The triggering mechanism for radio lobes from late-type galaxies is not fully *** samples are desired for a thorough investigation and *** utilizing the optical data from the newly released Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument imaging surveys and the radio sources from the nRAO VLA Sky Survey and the Faint Images of the Radio Sky at Twenty-centimeter,we identify four Late-type Galaxies with double Radio Lobes(La GRLs):j0217-3645,j0947+6220,j1412+3723 and j1736+*** previously known La GRLs,we confirm the correlation between radio power P_(1.4GHz)and stellar mass M_(*)of host ***(25/35)La GRLs belong to the blue cloud galaxies,while the newly identified cases in this work are located within the region of the red *** find a clear correlation between the differential radio power,i.e.,the offset from the P_(1.4GHz)-M_(*)relation,and the galaxy color,indicating that bluer galaxies at a fixed M_(*)tend to host more powerful radio ***,the majority(31/36)of La GRLs are either located in a galaxy group or displaying a disturbed *** suggest that all of the galaxy mass,color and surrounding environment could play important roles in triggering radio lobes in late-type galaxies.

A chemo-mechanical model is developed to investigate the effects on the stress development of the coating of polycrystalline ni-rich LinixMnyCo_(z)O_(2)(x≥0.8)(nMC)particles with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT).The simulation results show that the coating of primary nMC particles significantly reduces the stress generation by efficiently accommodating the volume change associated with the lithium diffusion,and the coating layer plays roles both as a cushion against the volume change and a channel for the lithium transport,promoting the lithium distribution across the secondary particles more ***,the lower stiffness,higher ionic conductivity,and larger thickness of the coating layer improve the stress *** paper provides a mathematical framework for calculating the chemo-mechanical responses of anisotropic electrode materials and fundamental insights into how the coating of nMC active particles mitigates stress levels.

Spatial transcriptomics is an organizational study done on tissue sections that preserves the spatial information of the sample. Spatial transcriptomics aims to combine spatial information with gene expression data to quantify the mRnA expression of a large number of genes in the spatial context of tissues and cells. As a paradigm shift in biological research, spatial transcriptomics can provide both spatial location information and transcriptome-level cellular gene expression data, elucidating the interactions between cells and the microenvironment. From the understanding of the entire functional life cycle of RnA to the characterization of molecular mechanisms to the mapping of gene expression in various tissue regions, by choosing the appropriate spatial transcriptome technology, researchers can achieve a deeper exploration of biological developmental processes, disease pathogenesis, etc. In recent years, the field of spatial transcriptomics has ushered in several challenges along with its rapid development, such as the dependence on sample types, the resolution of visualized genes, the difficulty of commercialization, and the ability to obtain detailed single-cell information. In this paper, we summarize and review the four major categories of spatial transcriptome technologies and compare and analyze the technical advantages and major challenges of multiple research strategies to assist current experimental design and research analysis. Finally, the importance of spatial transcriptomics in the integration of multi-omics nalysis and disease modeling as well as the future development prospects are summarized and outlined. © 2024, Department of Chemistry, northeast normal University. The Permian Basin is one of the most prolific,and currently one of the most active,oil and gas basins in the *** Lower Permian strata in the Permian Basin have produced more than 14 billion barrels of oil(BBO),making it the largest volume of hydrocarbon in the *** in the Midland Basin during late Leonardian through early Guadalupian(ca.272-269 Ma)resulted in progradation of shelf edge and ultimately closure of the basin by Middle Permian *** analyzed a merged seismic survey covering parts of the Permian Basin(i.e.,Central Basin Platform and Midland Basin)in Andrews,Ector,and Midland Counties,*** seismic survey and well logs show the presence of gently dipping(ca.1°)clinoforms in the Upper San Andres and Grayburg Formations on the eastern edge of the Central Basin Platform and western Midland *** seismic attributes,curvature,and spectral decomposition identify low sinuosity slope channels oriented north-south,but such channels do not appear beyond the *** shelf edge shifts from north to south during deposition of the Upper San Andres and Grayburg *** identify five basinward shifts noted by the migration of the shelf edge toward the basin center and the presence of channel features along the depositional *** petrophysical analysis indicates that channels cut into carbonate rocks and are filled by siliciclastic sediments;this interpretation is supported by the most negative curvature anomalies along the channel axes caused by the differential compaction between the carbonate and siliciclastic *** are a few channels with a northwest-southeast strike,which matches the direction of the Concho Lineament observed by satellite *** observations are consistent with previous interpretations of the northern Midland Basin closure during Middle-Late Permian time.

Tissue engineering(TE)continues to be widely explored as a potential solution to meet critical clinical needs for diseased tissue replacement and tissue *** this study,we developed a poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-co-methacrylic acid)(pHEMA-co-MAA)based hydrogel loaded with newly synthesized conductive poly(3,4-ethylene-dioxythiophene)(PEDOT)and polypyrrole(PPy)nanoparticles(nPs),and subsequently processed these hydrogels into tissue engineered constructs via three-dimensional(3D)*** presence of the nPs was critical as they altered the rheological properties during ***,all samples exhibited suitable shear thinning properties,allowing for the development of an optimized processing window for 3D *** were 3D printed into pre-determined disk-shaped configurations of 2 and 10 mm in height and diameter,*** observed that the nPs disrupted the gel crosslinking efficiencies,leading to shorter degradation times and compressive mechanical properties ranging between 450 and 550 *** conductivity of the printed hydrogels increased along with the nP concentration to(5.10±0.37)×10^(−7)S/*** vitro studies with cortical astrocyte cell cultures demonstrated that exposure to the pHEMA-co-MAA nP hydrogels yielded high cellular viability and proliferation ***,hydrogel antimicrobial studies with staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria revealed that the developed hydrogels affected bacterial *** together,these materials show promise for various TE strategies.

Rescattering of stimulated Raman side scattering(SRSS)is observed for the first time via two-dimensional(2D)particle-in-cell(PIC)*** construct a theoretical model for the rescattering process,which can predict the region of occurrence of mth-order SRSS and estimate its *** rescattering process is identified by the 2D PIC simulations under typical conditions of a direct-drive inertial confinement fusion *** electrons produced by second-order SRSS propagate nearly perpendicular to the density gradient and gain nearly the same energy as in first-order SRSS,but there is no cascade acceleration to produce superhot *** studies for a wide range of ignition conditions show that SRSS and associated rescatterings are robust and important processes in inertial confinement fusion.

Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites have gained great attention as promising photocatalysts for hydrogen ***,due to their poor stability in water,the use of aqueous hydrohalic acid solutions is specifically required for an efficient hydrogen ***,three novel photoactive lead-free hybrid perovskites based on bismuth and triazolium cations(denoted as IEF-15,IEF-16,and IEF-17(IEF stands for IMDEA energy frameworks))were synthesized and fully characterized(structural,compositional,optical,etc.).Further,these solids were proposed as photocatalysts for the challenging gas phase overall water splitting(OWS)***,IEF-16 thin films exhibited a remarkable photocatalytic activity in both H_(2) and O_(2) evolution,as a consequence of its appropriate bandgap and energy-band alignment,achieving hydrogen evolution rates ofμmol·g_(H_(2))^(-)1846 and 360 after 24 h under ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)irradiation or simulated solar irradiation,*** study additionally highlights the remarkable structural and photochemical stability of IEF-16 under different operational conditions(*** volume,irradiation and temperature),paving the way for green hydrogen production from OWS using perovskite-based photocatalysts.

Towards Improving the Quality of Requirement and Testing Process in Agile Software Development: An Empirical Study

Software testing is a critical phase due to misconceptions about ambiguities in the requirements during specification, which affect the testing process. Therefore, it is difficult to identify all faults in software. As requirement changes continuously, it increases the irrelevancy and redundancy during testing. Due to these challenges; fault detection capability decreases and there arises a need to improve the testing process, which is based on changes in requirements specification. In this research, we have developed a model to resolve testing challenges through requirement prioritization and prediction in an agile-based environment. The research objective is to identify the most relevant and meaningful requirements through semantic analysis for correct change analysis. Then compute the similarity of requirements through case-based reasoning, which predicted the requirements for reuse and restricted to error-based requirements. Afterward, the apriori algorithm mapped out requirement frequency to select relevant test cases based on frequently reused or not reused test cases to increase the fault detection rate. Furthermore, the proposed model was evaluated by conducting experiments. The results showed that requirement redundancy and irrelevancy improved due to semantic analysis, which correctly predicted the requirements, increasing the fault detection rate and resulting in high user satisfaction. The predicted requirements are mapped into test cases, increasing the fault detection rate after changes to achieve higher user satisfaction. Therefore, the model improves the redundancy and irrelevancy of requirements by more than 90% compared to other clustering methods and the analytical hierarchical process, achieving an 80% fault detection rate at an earlier stage. Hence, it provides guidelines for practitioners and researchers in the modern era. In the future, we will provide the working prototype of this model for proof of concept. A finite group G is said to be a B( n, k) group if for any n-element subset { a(1) , & mldr; , a(n) } of G, | { a(i) a(j )| 1 j n } | nterest to characterize the structure of B( n, k) groups for n( n+1 ) /2 n(2) - 1 . The B( 5, k) groups for 15 n investigated by several authors. In this paper, we give a complete characterization of B( 5, 20) 2-groups by showing there are five classes of such groups which are nontrivial and nonabelian.
