制造系统的复杂性是指制造系统难以被理解、描述、预测和控制的状态。从信息论角度指出制造系统的复杂度是描述制造系统的状态所预期需要的信息量。将制造系统的复杂性描述为静态和动态两种形式:静态复杂性是描述制造系统在静止状态下各制造资源根据其调度方案所预期拥有的状态所需要的信息量,动态复杂性则指描述制造系统在运行过程中各资源的实际状态所需要的信息量。应用信息论中的信息熵理论研究制造系统的复杂性测度问题,分别建立了基于信息熵的静态和动态复杂性测度模型。将上述复杂性理论应用于调度研究,提出最大可行调度时限和调度依附度两个评价调度有效性的量化指标,为调度有效性的分析、评价及改善提供了重要工具。实例研究表明所提理论和方法的有效性。

The objective of this study was to test if a novel phytase from Buttiauxella sp. can replace all added inorganic phosphate in a diet with reduced Ca and metabolizable energy(ME) fed to commercial pigs from12 kg body weight(BW) until slaughter, whilst maintaining performance and carcass quality *** dietary treatments were tested in a completely randomized design with 9 replicate pens, each containing 31 mixed sex Newsham Choice pigs. Diets included a positive control(PC) based on corn,soybean meal, wheat middling and bakery meal, meeting all nutrient requirement of pigs; a negative control(NC) excluded inorganic phosphate and with reduced Ca(-0.13%) and ME(-0.15 MJ/kg); and NC supplemented with Buttiauxella phytase at 500 or 1,000 FTU/kg feed. Diets were fed ad libitum in mash form in 5 phases: starter(12 to 25 kg BW), grower 1(25 to 50 kg BW) and 2(50 to 75 kg BW), and finisher1(75 to 100 kg BW) and 2(100 kg BW to slaughter). The NC group showed lower(P < 0.05) average daily feed intake(ADFI) and average daily gain(ADG) in starter and grower phases, lower gain to feed ratio(G:F)in starter and grower 1 compared with PC. Pigs receiving the high dose of phytase of 1,000 FTU/kg had improved performance vs. the 500 FTU/kg phytase treatment in starter and grower 1 phase compared with the PC in grower 1 phase. Increasing phytase dose resulted in a linear increase in ADG(12 to120 kg BW) and G:F(50 to 75 kg BW). A comparison of treatment groups over the full production period from 12 kg BW until slaughter showed that both 500 and 1,000 FTU/kg phytase treatments were able to maintain growth performance and carcass characteristics compared with PC. The application of Buttiauxella phytase could therefore be used as an effective strategy to replace all inorganic phosphate in diets of pigs fed corn, soybean meal, wheat middling and bakery meal based diets from 12 kg BW. Rapid industrialization and urbanization along with a growing population are contributing significantly to air pollution in *** of long-term aerosol optical depth(AOD)data from models and reanalysis,can greatly promote understanding of spatiotemporal variations in air pollution in *** do this,AOD(550 nm)values from 2000 to 2014 were obtained from the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CIMP6),the second version of Modern-Era Retrospective analysis for Research,and Applications(MERRA-2),and the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS;flying on the Terra satellite)combined Dark Target and Deep Blue(DTB)aerosol *** used the TerraMODIS DTB AOD(hereafter MODIS DTB AOD)as a standard to evaluate CMIP6 Ensemble AOD(hereafter CMIP6 AOD)and MERRA-2 reanalysis AOD(hereafter MERRA-2 AOD).Results show better correlations and smaller errors between MERRA-2 and MODIS DTB AOD,than between CMIP6 and MODIS DTB AOD,in most regions of China,at both annual and seasonal ***,significant under-and over-estimations in the MERRA-2 and CMIP6 AOD were also observed relative to MODIS DTB *** long-term(2000-2014)MODIS DTB AOD distributions show the highest AOD over the North China Plain(0.71)followed by Central China(0.69),Yangtse River Delta(0.67),Sichuan Basin(0.64),and Pearl River Delta(0.54)*** lowest AOD values were recorded over the Tibetan Plateau(0.13±0.01)followed by Qinghai(0.19±0.03)and the Gobi Desert(0.21±0.03).Large amounts of sand and dust particles emitted from natural sources(the Taklamakan and Gobi Deserts)may result in higher AOD in spring compared to summer,autumn,and *** were also calculated for 2000-2005,for2006-2010(when China introduced strict air pollution control policies during the 11 th Five Year Plan or FYP),and for 2011-2014(during the 12 th FYP).An increasing trend in MODIS DTB AOD was observed throughout the country during *** uncontrolled industrialization,urbanization,and rapid eco

AIM:To assess attitudes and trends regarding the use of high-dose infliximab among pediatric gastroenterologists for treatment of pediatric ulcerative colitis(UC).METHODS:A 19-item survey was distributed to subscribers of the pediatric gastroenterology(PEDSGI) *** were submitted anonymously and results compiled in a secure ***:A total of 113 subscribers(88% based in the United States) responded(101 pediatric gastroenterology attendings and 12 pediatric gastroenterology fellows).There were 46% in academic medical institutions and 39% in hospital-based *** majority(91%) were treating >10 patients with UC;13% were treating >100 patients with UC;91% had prescribed infliximab(IFX) 5 mg/kg for UC;72% had prescribed IFX 10 mg/kg for *** a 5-point Likert scale,factors that influenced the decision not to increase IFX dosing in patients with UC included:"improvement on initial dose of IFX"(mean:3.88) and "decision to move to colectomy"(3.69).Lowest mean Likert scores were:"lack of guidelines or literature regarding increased IFX dosing"(1.96) and "insurance authorization or other insurance issues"(2.34)."Insurance authorization or other insurance issues" was identified by 39% as at least somewhat of a factor(Likert score ≥ 3) in their decision not to increase the IFX *** 10 mg/kg was more commonly used for the treatment of pediatric UC among responders based in the United States(75/100) compared to non-United States responders(6/13,P = 0.047).Induction of remission was reported by 78% of all responders and 81% reported maintenance of remission with IFX 10 mg/*** responder reported one death with IFX 10 mg/***:IFX 10 mg/kg is more commonly used in the United States to treat pediatric *** and safety data are required to avoid insurance barriers for its use.

Severe injuries are the major cause of death in those aged under 40,mainly due to road traffic ***,metabolic and immune pathways respond to limit the tissue damage sustained and initiate wound healing,repair and regeneration ***,depending on age and sex,the response to injury and patient prognosis differ *** are catabolic and immunosuppressive and are produced as part of the stress response to injury leading to an intra-adrenal shift in steroid biosynthesis at the expense of the anabolic and immune enhancing steroid hormone dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)and its sulphated metabolite dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate(DHEAS).The balance of these steroids after injury appears to influence outcomes in injured humans,with high cortisol:DHEAS ratio associated with increased morbidity and *** models of trauma,sepsis,wound healing,neuroprotection and burns have all shown a reduction in proinflammatory cytokines,improved survival and increased resistance to pathological challenges with DHEA *** supplementation studies,which have focused on post-menopausal females,older adults,or adrenal insufficiency have shown that restoring the cortisol:DHEAS ratio improves wound healing,mood,bone remodelling and psychological ***,there are no DHEA or DHEAS supplementation studies in trauma patients,but we review here the evidence for this potential therapeutic agent in the treatment and rehabilitation of the severely injured patient.
