Ni WO4 was prepared using the polymeric precursor method and studied in terms of physical and chemical properties to verify its stability for industrial applications as *** characterization was accomplished using thermal analyses,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEm),photoluminescence(PL)and UV–Vis spectroscopies,colorimetric coordinates,and Raman *** the temperature,successive exothermic reactions were observed and they are related with thermal decomposition of the organic *** stability was reached at^700℃.The material is verified to become completely free of second phase at^800℃.The end Ni WO4 powders showed an intense charge transfer(CT)-related tail centered in the ultraviolet region,resulting in a yellow *** addition,the powders exhibited broad excitation band and broad deep blue–green emission band,which were enhanced with increasing powders’crystallinity.

Biological control of agricultural pests relies on knowledge of agroecosystem functionality, particularly when affected by the use of mass-produced biological agents. Incorporating pre- and/or post-release information such as genetic diversity and struc- ture on these agents using molecular-based approaches could advance our knowledge of how they perform in agroecosystems. We evaluated the population genetics of macrolo- phus pygmaeus, the most widely used predatory mirid against many arthropod pests of greenhouse crops in the mediterranean region, using the mitochondrial Cytb sequence and microsatellite data, and population genetics and phylogeny approaches. We investigated commercially mass-produced insects （i.e., commercial insects either mass-reared in the laboratory for many generations, or purchased by farmers and released in the greenhouses） and ＂wild＂ insects （i.e., that occur naturally outside or are collected in nature for release in the greenhouses）. The mirids were mainly collected in agroecosystems in which solana- ceous plants are grown in northern Spain, southern France and Greece. Both molecular markers and approaches distinguished 2 genetically differentiated populations. The less genetically diverse population, hereafter named the ＂commercial＂ strain included all indi- viduals from laboratory mass-rearings and most releases of commercially bred individuals. The most genetically diverse population mainly comprised individuals originating from noncultivated environments, or from releases of＂wild＂ individuals. Rare examples of hy- bridization between m. pygmaeus from the 2 populations were observed and asymmetric gene flow was revealed. These findings provide new insights into what happens to m. pyg- maeus released in the agroecosystems we studied, and show that it is possible to monitor some commercial strains.

This work presents a generic strategy to create a series of metal mercaptides complexes via coordination selfassembly between transition metals(mn,Cu,Co,Fe,and Ni)and cysteine(Cys)by forming the sulfur-metal *** strategy involves dissolving metal chlorides and Cys into deep eutectic solvents(DES),followed by the precipitation of metal mercaptides complexes(such as Cys-mn)by adding water as an antisolvent,where DES serves as the solvent,shape directing,and capping agent,thereby preventing the formation of other metal ***,the prepared complexes possess both laccase and peroxidase-like properties,allowing the design of a technique for the detection of L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine(L-DOPA)and uric acid,*** prepared Cys-mn can linearly oxidize L-DOPA with its concentrations from 0.1 to 130μm and the detection limit was calculated to be 75.5 n ***,the Cys-mn can mimic the activity of peroxidase towards oxidization of o-phenylenediamine at neutral p H,allowing single-step and one-pot cascade reactions for visual and fluorometric measurements of uric acid(UA)that could work in the range of 0.2-500μm UA with a detection limit of 0.06μm and 0.054μМ,*** assay was successful in detecting UA in serum and urine samples with relative standard deviation(RSD)ranging from 7.3%to 10.2%and 3.0%-8.5%respectively,suggesting that it may prove useful in medical diagnostic testing.

本文旨在对钢-连续纤维复合筋(Steel Fiber Composite Bar,简称SFCB)加固钢筋混凝土框架抗连续倒塌性能进行分析研究,利用软件SAP2000.V15.0.1,建立了 22mx18m,层高16m的典型钢筋混凝土框架结构模型,进行传统钢筋加固和SFCB筋加固下结构性能的对比;根据相关SFCB筋材性能研究,确定软件中力学性能的调整系数,以更接近筋材的实际情况;利用备用路径法对模型分别进行角柱,中柱,内柱拆除的三种情况,对剩余结构抗连续倒塌性能进行分析研究,得到不同同情况的下的结论;研究SFCB筋二次刚度和塑性铰旋转能力对结构抗连续倒塌的影响,在软件中,通过调整系数的方法,不断提高二次刚度和塑性铰旋转能力,对比分析两种材料性能对结构的作用,得出相应结;根据所有的研究结果,对SFCB筋加固混凝土框架结构抗连续倒塌性能进行评估,并提出相关建议

Automatic sub-pixel co-registration of Landsat-8 Operational Land Imager and Sentinel-2A multi-Spectral Instrument images using phase correlation and machine learning based mapping

This study investigates misregistration issues between Landsat-8/Operational Land Imager and Sentinel-2A/multi-Spectral Instrument at 30 m resolution,and between multi-temporal Sentinel-2A images at 10 m resolution using a phase-correlation approach and multiple transformation ***-registration of 45 Landsat-8 to Sentinel-2A pairs and 37 Sentinel-2A to Sentinel-2A pairs were *** correlation proved to be a robust approach that allowed us to identify hundreds and thousands of control points on images acquired more than 100 days ***,misregistration of up to 1.6 pixels at 30 m resolution between Landsat-8 and Sentinel-2A images,and 1.2 pixels and 2.8 pixels at 10 m resolution between multi-temporal Sentinel-2A images from the same and different orbits,respectively,were *** non-linear random forest regression used for constructing the mapping function showed best results in terms of root mean square error(RmSE),yielding an average RmSE error of 0.07±0.02 pixels at 30 m resolution,and 0.09±0.05 and 0.15±0.06 pixels at 10 m resolution for the same and adjacent Sentinel-2A orbits,respectively,for multiple tiles and multiple conditions.A simpler 1st order polynomial function(affine transformation)yielded RmSE of 0.08±0.02 pixels at 30 m resolution and 0.12±0.06(same Sentinel-2A orbits)and 0.20±0.09(adjacent orbits)pixels at 10 m resolution.

The style of lily produces a specialized extracellular matrix (ECm) in the transmitting tract epidermis that functions to guide pollen tubes to the ovary. This adhesive ECm contains low esterified pectins and a peptide SCA (stigma/stylar cysteine-rich adhesin). Together they form a matrix to which pollen tubes adhere as they grow through the style. Adhesion also occurs between the pollen tubes themselves when they grow in vivo, an event that does not occur in vitro. Pollen does not produce SCA, but when SCA is added to an in vitro growth medium, it binds to pollen tubes which have esterified and low-esterified pectins in their walls. The pollen partner in the adhesive interaction is not known. Here, we use a pollen protoplast system to examine the effect of SCA on protoplast adhesion when it is added to the growth medium. We found that SCA induces a two-fold increase in protoplast adhesion when it is added at the start of protoplast culture. This adhesion is more extensive than that seen in the control as measured by the length of the adhesion zone. This effect is less when SCA is added to the medium after the cell wall on the protoplast has begun to regenerate. Reformation of the wall on the pollen protoplast at 6 hours of culture was detected by Calcofluor white staining for glucans. Using mAbs to arabinogalactan proteins (AGPs) (JIm 13) and to pectins (JIms 5,7), we were able to show that among the first components deposited in the new wall were AGPs (patchy labeling at 1-3 hours and continuous at 6 hours) and highly esterified pectins (patchy labeling at 3-6 hours and continuous at 24 hours). We saw no labeling for low esterified pectins even after 3 days of culture. This is interesting since it is the low esterified pectins from the style that bind SCA and form the adhesive matrix.
