农产品的质量、声誉或特征与其地理原产地具有天然联系,带有地理特色的农产品与其地域风土(包括自然和人为因素)之间的紧密联系更是生产者维护相关自然资源完整性与支撑生态环境可持续发展的源动力。磐石兰家村大米永久基本农田生态环境保护与可持续发展案例产品种植于磐石兰家村水库流域,水库水域面积8.86 hm^(2),水田面积61 hm^(2)。案例区地处长白山脉向松嫩平原过渡地带,属丘陵半山区,冰雪融水、自然降水自然汇集,水质优于城市供水水质标准及生活饮用水卫生标准,土壤类型为黑土区水稻土,目前种植水稻品种为适宜吉林地区的中晚熟水稻品种。该案例数据集储存为.shp、.tif、.xlsx、.docx及.jpg格式,由案例区位置、自然地理数据、品种特性数据、经营管理数据、照片和影像等79个数据文件组成,数据量为85.3 MB(压缩后)。

Mg–xwt.%Ni(x=5 and 20)alloys have been prepared by mechanical alloying using milling times of 15 and 30 h in a planetary ball milling to know the effects of magnesium with the addition of Ni as catalyst,dispersion on the microstructure,area surface and the efficiency of hydrogen ***-EDS,xRD and Imagej^(■)software have been used to characterize the microstructure and chemical composition of the *** experiments were performed as batch-type tests at 200,250 and 300℃ under 2 MPa H2 pressure during 30 *** experiments resulted in varying amounts of MgH2 in the hydrided powders depending on composition and hydriding *** best results point to an optimum Ni dispersion,which in turn depends on Ni content and milling time.

Untextured bulk polycrystals usually possess macroscopically isotropic elastic properties whereas for most thin films transverse isotropy is expected, owing to the limited dimensionality. The usually applied models for the calculation of elastic constants of polycrystals from single crystal elastic constants (so-called grain interaction models) erroneously predict macroscopic isotropy for an (untextured) thin film. This paper presents a summary of recent work where it has been demonstrated for the first time by x-ray diffraction analysis of stresses in thin films that elastic grain interaction can lead to macroscopically elastically anisotropic behaviour (shown by non-linear sin2ψ plots). A new grain interaction model, predicting the macroscopically anisotropic behaviour of thin films, is proposed.

植物秋季物候受温度、湿度、光照等多种环境因素的共同影响,其发生机制和变化过程存在很大不确定性,在全球变化及资源环境领域研究中至关重要。本文利用中国物候观测网1963–2015年白蜡、垂柳、刺槐、榆树和杏树等5种木本植物的叶全变色期数据,构建多元回归(Multivariate Regression,MR)、温度光周期(Temperature-photoperiod,TP)和春季影响秋季(Spring-influenced Autumn,SIA)三种秋季物候模型,经模拟和尺度拓展研制了过去50年各物种的叶全变色期0.5°×0.5°格网数据。数据交叉验证结果表明叶全变色期的平均模拟误差约为10–18天。本数据集是表征中国近50年秋季物候时空格局及变化特征的基础数据,数据集由头文件、物种物候期和物种分布范围三部分组成,包括3个数据文件夹共计541个数据文件,数据存储为.txt、GEOTIFF和ArcGIS ASCII格式,数据量压缩前26.8 MB(压缩后4.86 MB)。

The Doppler broadening energy spectra have been measured on high-purity condensed CH4 in temperature range from 30K to *** solid phase and below the melting point,the variations of S-parameter with temperature were interpreted as o-Ps trapped in the thermally activated vacancy-type defects.A vacancy formation energy of 0.10±0.02eV was derived by positronium trapping model.

目的探讨角蛋白５、１０（Ｋ５、Ｋ１０）在活鼠体内的分布。方法（１）用带有β半乳糖甙酶编码的ＬａｃＺ作为报告基因，分别以牛Ｋ５、Ｋ１０［含酶切位点（ＳａｌⅠ）］为启动子的片段插入ｐＬＧＺ及ｐＬＢＳ２质粒。（２）用微注射法将移植基因片段注入鼠受精卵中，保留聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）阳性者的后代作为实验用鼠。（３）切转基因鼠背、尾等冰冻切片，０１％５溴４氯３吲哚βＤ半乳糖甙（χｇａｌ）溶液复盖，核固红补染。结果在鳞状上皮中，Ｋ５分布于表皮基层及毛囊外壁，Ｋ１０分布于基底上层及毛囊外壁；除鳞状上皮外，Ｋ５、Ｋ１０分布于除心脏外的基它脏器中，但脑中无Ｋ５分布。结论ｌａｃＺ转基因鼠有助于基因突变及基因治疗的研究；对Ｋ５、Ｋ１０在体内分布的了解。

Synchrotron microfocus small angle x-ray scattering was used to investigate the nanostructure and microscopic variation of eggshells. It uses a microbeam allowing the ability to probe interactions between the organic and inorganic components at nanometer level and is ideal for mapping over small areas to obtain a detailed analysis of structural variations. Thin sections of eggshells were scanned from the shell membrane （inner） to the cuticle （outer） surface. The data collected was used to produce two-dimensional maps showing microscopic changes within the different layers of the eggshell. The structural alterations ap- parently could have implications at the macroscopic level of the resulting eggshell. As the organic matrix is embedded within the eggshell this may contribute to the variations observed in calcite crystal form and texture, Structural information obtained about a biomaterial at different length scales is important in relating the structure to its functional properties. This knowledge and the principles behind the formation of biomaterials could be used in the attempt of bioengineering new systems.
