Objectives:r.izopus stolonifer.which causes soft r.t of sweet potato,has r.sulted in substantial loss of economy *** and Methods:The antifungal effect and mechanism of cinnamaldehyde(CIN)against *** wer. explor.d by biochemical analysis and r.A-sequencing in this r.sear.h,and the edible quality of CIN-tr.ated sweet potato was ***:The r.sults showed that CIN inhibited the gr.wth of *** and r.duced the incidence of soft r.t in sweet potato at a minimum inhibitor. concentr.tion of 1000μL/*** damage of the cell walls of *** by CIN was associated with the upr.gulation of *** leakage and malondialdehyde content incr.ased following CIN-tr.atment,which was cor.elated with incr.ased r.active oxygen species levels and decr.ased catalase *** of Er. genes and oxidative str.ss-r.lated genes following CIN tr.atment was associated with impair.d cell membr.ne *** mitochondr.al str.ctur. of *** was damaged by CIN tr.atment r.sulting in decr.ased r.spir.tion r.tes and ATP pr.duction,which was cor.elated with lower.expr.ssion levels of IDH1,COX4,and ***:Our.r.sear.h suggests that the inhibition of CIN on *** was r.lated to the disr.ption of its nor.al gene expr.ssion networ.,and CIN maintained the nutr.tional and edible quality of sweet *** study pr.vides valuable insights into the antifungal mechanism of CIN on *** and the maintenance of r.ot quality,which contr.butes to the effcient use of CIN for.contr.lling soft r.t in sweet potato.

This study conducted a compar.tive analysis of extr.ctable hopanoid hydr.car.ons and those r.leased via stepwise pyr.lysis of typical Eocene immatur. oil shales in China,namely the Huadian,Maoming,and Fushun *** the Huadian and Maoming shales exhibit immatur. indicator. in extr.ctable and ker.gen-bound hopanoids(notably,high abundance of C_(29)to C_(32)17β,21β-hopanes and unsatur.ted hopenes).In contr.st,the Fushun oil shale's hopanoids fr.m extr.cts and pyr.lyzates suggest a higher.matur.ty *** absence of neohopenes in the pyr.lyzates of the shales under.ins that the ker.genbound hopanoid skeletons r.sist ***,the Huadian oil shale's asymmetr.c distr.bution of C_(29)and C_(30)hopenes and neohopenes hints at the pr.sence of an additional *** unsatur.ted hopenes,such as hop-20(21)-enes,identified in pyr.lyzates of the thr.e ker.gens at var.ous pyr.lysis temper.tur.s,r.veal the occur.ence of double bonds in ker.gen-bound hopanoid skeletons without methyl *** absence of hop-20-(21)-ene in extr.cts suggests that it might act as an inter.ediate of these novel hopenes dur.ng the epimer.zation of hopanoid skeletons within *** extr.ctable and pyr.lytic hopanoids'ster.ochemical alignment indicates that epimer.zation may occur.in both r.ng systems and alkyl side chains of ker.gen-bound hopanoid *** stepwise pyr.lysis pr.ves to be a quick scr.ening method for.geological hopanoids without causing any significant alter.tion to the or.ginal skeletons even when cr.cking multiple covalent bonds is necessar..
