under normal pressure *** improved understanding of oil mobility in a tight matrix is key to further development of normalpressure tight-oil resources in the continental *** this study,constant-velocity and high-pressure mercury injection experiments were conducted using samples of typical tight sandstone cores obtained from the south of Ordos Basin.A new method for reconstructing the full-scale pore-throat distribution characteristics of tight sandstone reservoirs was established successfully,based on which multistage centrifugal tests,tests of low-pressure differential displacement of oil by water,and nuclear magnetic resonance tests were conducted in order to obtain the distribution characteristics of moveable fluid in different *** moveable oil saturation(MOS)and degree of oil recovery(*** of accumulative oil production to producing geologic reserves)of the core samples under different differential pressures for displacement were *** for the tight oil reservoirs in the south Ordos Basin,the moveable fluids are mainly stored in sub-micron(0.10-0.5 mm)*** Type I reservoirs(k>0.1 mD),the volume percentage of moveable fluid in pores with a radius larger than 0.5 mm is relatively high(greater than 40%).The degree of oil recovery of water flooding serves as the basis for forecasting recoverable reserves for tight oil *** reserves under water flooding,mainly occur in pores with a radius greater than 0.5 *** contribution of Type I reserves to oil pro

Sedimentary process research is of great significance for understanding the distribution and characteristics of *** the detailed observation and measurement of the Sangyuan outcrop in Luanping Basin,this paper studies the depositional process of the hyperpycnal flow deposits,and divides their depositional process into three phases,namely,acceleration,erosion and *** the acceleration phase,hyperpycnal flow begins to enter the basin nearby,and then speeds up *** developed in the acceleration phase are *** addition,the original deposits become unstable and are taken away by hyperpycnal flows under the eroding *** a result,there are a lot of mixture of red mud pebbles outside the basin and gray mud pebbles within the *** the erosion phase,the reverse deposits are eroded and become thinner or even ***,no reverse grading characteristic is found in the proximal major channel that is closer to the source,but it is still preserved in the middle branch channel that is far from the *** entering the deceleration phase,normally grading deposits appear and cover previous *** final deposits in the basin are *** are reverse,and others are *** are superimposed with each other under the action of hyperpycnal *** analysis of the Sangyuan outcrop demonstrates the sedimentary process and distribution of hyperpycnites,and reasonably explain the sedimentary characteristics of *** is helpful to the prediction of oil and gas exploration targets in gravity flow deposits.
