High-Density Nanowells Formation in Ultrafast Laser-Irradiated Thin Film Metallic Glass

We present an effective approach for fabricating nanowell arrays in a one-step laser process with promising applications for the storage and detection of chemical or biological *** thin films of metallic glasses are manufactured with a selected composition of Zr_(65)Cu_(35),known to exhibit remarkable mechanical properties and glass forming *** nanowell arrays spontaneously form in the ultrafast laser irradiation spot with dimensions down to 20 *** flared shape observed by transmission electron microscopy is ideal to ensure chemical or biological material immobilization into the *** also indicates that the localization of the cavitation-induced nanopores can be tuned by the density and size of the initial nanometric interstice from the columnar structure of films deposited by magnetron *** addition to the topographic functionalization,the laser-irradiated amorphous material exhibits structural changes analyzed by spectroscopic techniques at the nanoscale such as energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and electron energy loss *** reveal structural changes consisting of nanocrystals of monoclinic zirconia that grow within the amorphous *** mechanism is driven by local oxidation process catalyzed by extreme temperature and pressure conditions estimated by an atomistic simulation of the laser-induced nanowell formation.

大数据的规模效应给数据存储、管理以及数据分析带来了极大的挑战,学界和业界广泛采用分布式文件系统和MapReduce编程模型来应对这一挑战.提出了大数据环境中一种基于Hadoop分布式文件系统(HDFS)和MapReduce编程模型的分布式MOLAP技术,称为DOLAP(distributed OLAP).DOLAP采用一种特殊的多维模型完成维和度量的映射;采用维编码和遍历算法实现维层次上的上卷下钻操作;采用数据分块和线性化算法将维和度量保存在分布式文件系统中;采用数据块选择算法优化OLAP的性能;采用MapReduce编程模型实现OLAP操作.描述了DOLAP在科学数据分析的应用案例,并与主流的非关系数据库系统进行性能对比.实验结果表明,尽管数据装载性能略显不足,但DOLAP的性能要优于基于HBase,Hive,HadoopDB,OLAP4Cloud等主流非关系数据库系统实现的OLAP性能.

Surface morphology-optical properties relationship in thermochromic VO_(2) thin films obtained by air oxidation of vanadium nitride

In this paper,vanadium nitride(VN)thin films have been deposited on Al substrates by reactive magnetron *** VO_(2) films have been obtained by air oxidation of VN samples performed at three temperatures(450,525 and 550℃)at various durations(lower than 50 min).X-ray diffraction and Raman spectrometry of the VN oxidized films indicate that VO_(2) and V2O5 are the only phases produced during the oxidation *** dioxide is the first oxide *** coexists with VN in a long period at 450℃ or suddenly disappears at 525 and 550℃.Whatever the temperature,V2O5 is exclusively detected after the total oxidation of *** oxide is detrimental to the thermochromic performance of *** emissivity-switching properties of the oxidized films were analyzed by infrared camera in the 7.5e13 mm *** comparison among all the samples exhibiting a thermochromic behavior shows that the maximum emissivity switch is independent of the oxidation temperature and the surface morphology of the *** results could open a new strategy in the investigation of VN oxidation as a method to obtain VO_(2),along with an insight into the correlation between surface morphology and optical properties.

The Custodians of State Policies Dealing With the Financial Crisis： A Comparison Between france and the US

Following the 2008 global economic crisis and rolling out of austerity measures, elites of the state seem to have become a ＂political species＂ of their own, now under threat of extinction. The study of the health and defense policy reforms in france and the US during the 1990s and 2000s shows that far from disappearing, the influence of state elites is being strategically reconfigured to defend some sector-specific policies. Similarly to those ＂custodians of policy＂ dear to P. Selznick, small groups of elites are gaining expertise within strategic sectors of public policy; they are also making the need to control the cost of public spending their royal battle, in order to safeguard what they see as the crucial role of the public good. In the American cases study, the image of the ＂revolving door＂, which encapsulates the idea of professional mobility back and forth from the private to the public sector, implies a fragmented state, open to external pressures of social groups. We document career and professional trajectories marked by a strong commitment to a given policy area. Circulation, we note, is frequent between these positions in the public sector. While these findings do not in and of themselves allow us to fully assess the influence wielded by these elites, this study identifies the social and political resources and forms of specialization which predispose them to play important roles in shaping public policy. For the past 30 years, the question of varieties of liheralisation has been put forward as an explanatory factor for a wide range of public policies （Schrnidt ＆ Thatcher, 2013; Thelen, 2014）. In this perspective, numerous authors have theorised the dismantling of democratic states and the weakening of public authority that would follow （Suleiman, 2003; Fukuyama, 2004; Bez^s, 2009; Bonneli ＆ Pelletier, 2010; Lodge, 2013）.
