Let E be a toric fibration arising from symplectic reduction of a direct sum of complex line bundles over (almost) Kähler base b. Then each torus-fixed point of the toric manifold fiber defines a section of the fibration. Let La be convex line bundles over b, Aa smooth divisors of b arising as the zero loci of generic sections of La , and a particular fixed-point section of E. Further assume the {Aa} to be mutually disjoint. The manifold is a new manifold with tautological line bundles over new projective spaces in the geometry, where previously there was a simpler vector bundle in the given local geometry (Section 1.5). Thus, we compute genus-0 Gromov-Witten invariants of in terms of genus-0 Gromov-Witten invariants of b and of {Aa}, the matrix used for the symplectic reduction description of the fiber of the toric fibration E→b, and the restriction maps . The proofs utilize the fixed-point localization technique describing the geometry of and its genus-0 Gromov-Witten theory, as well as the Quantum Lefschetz theorem relating the genus-0 Gromov-Witten theory of A with that of b.

Objective: To assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices of providers in blood transfusion, HIV infections and hepatitis b and C in the province of South Kivu (eastern DRC). Methods: This study is comparative cross-sectional. It covered all the staff care. Our sample was composed by doctors, nurses, midwives, and agents’ rapid training in activity in health sector in South Kivu between 1 December 2011 and 30 December 2011. Those medical and paramedical staffs came from 12 general reference hospitals, 11 hospitals and 65 health centers in the province of South Kivu. Three hundred and ninety three people were interviewed including 6.5% of physicians, 87.4% of nurses and 5.1% of midwives. Among them, 25.5% had received training in blood transfusion. Results: Overall, 11.7% of providers responded correctly to questions on knowledge and attitude on blood safety. The proportion of correct answers on the knowledge and attitude on exposure accidents was 53.8%. The frequency of caregivers who responded well to the basics of HIV and hepatitis b and C was 15.5%. Notions about the type of donor blood and the risk of blood transfusion received an overall rating of 17.8% and the proportion of correct answers on the knowledge and practice base of blood transfusion was 16.7%. During the six months following the survey, 54.4% of providers have experienced accidental exposure to blood. Conclusion: The lack of knowledge of the medical staff in transfusion is obvious. We must therefore have the possibility of organizing regular training and follow-up activities.

Electrospinning has been proven as a highly versatile fabrication method for producing nano-structured fibres with controllable morphology,of both the fibres themselves and the void structure of the ***,it is possible to use heteroatom doped polymers or to include catalytic precursors in the electrospinning solution to control the surface properties of the *** factors make it an ideal method for the production of electrodes and flow media for a variety of electrochemical devices,enabling reduction in mass transport and activation overpotentials and therefore increasing ***,the use of biomass as a polymer source has recently gained attention for the ability to embed sustainable principles in the materials of electrochemical devices,complementing their ability to allow an increase in the use of renewable electricity via their *** this review,the historical and recent developments of electrospun materials for application in redox flow batteries,fuel cells,metal air batteries and supercapacitors are thoroughly reviewed,including an overview of the electrospinning process and a guide to best ***,we provide an outlook for the emerging use of this process in the field of electrochemical energy devices with the hope that the combination of tailored microstructure,surface functionality and computer modelling will herald a new era of bespoke functional materials that can significantly improve the performance of the devices in which they are used.

Screening gene function in vivo is a powerful approach to discover novel drug targets. We present high-throughput screening （HTS） data for 3 762 distinct global gene knockout （KO） mouse lines with viable adult homozygous mice generated using either gene-trap or homologous recombination technologies. bone mass was determined from DEXA scans of male and female mice at 14 weeks of age and by microCT analyses of bones from male mice at 16 weeks of age. Wild-type （WT） cagemates/littermates were examined for each gene KO. Lethality was observed in an additional 850 KO lines. Since primary HTS are susceptible to false positive findings, additional cohorts of mice from KO lines with intriguing HTS bone data were examined. Aging, ovariectomy, histomorphometry and bone strength studies were performed and possible non-skeletal phenotypes were explored. Together, these screens identified multiple genes affecting bone mass： 23 previously reported genes （Calcr, Cebpb, Crtap, Dcstamp, Dkkl, Duoxa2, Enppl, Fgf23, Kissl/Kisslr, Kl （Klotho）, Lrp5, Mstn, Neol, Npr2, Ostml, Postn, Sfrp4, S1c30a5, Sic39a13, Sost, Sumf1, Src, Wnt10b）, five novel genes extensively characterized （Cldn18, Fam20c, Lrrkl, Sgpll, Wnt16）, five novel genes with preliminary characterization （Agpat2, RassfS, Slc10a7, Stc26a7, Slc30a10） and three novel undisclosed genes coding for potential osteoporosis drug targets.

In this paper,we briefly review the development of ranking and selection(R&S)in the past 70 years,especially the theoretical achievements and practical applications in the past 20 *** from the frequentist and bayesian classifications adopted by Kim and Nelson(2006b)and Chick(2006)in their review articles,we categorize existing R&S procedures into fixed-precision and fixed-budget procedures,as in Hunter and Nelson(2017).We show that these two categories of procedures essentially differ in the underlying methodological formulations,i.e.,they are built on hypothesis testing and dynamic programming,*** light of this variation,we review in detail some well-known procedures in the literature and show how they fit into these two *** addition,we discuss the use of R&S procedures in solving various practical problems and propose what we think are the important research questions in the field.
