家禽红螨(鸡皮刺螨)是一种危害养鸡业的吸血害虫,是世界许多地方家禽生产中的重要问题。尽管免疫学、生物技术和遗传学方法取得了进展,但控制家禽红螨却通常仍依赖于合成杀螨剂。随着这些化合物的反复长期使用导致了家禽螨虫抗药性种群的形成,可用的有效杀螨剂正在迅速减少。因此需要不断研制新型的化学杀螨剂来取代旧的杀螨剂,但新型杀螨剂的开发和注册是一个漫长且昂贵的过程,故保持和维持现有杀螨剂的有效性至关重要。本综述分为2部分:第一部分提供了对鸡皮刺螨杀螨剂抗药性的基本认识;第二部分提供了关于保持现有杀螨剂有效性的抗药性管理的详细信息。

In recent years,the liquid membrane process has been widely investigated to remove rare earth ***,transport modeling of this process requires the accurate values of several parameters,which are difficult to ***,the accurate simulation of this process is a challenging *** this study,the artificial neural network(ANN)based approach is used to model the liquid membrane process for removing *** results from a previous study were used to train the ***,the number of neurons in the hidden layer was *** minimum mean squared error between experimental results and model predictions is found with ten *** predictions were successfully validated with experimental results with correlation factor(R)of 0.9987,which confirms the authenticity of the trained *** ANN was then used to study the effects of different operating parameters on transport *** higher volume ratio of membrane solution to feed solution(3-4)with 50-60 min of operation,higher feed pH(5),HCl concentration in stripping solution of 2 mol/L,and moderate concentration of carrier species(0.5 mol/L)with 0.5×10^(-4) mol/L dysprosium initial concentration are found to be optimum values of operating conditions for maximizing the transport rate.

Abnormal growth of brain tissues is the real cause of brain *** for the diagnosis of brain tumor at initial stages is one of the key step for saving the life of a *** manual segmentation of brain tumor magnetic resonance images(MRIs)takes time and results vary significantly in low-level *** address this issue,we have proposed a ResNet-50 feature extractor depended on multilevel deep convolutional neural network(CNN)for reliable images segmentation by considering the low-level features of *** this model,we have extracted features through ResNet-50 architecture and fed these feature maps to multi-level CNN *** handle the classification process,we have collected a total number of 2043 MRI patients of normal,benign,and malignant *** model CNN,multi-level CNN,and ResNet-50 based multi-level CNN have been used for detection and classification of brain *** the model results are calculated in terms of various numerical values identified as precision(P),recall(R),accuracy(Acc)and f1-score(F1-S).The obtained average results are much better as compared to already existing *** modified transfer learning architecture might help the radiologists and doctors as a better significant system for tumor diagnosis.

This work aims to find the origin and connection of the surface,near-wake,and far-wake structures in the flow encompassing a high-rise building for a high Reynolds *** origin and interconnection of the stream-wise tip vortices,with the other components of the wake,is analysed in this study for the current *** Unsteady Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes equations(URANS)together with the realizable k-εturbulence model have been used in this investigation to study the turbulent wake flow following a ground-surface-attached square shape building.A moderately big obstacle aspect ratio of 4,a Reynolds number of 12,000,and a thin evolving boundary layer thickness have been used in the flow *** designed flow addresses the reversed-flows at the outlet during computation to improve the accuracy of the realizable k-e *** Reynolds stress components are retrieved using the Boussinesq *** wake’s principal compositions,including span-wise-side eddies and area of high stream-wise vorticity in the uppermost portion of the wake,are illustrated by both three-dimensional(3D)representations and planner projections of the mean flow distributions.A braided vortex formation,composed of asymmetric hairpin vortexes,is witnessed in the far-wake *** association of the near-wake vortex structures with the far-wake and near-wall flow,which is associated with the flow strengths,is also *** this investigation,few areas of large stream-wise vorticity magnitude,like tip vortexes,are correlated to the 3D curving of the fluid motion,and tip vortices did not continuously reach to the free end part of the *** 3D fluid motion interpretation,which combined several measurements of the flow distribution encompassing the cylinder,shows that the time-averaged near-wake structures are formed of two segments of distinct source and section of ***,addressing reversed-flow during computation shows notable improvement in the results.

P-glycoprotein(P-gp)could maintain stability of the nerve system by effluxing toxins out of the blood-brain *** it plays a very important role in drug brain distribution during space travel is not yet *** present study was aimed at investigating P-gp function,expression,and its interacting proteins in a rat brain under simulated microgravity(SMG)by comparative proteomics *** were tail-suspended to induce short-(7-day)and long-term(21-day)microgravity.P-gp function was assessed by measuring the P-gp ATPase activity and the brain-to-plasma concentration ratio of rhodamine 123.P-gp expression was evaluated by Western blot.21d-SMG significantly enhanced P-gp efflux activity and expression in ***-free proteomics strategy identified 26 common differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)interacting with P-gp in 7d-and 21d-SMG *** of the DEPs mainly regulated ATP hydrolysis coupled transmembrane transport and so *** analysis showed that P-gp might potentially interact with heat shock proteins,sodium/potassium ATP enzyme,ATP synthase,microtubule-associated proteins,and vesicle fusion *** present study firstly reported P-gp function,expression,and its potentially interacting proteins exposed to simulated *** findings might be helpful not only for further study on nerve system stability but also for the safe and effective use of P-gp substrate drugs during space travel.

This study is based on the assessment of distribution,source apportionment and risk assessment of selected metals in freshly deposited sediments from freshwater lake,*** sediments were collected and processed to assess Ca（NO3）2-extractable and acid-extractable levels of the metals in the sediments using flame atomic absorption *** factors（EF）,geoaccumulation indices(Igeo),contamination factors（C_f） and degree of contamination(Cdeg) were computed to estimate the degree of *** potential ecological risk was assessed using sediment quality guidelines and mean-ERM-quotient（m-ERM-Q）.On the average basis,acid-extractable metals followed the decreasing concentration order:Ca>Mg>Fe>K>Mn>Na>Sr>Zn>Pb>Cr>Co>Cu>-Li>Cd,whereas,the Ca（NO3）2-extractable levels were:Na>Ph>Cd>Sr>Co>Cr>K>Mg>-Cu>Zn>Li>Ca>Fe>*** highest Ca（NO3）2extractable concentrations were observed for Na,Pb and Cd,while that of Ca,Fe and Mn were the *** showed very high and extremely high enrichment of Pb and Cd,respectively,while Ca,Co,Cr,Li,Mg,Mn,Sr and Zn manifested moderate enrichment:the Igeoresults revealed moderate to strong and strong to extreme pollution for Pb and Cd,respectively;and the C_f study showed moderate,considerable and very high contamination by Co,Pb and Cd,*** Cdegrevealed very high degree of contamination in the sediments as a *** component analysis（PCA） and cluster analysis（CA） showed considerable anthropogenic contributions of Cd,Pb,Co,Mn,K,Zn and Li in the *** levels of Cd and Pb exceeded ERL values,manifesting occasional adverse biological effects to the dwelling ***,the mERM-Q study manifested 21%probability of toxicity in the sediments.

Abnormal glacier movement is likely to result in canyon-type hazards chain,such as the barrier lake of Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon formed by glacier debris flow in October 2018 in *** hazard usually evolves from the glacier surge and may occur in a regular *** the characteristics and process of glacier surge is important for early hazard recognition and hazard *** on field investigations,remote sensing interpretations and SAR offset-tracking surveys,this study confirms a typical glacier surge in the northeast Pamir,and presents its characteristics and processes."Black ice"mixed moraines choking uplift and overflowing lateral marine are the most important scenic characteristics,which were formed under the conditions of stagnant glacier downstream and abundant super-glacial *** movement event can be divided into a five-period cycle including quiescent,inoculation,initiation,fracture and *** surge event lasted for about 300 days,initiated in February 2015 developed extensive fracturing zone in spring and early summer at maximum velocity of 10±0.95 m/day,declined after August 2015 and recovered to quiescent status in October 2015 for the next *** average height of glacier"receiving"area increased by 20-40 m with 2.7-3.6×10^8 m^3 ice transferred from glacier"reservoir",and this volume accumulation again require 50-100 years for glacier mass balance which gives approximately 100 years frequency of the glacier ***,long-period increase of precipitation and temperature were favorable for the occurrence,hydrological instability is the direct triggering mechanism,and while the Glacier Lake Outburst Flood(GLOF)hazards are unlikely to occur with this surge.
