Many genes may be involved in nasopharyn-geal carcinoma (NPC) development and progression. Several known oncogenes, including c-myc and c-erb-B2, have been shown to have structural alteration and aberrant expression in NPC. Here, we constructed a tissue microarray to deter-mine the status of c-myc and c-erbB-2 oncogenes at the DNA and protein levels using interphase fluorescence in situ hy-bridization (FISH) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and to define the diagnostic, prognostic importance of the genetic changes. Results showed that amplification of c-myc and c-erbB-2 was not found in NPC. Polysemy 8 and 17 were observed in 43%-50% and 20%-27% of NPC tumors, respectively. Overexpressions of c-myc and c-erbB-2 onco-proteins were detected in 53.6% and 54.5% cases of NPC with polysomy 8 and 17, respectively. There was no signifi-cant correlation between c-myc and c-erbB-2 staining and the clinical stage. But overexpression of c-erbB-2 was associ-ated with polysemy 17 in NPC. These findings suggest that

We isolated a novel strain of Alphaproteobacteria from a patient,who had medical history of chronic rhinitis for more than twenty years and recently experienced local skin abscess and ulcer. Endochondral bone formation is an important route for bone *** emerging evidence has revealed the functions of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)in bone and cartilage development,the effect of lncRNAs in endochondral bone repair is still largely ***,we identified a lncRNA,named Hypertrophic Chondrocyte Angiogenesis-related lncRNA(HCAR),and proved it to promote the endochondral bone repair by upregulating the expression of matrix metallopeptidase 13(Mmp13)and vascular endothelial growth factorα(Vegfa)in hypertrophic ***-HCAR knockdown in hypertrophic chondrocytes restrained the cartilage matrix remodeling and decrease the CD31hiEmcnhi vessels number in a bone repair ***,we proved that lnc-HCAR was mainly enriched in the cytoplasm using fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)assay,and it acted as a molecular sponge for ***,in hypertrophic chondrocytes,lnc-HCAR competitively bound to miR-15b-5p to increase Vegfa and Mmp13 *** results proved that lncRNA is deeply involved in endochondral bone repair,which will provide a new theoretical basis for future strategies for promoting fracture healing.

＜正＞Our previous report indicates that hepatic ischemia reperfusion（I/R） injury related to abnormal increased leukotriene（LT） C4 *** we investigated mechanism underlying ischemic preconditioning （IP） effects on the LTC4 production in hepatic I/R injury *** male SD rats were randomly divided into sham,I/R and IP *** liver was subjected to 1 h of partial hepatic ischemia followed by 5 h of reperfusion with saline administered *** protein expressions of the leukotriene C4 synthase（LIC4S） was detected with western blotting,the LTC4 synthesis enzymes’ activities and LTC4 content were measured by RPHPLC. Serum NO2- and liver tissue GSH were also examined by biochemical *** noted that IP markedly decreased LTC4 content and inhibited LTC4S protein expression and the LTC4 synthesis enzymes’ activities in rat liver when compared with I/R group（P＜0.05）.The decline in serum NO2-（P＜0.05） and the elevation in hepatic tissue GSH（P＜0.05） in IP groups were also *** LTC4S positive expressions on hepatocytes and sinusoidal endothelial cells in IP group were significantly lower than that in I/R *** findings firstly demonstrate that the reduced LTC4 production by IP treatment during hepatic I/R injury could be partially resulted from the down-regulation of LTC4S protein expressions and the depression of LTC4 synthesis enzymes’ activities, which may involve its reducing NO and stabilizing redox state during hepatic I/R in rats.

目的:提出了一种可用于CT仿真结肠镜和其他空腔性结构可视化的薄壁快速体绘制方法。方法:基于图像分割和三维形态学运算,能够去除空腔中积水的影响,并加快体绘制的速度。利用VGLR体绘制工具包,实现高效的内窥体绘制计算。结果:在一组真实的CT结肠数据中,实现了图像分割、形态学运算及快速实时体绘制,体绘制速度达到原来的3倍。结论:这一技术能加快空腔结构内窥体绘制的速度,去除肠道内积水的影响,提高可视化效果。
