In this paper,we study a mathematical model of Hepatitis C Virus(HCV)*** present a compartmental mathematical model involving healthy hepatocytes,infected hepatocytes,non-activated dendritic cells,activated dendritic cells and cytotoxic T *** derivative used is of non-local fractional order and with non-singular *** existence and uniqueness of the system is proven and its stability is ***,by applying the laplace Adomian decomposition method for the fractional derivative,we present the semi-analytical solution of the ***,some numerical simulations are performed for concrete values of the parameters and several graphs are plotted to reveal the qualitative properties of the solutions.

We investigate a stage-structured delayed predator-prey model with impulsive stocking on prey and continuous harvesting on predator. According to the fact of biological resource management, we improve the assumption of a predator-prey model with stage structure for predator population that each individual predator has the same ability to capture prey. It is assumed that the immature and mature individuals of the predator population are divided by a fixed age, and immature predator population does not have the ability to attach prey. sufficient conditions are obtained, which guarantee the global attractivity of predator-extinction periodic solution and the permanence of the system. Our results show that the behavior of impulsive stocking on prey plays an important role for the permanence of the system, and provide tactical basis for the biological resource management. Numerical analysis is presented to illuminate the dynamics of the system.

We present a model for hyperpycnal plumes or turbidity currents that takes into account the interaction between the turbidity current and the bottom,considering deposition and erosion effects as well as solid transport of particles at the bed load due to the *** entrainment from the ambient water in which the turbidity current plunges is also *** of ambient water is neglected and the rigid lid assumption is *** model is obtained as a depth-average system of equations under the shallow water hypothesis describing the balance of fluid mass,sediment mass and mean *** character of the system is analyzed and numerical simulations are carried out using finite volume schemes and path-conservative Roe schemes.

We describe a duality transformation in a cosmological model of four time and four space dimensions ((4 + 4)-dimensions). In particular, we show that via the Fourier transform, at the level of the zero-point energy of quantum mechanics and the de sitter space, a Gaussian distribution in four dimensions leads to a dual Gaussian distribution also in four dimensions, with duality transformation , in the standard deviation σ. moreover, we show that as a consequence of such a duality in σ a duality of the cosmological constant Λ can be obtained. Finally, we comment on the possibility that both the oriented matroid theory as well as the surreal number theory are related to the formalism presented in this work.

In this work, CaO-NiO mixed oxide powders were evaluated as consecutive CO;chemisorbents and catalytic materials for hydrogen production thought the CH;reforming process. Between the NiO impregnated CaO and CaO-NiO mechanical composite, the first one presented better chemical behaviors during the CO;capture and CH;reforming processes, obtaining syngas（H;+ CO） as final product. Results showed that syngas was produced at two different temperature ranges, between 400 and 600 °C and at T > 800 °C, where the first temperature range corresponds to the CH;reforming process but the second temperature range was attributed to a different catalytic reaction process: CH;partial oxidation. These results were confirmed through different isothermal and cyclic experiments as well as by XRD analysis of the final catalytic products, where the nickel reduction was evidenced. moreover, when a CO-O;flow was used during the carbonation process a triple process was achieved:（i） CO oxidation,（ii） CO;chemisorption and（iii） CH;reforming. Using this gas flow the hydrogen production was always higher than that obtained with CO;.

Methodsspan>: IPAQ was evaluated for test-retest reliability within 6 - 8 days of its first administration. Criterion validity was tested comparing IPAQ data with those from an activity meter (Intelligent Device for Energy Expenditure and Activity, IDEEA). Results: The test-retest correlation (n = 71) for items of IPAQ ranged from r = 0.63 to r = 0.74 and wspan>as r = 0.79 for the total weekly PA in MET*min per week. The serotonergic system in the brain plays a major role in mood and anxiety regulation when exposed to stress. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of sertraline administration in coping with stress using the behavioural paradigms of the acoustic startle reflex (AsR) and its prepulse inhibition (PPI) in both sexes. Wistar rats were divided into two groups: intact animals and exposed to restraint stress (Rs) 3 times per day during 7 days, which were then subdivided into three other groups: injected with sertraline (5 mg/kg/day) or the drug vehicle saline for 8 consecutive days, and non-injected. AsR and PPI values were analyzed along 4 sessions to determine behavioral changes. Upon it, we also determine the effects of acute immobilization stress analyzing physiological stress indicators in blood. Our data show sex differences in response to stress paradigms. Rs affected more intensely males than females, disturbing the males’ growth and the long-term startle habituation that were not affected in females. PPI increased in the vehicle-injected animals when compared to baseline in both sexes, and sertraline reversed more efficiently it in females. moreover, despite both sexes exposed to stressful paradigms exhibited a significant increase in serum glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase and lactate dehydrogenase enzymes when compared with intact controls, as well as leucopenia, some differences according to sex were found in the haemostatic response to stress. Notably, the repeated injections procedure disturbed the early response to stress, which sertraline only attenuated in both sexes. Our data suggest that 8-day sertraline administration is effective in reversing stress-induced changes in some physio-logical parameters, but insufficient to return immunological values to normality.
