The use of biochar can have several effects on plant germination,depending on raw material,preparation method and application ***,the molecular mechanisms that lead to those results have yet to be *** aim of this research was to improve the understanding of these mechanisms by characterizing the metabolic effects of sugarcane bagasse biochar on soybean *** types of biochars were prepared by pyrolysis at 300℃(sCB300),400℃(sCB400)and 600℃(sCB600).Then,each one was mixed into sand at 1%,3%,5%(w/w)dose,*** experiment was performed in 8 days of incubation,when the number of germinated seeds and the average radicle length were *** evaluate the metabolome,the dry biomass(DB)was subjected to extraction with a mixture of methanol-d4 and D2O(1:1 v/v).The extracts were submitted to metabolomics analysis by Proton Nuclear Magnetic *** Relative Germination,Relative Average Radicle Growth and Germination Index increased in all treatments compared to *** the other hand,the DB increased in all treatments,except for sCB300,at doses of 1%and 3%w/*** metabolites(alanine,asparagine,acetic acid,citric acid,glycerol,fatty acids and sucrose)were identified and quantified in DB extracts as the most influential finding for the separation of *** together,these results strongly suggested that biochars accelerated the catabolism of triacylglycerols to sucrose and induced a slight osmotic stress.

自由基与多不饱和脂肪酸反应启动一个被称为生命系统中脂质过氧化反应以及食物氧化酸败的连锁反应过程。多不饱和脂肪酸更易氧化,导致有毒产物的形成。由于胚胎组织中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,在肉种鸡日粮中使用抗氧化剂可以改善雏鸡的氧化状态。带壳蛋被认为具有抗氧化酸败的作用,然而研究表明食用蛋中的卵黄脂质在储存时易被氧化,这种氧化受到储存时间、温度及卵黄脂肪酸不饱和程度的影响。因此有许多在蛋鸡饲料中添加抗氧化剂来保持其营养价值的试验研究。文献表明,卵黄中的VE具有抗氧化活性,对孵化期的胚胎以及初生的雏鸡均有较好的保护作用。然而这些研究均未考虑到维生素对孵化率的影响。由于经济方面的原因,维生素的实际使用量明显低于研究中的建议使用量,因此,它在胚胎中的积极作用以及雏鸡的抗氧化作用在生产中的应用价值不是很大。其他抗氧化剂如角黄素等与VE具有协同作用,然而,这些高成本的物质可能限制了它们在肉种鸡上的应用。本文综述了肉种鸡和产蛋鸡营养中的维生素(特别是VE)对胚胎组织和卵黄脂抗氧化性的影响。

The Doppler broadening energy spectra have been measured on high-purity condensed CH4 in temperature range from 30K to *** solid phase and below the melting point,the variations of s-parameter with temperature were interpreted as o-Ps trapped in the thermally activated vacancy-type defects.A vacancy formation energy of 0.10±0.02eV was derived by positronium trapping model.

＜正＞Porous materials have found wide applications in many traditional fields such as catalysis,adsorption,electronics and environmental technology because of their high surface area coupled with many other physical and chemical properties[1,2].surfactant templating strategy affords a variety of porous networks with a wide range of pore sizes,well-defined morphologies on controllable length scales and various chemical functionalities to match the needs of different applications[3].Consequently,the behavior of the surfactant in aqueous solution,which can be affected by the presence of additives,is very important for the design of mesoporous materials.

solder size effect on early stage interfacial intermetallic compound(IMC) evolution in wetting reaction between sne3.0Age0.5Cu solder balls and electroless nickel electroless palladium immersion gold(ENEPIG) pads at 250 C was investigated. The interfacial IMCs transformed from initial needle- and rodtype(Cu,Ni)6sn5to dodecahedron-type(Cu,Ni)6sn5and then to needle-type(Ni,Cu)3sn4at the early interfacial reaction stage. Moreover, these IMC transformations occurred earlier in the smaller solder joints, where the decreasing rate of Cu concentration was faster due to the Cu consumption by the formation of interfacial(Cu,Ni)6sn5. On thermodynamics, the decrease of Cu concentration in liquid solder changed the phase equilibrium at the interface and thus resulted in the evolution of interfacial IMCs; on kinetics, larger solder joints had sufficient Cu flux toward the interface to feed the(Cu,Ni)6sn5growth in contrast to smaller solder joints, thus resulted in the delayed IMC transformation and the formation of larger dodecahedron-type(Cu,Ni)6sn5grains. In smaller solders, no spalling but the consumption of(Cu,Ni)6sn5grains by the formation of(Ni,Cu)3sn4grains occurred where smaller discrete(Cu,Ni)6sn5grains formed at the interface.

laser directed energy deposition(DED)involves complex physical processes,and the trial and error examinations are time consuming and cost *** research paradigm can be reshaped using advanced phenomenological models via computing the spatiotemporal variations of the build *** this work,multi-layer and multi-track laser DED of Ti-6 Al-4 V were systematically explored on multiple scales including the 1D track,the 2D layer and the 3D full build considering the complex transport of energy,mass,and momentum in the moving freeform molten *** results showed that convex,nearflat,and wavy builds were generated using gradually larger hatch *** profiles of individual tracks and layers were extracted through the unique advantages of the *** individual tracks exhibited various patterns and rotated with specific inclinations to form distinct layer *** net increments of the deposit generated upon the printing of a new track during the continuous deposition process showed that the smaller hatch spacing caused higher overlap rate of horizontally adjacent tracks but lower remelting rate of vertically adjacent tracks in neighboring *** 3D numerical model was validated with corresponding experiments for various process *** scientific findings can provide useful insights for further researches of DED.
