目的:活性瓷釉涂层能够显著增强钢筋的防腐蚀能力,同时明显提升钢筋与混凝土的粘结力。通过对活性瓷釉涂层钢筋以及钢纤维增强混凝土板在动、静力荷载作用下的承载力、变形特性以及破坏特征的研究,为活性瓷釉涂层技术在钢筋混凝土结构中的应用奠定理论基础。创新点:1.对活性瓷釉涂层钢筋混凝土板的动、静力学性能进行系统研究;2.探究活性瓷釉钢纤维在混凝土结构中的作用机理。方法:1.通过对活性瓷釉涂层钢筋混凝土板进行爆炸实验(图3),揭示活性瓷釉涂层钢筋混凝土结构的动力破坏特征(图5和6);2.通过对活性瓷釉涂层钢筋混凝土板进行静力实验(图4),研究在"点"荷载和"线"荷载作用下混凝土板的力学性能;3.通过分析钢纤维在钢筋混凝土结构中的传力机理,提出活性瓷釉涂层钢纤维在钢筋混凝土结构中的设计方法(图13)。结论:1.活性瓷釉涂层能够显著改善钢筋在混凝土结构中的传力性能;在动力荷载作用下,涂层钢筋混凝土结构的破坏程度明显减轻。2.活性瓷釉涂层能够显著改善钢筋混凝土结构的变形特性,大大增强其耗能能力。3.采用活性瓷釉涂层的钢纤维,其纤维长度可适当减小。

Marine algae and bacteria produce approximately eight billion tonnes of the organosulfur molecule dimethylsulfoniopropionate(DMSP)in Earth's surface oceans *** is an antistress compound and,once released into the environment,a major nutrient,signaling molecule,and source of climate-active *** methionine transamination pathway for DMSP synthesis is used by most known DMSP-producing algae and *** S-directed S-adenosylmethionine(SAM)-dependent 4-methylthio-2-hydroxybutyrate(MTHB)S-methyltransferase,encoded by the dsyB/DSYB gene,is the key enzyme of this pathway,generating S-adenosylhomocysteine(SAH)and 4-dimethylsulfonio-2-hydroxybutyrate(DMSHB).DsyB/DSYB,present in most haptophyte and dinoflagellate algae with the highest known intracellular DMSP concentrations,is shown to be far more abundant and transcribed in marine environments than any other known S-methyltransferase gene in DMSP synthesis ***,we demonstrate in vitro activity of the bacterial DsyB enzyme from Nisaea denitrificans and provide its crystal structure in complex with SAM and SAH-MTHB,which together provide the first important mechanistic insights into a DMSP synthesis *** and mutational analyses imply that DsyB adopts a proximity and desolvation mechanism for the methyl transfer *** analysis suggests that this mechanism may be common to all bacterial DsyB enzymes and also,importantly,eukaryotic DSYB enzymes from e.g.,algae that are the major DMSP producers in Earth's surface oceans.

Conversion-type reaction anode materials with high specific capacity are attractive candidates to improve lithium ion batteries(LIBs), yet the rapid capacity fading and poor rate capability caused by drastic volume change and low electronic conductivity greatly hinder their practical applications. To circumvent these issues, the successful design of yolk@shell Fe2 O3@C hybrid composed of a columnar-like Fe2O3 core within a hollow cavity completely surrounded by a thin, self-supported carbon(C) shell is presented as an anode for high-performance LIBs. This yolk@shell structure allows each Fe2O3 core to swell upon lithiation without deforming the carbon shell. This preserves the structural and electrical integrity against pulverization, as revealed by in situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM) measurement. Benefiting from these structural advantages, the resulting electrode exhibits a high reversible capacity(1013 m Ah g-1 after80 cycles at 0.2 A g-1), outstanding rate capability(710 m Ah g-1 at 8 A g-1) and superior cycling stability(800 m Ah g-1 after 300 cycles at 4 A g-1). A Li-ion full cell using prelithiated yolk@shell Fe2 O3@C hybrid as the anode and commercial Li CoO2(LCO) as the cathode demonstrates impressive cycling stability with a capacity retention of 84.5% after 100 cycles at 1 C rate, holding great promise for future practical applications.

Benign prostate and prostatic adeno- carcinoma contain rare quiescentneuroendocrine cells while small cell neu- roendocrine carcinoma （SCNC）, a variant form of prostate cancer, contains highly proliferative neuroendocrine tumor cells. We provide evidence that IL-8-CXCR2- P53 pathway keeps the NE cells in a quiescent state normally. P53 mutation inactivates this pathway, resulting in hyper-proliferation and aggressive beha- vior of the NE cells in SCNC. Therefore, we have identified potential cells of origin and a molecular target for prostatic SCNC that are different from those of adenocarci- noma, which explains SCNC＇s distinct bio- logy and the clinical observation that it does not respond to hormonal therapy.

AlGaN-based solid state UV emitters have many advantages over conventional UV sources. However, UV-LEDs still suffer from numerous challenges, including low quantum efficiency compared to their blue LED counterparts. One of the inherent reasons is a lack of carrier localization effect inside fully miscible AlGaN alloys. In the pursuit of phase separation and carrier localization inside the active region of AlGaN UV-LED, utilization of highly misoriented substrates proves to be useful, yet the carrier distribution and recombination mechanism in such structures has seldom been reported. In this paper, a UV-LED with step-bunched surface morphology was designed and fabricated, and the internal mechanism of high internal quantum efficiency was studied in detail. The correlation between microscale current distribution and surface morphology was provided, directly demonstrating that current prefers to flow through the step edges of the epitaxial layers. Experimental results were further supported by numerical simulation. It was found that efficient radiative recombination centers were formed in the inclined quantum well regions. A schematic three-dimensional energy band structure of the multiple quantum wells(MQWs) across the step was proposed and helps in further understanding the luminescence behavior of LEDs grown on misoriented substrates. Finally, a general principle to achieve carrier localization was proposed, which is valid for most ternary Ⅲ-Ⅴ semiconductors exhibiting phase separation.

Heteroatom-doped carbon dots （CDs） with a high photoluminescent quantum yield （PLQY） have recently attracted attention due to their applications in chemical sensors, photocatalysis, bioimaging, and drug delivery. Nitrogen and phosphorus are in close proximity to carbon in the periodic table and are key tracking elements in the field of biomedical imaging. These two elements alter the optical and electronic properties of CDs and help improve the fundamental understanding of their PLQY. This can also lead to multifunctional usage in photoimaging and photothermal therapy. However, most PLQYs resulting from the synthesis of P-doped CDs are currently below 50%. These CDs have limited usefulness in the fields of bioimaging and drug delivery. In this study, a single-step, high-efficiency hydrothermal method was applied to synthesize nitrogen and phosphorous-doped carbon dots （（N,P）-CDs） with a PLQY of up to 53.8% with independent emission behavior. Moreover, the CDs presented high monodispersity, robust excitation-independent luminescence, and stability over a large pH range. Spectroscopic investigations indicated that the PLQY of the （N,P）-CDs was primarily due to the addition of P and the passivation effect of the oxidized surface. The excellent fluorescence properties of （N,P）-CDs can be effectively and selectively quenched by Hg2~ ions. Such systems show a linear response in the 0-900 nM concentration range with a short response time, indicating their potential for applications in the fields of chemistry and biology.

Using principal component analyses, this paper constructs two internationalization indices for the renminbi （RMB） and 32 other major currencies. We find that the RMB＇s currency internationalization degree index （CIDI） is still low, and far behind the 4 most important international currencies. In 2009, it was ranked 18th among all important international currencies. However, in terms of the currency internationalization prospect index （C1PI）, the RMB has remained the world ＂s fifih highest since 2006. Although it is still far behind the US dollar and the euro, surpassing the ranking of the yen and the pound is possible in the near future. The dramatic difference in the ranking between the CIDI and the CIPI is a result of China＇s tight capital account control, the usage continui01 of international currency due to network externalities, and the narrow foreign exchange and imperfect financial markets. Hence, to a large degree, the RMB ＇s potential as an international currency depends on China＇s capital account liberalization.

We report on the carrier dynamic and electronic structure investigations on AlGaN-based deep-ultraviolet multiple quantum wells (MQWs)with lateral polarity *** localized potential maximum is predicted near the domain boundaries by first-principle calculation,suggesting carrier localization and efficient radiative *** importantly,lateral band diagrams of the MQWs are proposed based on electron affinities and valance band levels calculated from ultraviolet(UV)photoelectron *** proposed lateral band diagram is further demonstrated by surface potential distribution collected by Kelvin probe microscopy and the density-of-state calculation of energy *** work illustrates that lateral polarity structures are playing essential roles in the electronic properties of II nitride photonic devices and may provide novel perspective in the realization of high-efficiency UV emitters.
