为开发小包装即食风味鲟鱼零食,以感官评分、色值和质地为评价指标,通过响应面法优化即食鲟鱼的加工工艺,并对其常温贮藏品质进行分析。结果显示,最佳工艺参数为香葱粉0.2%、生姜粉0.4%、八角粉0.3%、桂皮0.3%、黑胡椒粉0.2%、酱油4.0%、老抽11%、食盐2.0%、味精1.0%、牛肉膏3.0%、玉米淀粉1.0%、白砂糖5.0%、脱腥时间29 min、煮制时间15 min。此时即食风味鲟鱼香味浓郁,口感细腻,色泽诱人,是一款优质的休闲零食。即食风味鲟鱼贮藏25 d无胀袋和发霉,并且保鲜处理对产品的贮藏品质有一定提升作用。

Dear Editor,Oncogenic K-ras mutation plays a major role in malignant transformation and induces significant alterations in cancer cell metabolism[1–4].However,the major molecular players mediating metabolic alterations during K-ras-driven cancer development remain *** observations that tumorigenesis often requires multiple hits suggest that K-ras mutation likely needs the coordination of other molecular events that enable adaptive cellular metabolism for a full malignant *** on our previous study on the impact of K-ras onmitochondrial metabolism[1,5]and our recent findings that mitochondrial isocitrate dehydrogenase 2(IDH2)could promote the“reverse”flow of the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle fromα-KG to isocitrate and enhance the survival and proliferation of acute myeloid leukemia cells[6],we investigated the potential role of IDH2 in metabolic adaptation during K-ras-driven tumorigenesis.

We perform a global analysis of the new combined data on inclusive structure functions in electron-proton scattering at small value of Bjorken x （x≤0.01） in the framework of the color glass condensate. The new combined HERA data at small-x are studied by an analytic proton structure function. It is shown that the theoretical results of the analytic proton structure function are in agreement with the new combined experimental data. The longitudinal proton structure function is investigated with the analytic expression. It is demonstrated that our approach shows a very good description of the longitudinal structure function experimental data, which is evidence showing the saturation effect is a domination mechanism during the rapidity evolution of the gluon density at high energy.

The interfacial stability of lithium metal anodes dictated by solid electrolyte interphase(SEI) is essential for long-cycling high-energy-density lithium–sulfur batteries. Nevertheless, critical components of SEI for interfacial stabilization are particularly indistinct. Herein, the effect of various sulfur-containing components in SEI for stabilizing lithium metal anodes is disclosed in lithium–sulfur batteries. High-valence sulfur-containing species(Li_(2)SO_(3) and Li_(2)SO_(4)) in SEI are conducive to uniform lithium deposition and stabilizing lithium metal anodes. In contrast, low-valence sulfur-containing species(Li_(2)S_(3) and Li_(2)S_(4)) in SEI result in aggressive lithium dendrites and dead lithium. This work identifies the role of sulfurcontaining components in SEI for stabilizing lithium metal anodes and provides rational design principles of SEI for protecting lithium metal anodes in practical lithium–sulfur batteries.

Most close double helium white dwarfs will merge within a Hubble time due to orbital decay by gravitational wave ***,a significant fraction with low mass ratios will survive for a long time as a consequence of stable mass *** stable mass transfer between two helium white dwarfs（He WDs） provides one channel for the production of AM CVn binary *** previous calculations of double He WD progenitors,the accreting He WD was treated as a point *** have computed the evolution of 16 double He WD models in order to investigate the consequences of treating the evolution of both components in *** find that the boundary between binaries having stable and unstable mass transfer is slightly modified by this *** comparing with observed periods and mass ratios,we redetermine masses of eight known AM CVn stars by our double He WDs channel,*** Cnc,AM CVn,V406 Hya,j0926,j1240,GP Com,Gaia14 aae and V396 *** propose that central spikes in the triple-peaked emission spectra of j1240,GP Com and V396 Hya and the surface abundance ratios of N/C/O in GP Com can be explained by the stable double He WD *** mass estimates derived from our calculations are used to discuss the predicted gravitational wave signal in the context of the Laser Interferometer Space Antenna（LISA） project.

The serial model of Epstein et al. （1981） is demonstrated to predict successfully the overall voidage of the mixed layer of incompletely segregated binary and ternary mixtures of liquid-fluidized solids that differ only in shape. Some speculations are then offered on the conditions for the success and failure of this model. Finally, methods proposed in the literature for estimating the deviations from the serial model for a binary-solids bed, which manifest themselves as a bed contraction, are discussed, with emphasis on packing models.

One-neutron stripping process between^(6)Li and^(209)bi was studied at 28,30,and 34 MeV using the in-beamγ-ray spectroscopy ***γ-γcoincident analysis clearly identified twoγ-rays feeding the ground and long-lived isomeric states,which were employed to determine the cross *** one-neutron stripping cross sections were similar to the cross sections of complete fusion in the^(6)Li+^(209)bi system,but the one-neutron stripping cross sections decreased more gradually at the sub-barrier region.A coupled-reaction-channel calculation was performed to study the detailed reaction mechanism of the one-neutron stripping process in^(6)*** calculations indicated that the first excited state of 5 Li is critical in the actual one-neutron transfer mechanism,and the valence proton of 209bi can be excited to the low-lying excited state in(^(6)Li,^(5)Li)reaction,unlike in the(d,p)reaction.

Effect of the seeds provenance and treatment on the germination rate and plants growth of four forest trees species of Cote d’Ivoire

The rapid rate of deforestation in Cote d’Ivoire has led to loss of plant species diversity and also threatens some commercial tree species with *** reforestation and aff orestation has been ***,for some species,the numbers of surviving transplants has ***,it is necessary to develop properly adapted and resilient genotypes that can eff ectively support the programs of forest *** this context we evaluated the eff ects of the provenances of seeds and of various treatments on the germination rates and on plant growth of four commercial trees species(Pycnanthus angolensis,Terminalia superba,Mansonia altissima and Pterygota macrocarpa).We analyzed these parameters for seeds of three provenances(Daloa,Akoupéand Daoukro)of four species and for thirty plants aged 6 months per *** to begin germination and time to reach maximum germination were similar among species,and were not infl uenced by either treatment or *** seeds and those soaked for 24 and 48 h in water at room temperature yielded the highest germination rates,irrespective of species or *** one exception was ***,for which no germination was *** species,some provenances produced higher germination percentages than did *** clear relationship was computed between the germination rate and the morphometric characteristics of the seeds which varied signifi cantly between *** growth and morphological variability also depended greatly on *** factors might be implicated,therefore provenance trials should be undertaken and ***,molecular analysis should be undertaken to confi rm the implications of genetic factors and allow for genetic selection.

Dear Editor, The 2015-2016 outbreak of Zika virus （ZIKV） fever, first reported in Brazil during early 2015 （Zanluca et al., 2015）, has infected millions of people and is a global public health concern. ZIKV infections are associated with fetal microcephaly, as well as neurological complications in humans. The virus can be shed in the semen and vaginal secretions of humans, leading to sexual transmission, and unexpectedly ZIKV infections cause severe damage to the male reproductive organs in male mice （Govero et al., 2016; Ma et al., 2016）.
