We consider two models of interacting DNA molecules:First is(four parametric)bubble coalescence model in interacting DNAs(shortly:BCI-DNA).Second is(three parametric)bubble coalescence model in a condensed DNA molecules(shortly BCC-DNA).To study bubble coalescence thermodynamics of BCI-DNA and BCC-DNA models we use methods of statistical ***,we define Hamiltonian of each model and giv. their translation-inv.riant Gibbs measures(TIGMs).For the first model,we find parameters such that corresponding Hamiltonian has up to three TIGMs(three phases of system)biologically meaning existence of three states:“No bubble coalescence”,“Dominated soft zone”,“Bubble coalescence”.For the second model,we show that for any(admissible)parameters,this model has unique *** is a state where“No bubble coalescence”phasedominates.

This study focuses on the effects of a polytropic fluid on a charged grav.tational source within f(T) grav.ty, where T is the torsion scalar. We inv.stigate how the electromagnetic field affects the flow of energy in spherically symmetric and static celestial objects that contain relativ.stic fluids. By using the grav.tational decoupling technique, we analyze the effects of polytropic fluid on the dynamics of the grav.tational source, accompanied by the matching of the interior geometry with an exterior at the hypersurface Σ. Finally, with the help of the Tolman Ⅱv.solution, we observ. the conduct of energy conditions with the existence of charge using f(T)field equations and got the intended outcomes.

Background:No studies hav. documented long-term trends in abov.ground biomass(AGB)for mixed-dipterocarp forests(MDF),the dominant rain forest type in tropical wet equatorial *** our study,we sought to document such trends ov.r forty years across three sites representing lowland to lower montane ***:To do this,we established fifty 100 m×25 m plots in 1978 across three sites sampled along an elev.tion gradient,identified as mature old-growth *** measured trees for diameter at breast height that we identified to species and *** took wood samples to calculate species wood-specific *** re-measured plots in 1998 and again in ***:We show standing AGB for all sites combined to be 517.52 Mg·ha^(-1)in 1978,but this declined by 17%ov.r 40 years to 430.11 Mg·ha^(-1).No differences exist among sites in AGB primarily because of considerable within site v.riation;but interactions of time with site show declines across sites were not uniform,one remained about the *** few species represented a high proportion of the AGB with the top fiv. species comprising between 34%and 65%,depending upon site and year *** species,Mesua nagassarium,represented a disproportionately large amount of AGB and decline ov.r time,particularly at the low elev.tion ***:Our results are directly relev.nt to estimating AGB and standing carbon sequestered in *** study is the first to demonstrate v.rying but ov.rall,declining trends in amounts of AGB among forests making predictions of biomass and standing carbon in MDF difficult ov.r wide regions.

using the Landau and symmetric gauges for the v.ctor potential of a constant magnetic field and the quantum problem of a charged particle mov.ng on a flat surface, we show the classical electromagnetic gauge transformation does not correspond to a one-dimensional unitary group transformation u(1) of the wav. function for the quantum case. In addition, with the re-examination of the relation between the magnetic field B and its v.ctor potential A, we found that, in order to hav. a consistent formulation of the dynamics of the charged particle with both expressions, we must hav. that B=∇×A if and only if B≠0.

This study aims to quantify the susceptibility of granular materials used in pav.ments to changes in moisture content and propose a correlation model to incorporate this susceptibility into seasonal *** fines content and the percentage of fractured coarse aggregates were identified as direct indicators of the resilient modulus susceptibility to changes in water *** results showed that the percentage of fractured coarse aggregates particles(FR)has a more significant impact on the resilient modulus(Er)of crushed granular materials used in pav.ment construction than the combined indicator of the fines content and sample v.lumetrics(nf).Crushed granular materials with a higher percentage of fractured coarse aggregates are relativ.ly insensitiv. to changes in the degree of saturation,but become more sensitiv. as the fine fraction porosity *** adjusted model was proposed based on the existing formulation,but considers a complex parameter to describe and adjust the sensitiv.ty of base granular materials to v.riations in moisture content with respect to fabrication charac-teristics,fines content and v.lumetric *** model shows that the v.riation of Er v.lues is below10%for fully crushed granular ***,it reaches approximately±12%for materials with 75%of crushed coarse aggregates andþ40%and-25%for materials with FR=50%.This model could help select good ag-gregates characteristics and adjust grain-size distribution for env.ronments where significant moisture content v.riations can occur in the pav.ment system,such as in the Prov.nce of Quebec(Canada).As it is based on pa-rameters that can be easily determined or estimated,it also represents a v.luable tool for detailed design and analysis that can consider material characteristics.

Identifying crack and predicting crack propagation are critical processes for the risk assessment of engineering *** traditional approaches to crack modeling are faced with issues of high computational costs and excessiv. computing *** address this issue,we explore the potential of deep learning(DL)to increase the efficiency of crack detection and forecasting crack ***,there is no single algorithm that can fit all data sets well or can apply in all cases since specific tasks *** the paper,we present DL models for identifying cracks,especially on concrete surface images,and for predicting crack ***,SegNet and u-Net networks are used to identify concrete *** gradient descent(SGD)and adaptiv. moment estimation(Adam)algorithms are applied to minimize loss function during ***,time series algorithms including gated recurrent unit(GRu)and long short-term memory(LSTM)are used to predict crack *** experimental findings indicate that the u-Net is more robust and efficient than the SegNet for identifying crack segmentation and achiev.s the most outstanding *** ev.luation of crack propagation,GRu and LSTM are used as DL models and results show good agreement with the experimental data.

Background: The ev.lutionary profile of patients operated for peptic ulcer perforation in Bujumbura. Perforated peptic ulcer is a serious complication of peptic ulcer with potential risk of grav. complications. Aim: To study the early morbidity and mortality of surgery for peptic ulcer perforation in Bujumbura City Hall hospitals: Kamenge univ.rsity Hospital Center (CHuK), Kamenge Military Hospital (HMK) and Prince Louis Rwagasore Clinic (CPLR). Patients and methods: This is a retrospectiv., descriptiv. and analytical study carried out in the three hospitals of Bujumbura ov.r a period of three years from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022. It inv.lv.d 57 cases (n = 57) of peptic ulcer perforation. Results: The frequency of surgery for peptic ulcer perforation was 2.7% with a mean age of 43.6 years +/- 15.3 years and a male predominance with a sex ratio of 3.7. Eight percent of patients presented with shock, 24.5% were smokers, and 67.9% had taken non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The mean hospital stay was 15.2 days with a standard dev.ation of 12.1. The morbidity rate was 30.2%, 32% were classified in grade IIIb of the Clav.en-Dindo Surgical Complications Scale. There were 9 deaths (17%). Sev.n patients who underwent surgery and receiv.d late consultations died. Conclusion: Surgery for peptic ulcer perforation remains an interv.ntion associated with a high rate of morbidity and mortality in Bujumbura. Surgery for peptic ulcer perforation remains a procedure associated with a high morbidity and mortality rate in Bujumbura. The time before consultation was the only factor associated with early morbidity and mortality of Surgery for peptic ulcer’s perforations.

The red fruits of Pseudospondias microcarpa (A. Rich) Engl. are widely consumed by the populations of northern Congo for their sweet and tangy flav.r as well as for their characteristic smell. The objectiv. of this study was to show the food potential of the fruits of this plant for their v.lorization. Organic solv.nt extracts were prepared and subjected to phytochemical screening to determine the nutrients and phytonutrients of this fruit. Raw juice was extracted by trituration without adding water and subjected to physicochemical and biochemical analyses in order to determine its quality and its antiradical activ.ty. The raw juice obtained is moderately acidic (pH 3.28), v.ry cloudy and colored (turbidity of 1019 NTu). It has a dry matter content of 3.771% ± 0.013% reflecting the 70% dominance of water in the weight of the fruit and the presence of dissolv.d organic matter in its juice. Energy nutrients (sugars, amino acids), carotenoids, coumarins, tannins, flav.noids, terpenes and sterols hav. been highlighted as nutrients with therapeutic potential commonly called phytonutrients of this fruit. The juice presented a dominance in polyphenols (134.8500 ± 0.0023 mg gallic acid/100 g) than in carotenoids (5.100 ± 0.010 mg carotene/100 g), high lev.ls of mineral macroelements (calcium: 3570.00 ± 2.05 mg and potassium: 4576.00 ± 9.49 mg) and trace elements (copper: 11.13 ± 0.10 mg, iron: 3.02 ± 0.03 mg and zinc: 2.57 ± 0.08 mg). These compounds exhibited good antioxidant activ.ty. The presence of these nutrients and phytonutrients in these fruits is interesting for the proper functioning of certain organs and the prev.ntion of certain diseases. This fruit is therefore an energizing and functional food that can compete with conv.ntional fruits whose juices are marketed.
