Combining planetScope and Sentinel-2 images with environmental data for improved wheat yield estimation

Satellite images are widely used for crop yield estimation,but their coarse spatial resolution means that they often fail to provide detailed information at thefield ***,a new generation of high-resolution satellites and CubeSat platforms has been *** this study,satellite data sources including planetScope and Sentinel-2 were combined with topographic and climatic variables,and the improvement in wheat yield estimation was *** yield data from a combine harvester were used to train and validate a yield estimation model based on random forest *** vegetation indices(NDVI,GNDVI,MSAVI2,MTVI2,MTCI,reNDVI,SAVI,EVI and WDVI)and spectral bands were *** the model training,the Sentinel-2 data realized a slightly higher estimation accuracy than the planetScope ***,combining environmental data with the planetScope data realized the highest estimation *** the validated models,adding the topographic and climatic datasets to the satellite data sources improved the estimation accuracy,and the results were slightly better with the Sentinel-2 data than with the planetScope *** data of the milk and dough stages provided the highest estimation accuracy of the wheat yield at 210–225 days after sowing.

Background:Components of Self,completed with the perceived social support determine the individual differences in theevaluation of a stressor and the behavioral responses toward it,such as health-related *** study set as a goal theanalysis of associations between the components of Self,such as self-evaluation,sense of coherence,perceived social support,and reported health-related anxiety in an adult ***:147 adults from the 18–73 age group(mean age 37.5)voluntarily completed the questionnaire through Qualtrics online platform containing the Short Health Anxiety Inventory,Core Self-Evaluation Scale,Social Support Assessing Scale,and one Health Self-Evaluation ***:ANOVA foundrelevant differences in total scores and subscales’scores of the health anxiety scale depending on the positive *** regression shows that the analyzed variables were responsible for the prediction of a higher value on the“perceivedprobability of becoming ill”subscale in a proportion of 45.6%and for the“perceived consequence of illness”subscale in aproportion of 20.2%The predictive value of the linear regression model for the total score on the health anxiety scale was46.3%.Our findings show that negative Core Self-Evaluation is linked with perceived health ***:Selfevaluation,sense of coherence and perceived social support influence the perceived health and can explain the differences inthe reported health-related anxiety.

The slippery slope framework explains tax compliance along two main dimensions,trust in authorities and power of authorities,which influence taxpayers’compliance *** frequentist and Bayesian analyses,we investigated the framework’s assumptions on a sample of 2786 self-employed taxpayers from eleven post-communist and non-post-communist countries doing business in five economic *** using scenarios that experimentally manipulated trust and power,our results confirmed the framework’s assumptions regarding the attitudes of the self-employed taxpayers;trust and power fostered intended tax compliance and diminished tax evasion,trust boosted voluntary tax compliance,whereas power increased enforced tax ***,self-employed taxpayers from post-communist countries reported higher intended tax compliance and lower tax evasion than those from non-post-communist *** results offer tax authorities insights into how trust and power may contribute to obtaining and maintaining high tax compliance levels amid global economic challenges,downturns,and increasing tax compliance costs.

Our current understanding about the AS level topology of the Internet is based on measurements and inductive-type models which set up rules describing the behavior （node and edge dynamics） of the individual ASes and generalize the consequences of these individual actions for the complete AS ecosystem using induction. In this paper we suggest a third, deductive approach in which we have premises for the whole AS system and the consequences of these premises are determined through deductive reasoning. We show that such a deductive approach can give complementary insights into the topological properties of the AS graph. While inductive models can mostly reflect high level statistics （e.g., degree distribution, clustering, diameter）, deductive reasoning can identify omnipresent subgraphs and peering likelihood. We also propose a model, called YEAS, incorporating our deductive analytical findings that produces topologies contain both traditional and novel metrics for the AS level Internet.

Acute pancreatitis (Ap) is a serious inflammatory disease with rising incidence both in the adult and pediatric populations. It has been shown that mitochondrial injury and energy depletion are the earliest intracellular events in the early phase of Ap. Moreover, it has been revealed that restoration of intracellular ATp level restores cellular functions and defends the cells from death. We have recently shown in a systematic review and meta-analysis that early enteral feeding is beneficial in adults; however, no reviews are available concerning the effect of early enteral feeding in pediatric Ap. In this minireview, our aim was to systematically analyse the literature on the treatmentof acute pediatric pancreatitis. The preferred reporting items for systematic review(pRISMA-p) were followed, and the question was drafted based on participants, intervention, comparison and outcomes: p: patients under the age of twenty-one suffering from acute pancreatitis; I: early enteral nutrition (per os and nasogastric- or nasojejunal tube started within 48 h); C: nil per os therapy; O: length of hospitalization, need for treatment at an intensive care unit, development of severe Ap, lung injury (including lung oedema and pleural effusion), white blood cell count and pain score on admission. Altogether, 632 articles (pub Med: 131; EMBASE: 501) were found. After detailed screening of eligible papers, five of them met inclusion criteria. Only retrospective clinical trials were available. Due to insufficient information from the authors, it was only possible to address length of hospitalization as an outcome of the study. Our mini-meta-analysis showed that early enteral nutrition significantly(SD = 0.806, p = 0.034) decreases length of hospitalization compared with nil per os diet in acute pediatric pancreatitis.
