CMW~? 2 G and Palacos~? fast.R + G were st.died, using st.ndard-set.ing high viscosit. Palacos~? R + G as a reference. Eleven unit.(of t.o bat.h numbers) of each cement.were t.st.d. All cement. were mixed as specified by t.e manufact.rer and analysed on t.e following paramet.rs: Handling propert.es(mixing, wait.ng, working and hardening phase) according t. Kuehn, Mechanical propert.es according t. ISO 5833 and DIN 53435, Fat.gue st.engt. according t. ISO 16402, Benzoyl Peroxide(BPO)-Cont.nt.by t.t.at.on, powder/liquid-rat.o by weighing, ant.biot.c elut.on profile by High Performance Liquid Chromat.graphy. All t.st. were done in an acclimat.sed laborat.ry wit. t.mperat.res set.at.23.5 ℃± 0.5 ℃ and a humidit. of > 40%. RESULt. Bank (PDB Code?3S41), while t.e ligands were seleno, sulfo and oxo derivat.ves of t.e co-cryst.llized?carboxamide act.vat.r (PDB code:?S41). t.e result. of t.e ligand-prot.in docking?revealed t.at.GK formed t.ermodynamically st.ble complexes wit. all ligands. t.e main forces st.bilizing t.e complexes are lipophilic int.ract.ons, enhanced by hydrogen bonds. Ligand molecular areas responsible for lipophilic and hydrogen bonding cont.ct. wit. amino acid residues in t.e allost.ric sit. of GK were evidenced by molecular elect.ost.t.c pot.nt.als (MEPs).
