过度借贷是一个常见的非理性决策。近年来,网络借贷市场的激烈竞争降低了申请贷款门槛,导致金融素养较低的人群开始参与网络借贷,进一步加剧了过度借贷现象。本文采用实验室实验方法,给被试者提供本质上完全等价的贷款产品,同时外生地变化贷款成本形式(绝对数值形式的利息相比于百分数形式的利率、单期利率相比于多期复利),研究贷款成本的展示形式对贷款意愿是否存在影响。结果表明,相比于月利率,展示月利息使得被试者的贷款接受率显著上升21.3个百分点;相比于年化复利,展示月利率使得被试者的贷款接受率显著上升7.91个百分点。这两种框架效应可分别由金融素养的知识层面和思维层面所解释。本文对网络小额贷款场景下的过度借贷提出了一种新的解释——贷款成本的框架效应,并采用实验经济学方法对此提供了可靠的证据。本文研究结论提示,加强金融教育和制定相关法规双措并举,有助于人们做出更审慎的贷款决策。

市场营销理论认为,休闲消费会增加个人愉悦感,而心理学中“情绪一致”与“情绪保持”理论指出,愉悦的情绪会影响个人风险偏好和投资决策。本文基于个人投资者消费与金融场景融通的情景,考察休闲消费如何影响资产配置,验证了情绪理论在这类情景下的适用性。本文提出,适当的休闲消费后,个人投资者愉悦的情绪将导致其乐观估计投资收益而增加投资,并基于某亚洲大型银行2016—2017年信用卡消费与基金投资数据进行了实证。研究发现,个人投资者当周的休闲消费会使其下一周基金投资的概率增加50%以上,投资数额增加30%以上;休闲消费金额增加(过度休闲消费)则会抑制休闲消费行为对基金投资的促进作用。进一步分析指出,这些增加的基金投资主要集中于低风险资产,并且在不同性别与不同财富水平的投资者之间存在异质性。本文揭示了居民消费行为与投资决策的关联作用机制,对推进普惠金融、促进消费与金融融通有一定启示意义。

Ob.ective:This study aimed to examine(1)the independent effects of hypoxia on cognitive function and(2)the effects of exercise on cognition while under ***:Design:Systematic review with *** sources:Pub.ed,Scopus,Web.of Science,PsychInfo,and SPORTDiscus were *** criteria for selecting studies:randomized controlled trials and nonrandomized controlled studies that investigated the effects of chronic or acute exercise on cognition under hypoxia were considered(Aim 2),as were studies investigating the effects of hypoxia on cognition(Aim 1).results:In total,18 studies met our inclusionary criteria for the systematic review,and 12 studies were *** to hypoxia impaired attentional ab.lity(standardized mean differe.ce.SMD)=-0.4),executive function(SMD=-0.18),and memory function(SMD=-0.26),b.t not information processing(SMD=0.27).Aggregated results indicated that performing exercise under a hypoxia setting had a significant effect on cognitive improvement(SMD=0.3,95%confidence interval:0.14-0.45,I^2=54%,pre to hypoxia improves cognitive *** association appears to b. moderated b. individual and exercise/hypoxia-related characteristics.

由稻瘟病菌引起的稻瘟病对全球水稻生产构成严重威胁。近年来,稻瘟病菌的致病相关基因已经被广泛鉴定,但是其致病机制仍有必要进一步分析。线粒体作为真核细胞中一种重要的细胞器,除了提供能量以外,还参与包括细胞信号转导、细胞分化、衰老、细胞死亡、维持对细胞周期和细胞生长的控制等重要生命活动过程,这些功能使得线粒体成为有效控制疾病的靶标位点。本试验主要分析了Mo Uth1、Mo b.-1和Mo b.-1b.三个定位于线粒体的蛋白在稻瘟病菌致病过程中的功能。在前期研究中,我们发现Mo Whi2是稻瘟病菌致病所必需的。为了进一步分析Mo Whi2的功能,我们通过酵母双杂交筛选稻瘟病菌c DNA文库鉴定到了与Mo Whi2互作的一个SUN家族蛋白Mo Uth1。在酿酒酵母中Uth1调控线粒体活性,并参与多种细胞过程。敲除Mo UTH1后稻瘟病菌营养菌丝生长减缓,并且气生菌丝发白、产孢量显著降低及分生孢子形态存在缺陷。苗期喷雾接种实验表明Mo UTH1缺失后稻瘟病菌致病力显著下降,进一步通过叶鞘接种分析,显微镜下观察发现缺失突变株的侵染菌丝被限制在第一个被侵染的寄主细胞内,而不能够向临近细胞扩展。此外,本研究表明Mo UTH1缺失后,对氧化应激胁迫以及渗透胁迫表现更为敏感,暗示Mo UTH1参与氧化胁迫和细胞壁完整性过程。本实验结果表明:Mo UTH1在稻瘟病菌的生长、产孢、致病、应激反应及细胞壁完整性等过程中发挥重要作用。未来我们的研究重点将着重阐明稻瘟病菌侵染过程中Mo UTH1所发挥地确切作用和分子机制。此外,我们还分析了b.x-Inhib.tor-1家族蛋白Mo b.-1和Mo b.-1b.稻瘟病菌致病过程中的功能。b.-1为促凋亡蛋白b.x的抑制剂,在动植物中能够抑制细胞的凋亡。在丝状真菌中,b.-1的同源基因分布广泛,但是其具体的生物学功能仍然未知。本研究中,我们在稻瘟病菌中鉴定到了两个b.x-Inhib.tor-1的同源蛋白Mo b.-1和Mo b.-1b.敲除Mo b.-1和Mo b.-1b.因后,稻瘟病菌的产孢量下降和致病力减弱,且大部分附着胞仅可以分化形成初级侵染菌丝。亚细胞定位观察表明Mo b.-1和Mo b.-1b.位在线粒体上,进一步分析表明Mo b.-1和Mo b.-1b.与细胞内ATP的合成。Mo b.-1和Mo b.-1b.功能分析为植物真菌的致病分子机制提供了新的认识。

The optimal stem cell transplantation (SCT) conditioning therapy for relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is not clearly defined. In a retrospective analysis, we examined 25 patients with “high risk” relapsed/refractory NHL who received b.sulfan, cyclophosphamide, and etoposide (b./Cy/VP16) conditioning with autologous or allogeneic SCT. The majority of patients had aggressive histology and 52% had primary refractory NHL. Furthermore, 48% of patients had chemotherapy-resistant disease at the time of SCT. Fifty-six percent of patients underwent allogeneic SCT, while 44% had autologous SCT. The median engraftment time for neutrophils and platelets was 13.5 and 14 days, respectively. The 100-day treatment-related mortality (TRM) was 16%, while the 2-year non-relapse mortality (NRM) rate was also 16%. At a median follow-up of 15 months, the estimated 2-year disease-free survival (DFS) rate was 64% (95% confidence interval (CI): 36%-82%) and the estimated 2-year overall survival (OS) was 69% (95% CI: 40%-86%). Furthermore, the 2-year disease-specific survival (DSS) rate was 73% (95% CI: 40%-90%). Using Cox proportional hazard modeling, the International Prognostic Index at time of relapse predicted DFS and OS. Altogether, b./Cy/VP16 was associated with early TRM;however, late toxicities (including NRM) were uncommon resulting in relatively good survival rates in a high-risk relapsed/refractory NHL population.
