Sulfonated poly(aryl ether ketone sulfone)modified by polyoxometalates LaW_(10) clusters for proton exchange membranes with high proton conduction performance

Polyoxometalates(POMs)are classified as solid superacids which can exhibit notable proton conductivity,making them a promising functional inorganic filler for enhancing the proton conductivity of proton exchange membranes(PEMs).In this study,a series of hybrid membranes were obtained by molecular-level hybridization of Weakley-type POM Na_(7)H_(2)LaW_(10)O_(36)(LaW_(10))clusters into sulfonated poly(aryl ether ketone sulfone)(SPAEKS).All hybrid membranes exhibited greater proton conductivity than the pristine membrane in the 30–80℃temperature *** the doping amount of LaW 10 reached 7 wt.%,the proton conductivity of M-LaW 10^(-7)achieved 64 mS·cm^(−1)at 80℃.Lanthanide ions'high coordination number property and variable coordination environment can aid to attract more water molecules from the *** 10 and these bound water can construct denser hydrogen bonds with–SO_(3)H of *** intensive hydrogen bonds will facilitate the constitution of more continuous proton transport channels,and improve the proton conductivity of the hybrid *** work off ers a fresh approach to using POMs containing rare-earth components in PEMs.

Neosophoflavonoids A–C, A class of highly oxidized hybrid flavonoids from Sophora flavescens with antidiabetic effects

Three highly oxidized hybrid flavonoids neosophoflavonoids A–C（1, 2a, and 2b） were isolated from the roots of Sophora flavescens. Neosophoflavonoid A possesses a unique highly oxidized heptacyclic6/6/6/6/6/6/5 system. Neosophoflavonoids B and C are isomers and share the same highly oxidized hexacyclic 6/6/6/6/6/6 systems. Their planar structures were elucidated from 1D/2D nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR）, ultraviolet spectroscopy（UV）, infrared spectroscopy（IR）, and high resolution electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy（HRESIMS） data. Their absolute configurations were determined by thorough GIAO13C NMR（DP4+） calculation protocol and electronic circular dichroism（ECD） calculation *** plausible biosynthetic routes for the compounds were also proposed. All compounds exhibited significant protein tyrosine phosphatase-1B（PTP1B） inhibitory activity with half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) values 3.94 ± 0.01, 0.38 ± 0.13, and 0.70 ± 0.01 μmol/L, respectively. In addition, compared to a positive control fenofibrate（Feno） at 20 μmol/L, compounds 2a and 2b exhibited stronger inhibitory effects on lipid accumulation in the oleic acid（OA）-induced cell model at 5 and 10 μmol/L.

In some military application scenarios,Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)need to perform missions with the assistance of on-board cameras when radar is not available and communication is interrupted,which brings challenges for UAV autonomous navigation and collision *** this paper,an improved deep-reinforcement-learning algorithm,Deep Q-Network with a Faster R-CNN model and a Data Deposit Mechanism(FRDDM-DQN),is proposed.A Faster R-CNN model(FR)is introduced and optimized to obtain the ability to extract obstacle information from images,and a new replay memory Data Deposit Mechanism(DDM)is designed to train an agent with a better *** training,a two-part training approach is used to reduce the time spent on training as well as retraining when the scenario *** order to verify the performance of the proposed method,a series of experiments,including training experiments,test experiments,and typical episodes experiments,is conducted in a 3D simulation *** results show that the agent trained by the proposed FRDDM-DQN has the ability to navigate autonomously and avoid collisions,and performs better compared to the FRDQN,FR-DDQN,FR-Dueling DQN,YOLO-based YDDM-DQN,and original FR outputbased FR-ODQN.

Xiao Tan San jie Fang Hampers the Growth of Colon Cancer Stem Cells through the Wnt/β-catenin Signaling Pathway

Objective: The purpose of this research was to examine the potential anticancer properties of Xiao Tan San jie Fang(XTSjF) and its potential mechanism of action against colorectal cancer. Materials and Methods: HCT116 cells were induced into HCT116 spheres in DMEM/F12 medium by treatment with epidermal growth factor + fibroblast growth factor + leukemia inhibitory factor + B27. The proliferation ability and stemness of HCT116 spheres was examined. Various concentrations of XTSjF were used to treat HCT116 spheres to observe the impact on proliferation, apoptosis, and expression of stem cell markers. Next, Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related factor proteins were detected. Results: The findings revealed that XTSjF suppressed cell growth and induced cell death in HCT116 cells in a dosage-dependent manner. Similarly, XTSjF promotes apoptosis, inhibits cell proliferation, prolongs survival, and maintains the expression of stem cells through the Wnt/-catenin/TCF4 axis. XTSjF also inhibits AKT activity and subsequently activates glycogen synthesis kinase-3β expression, inhibiting Wnt/beta-catenin pathway activity and downstream target gene transcript expression. The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is inhibited by the XTSjF, leading to the suppression of colon cancer stem cell proliferation. Conclusion: Xiaotan Sanjie Prescription inhibited colon cancer stem cell growth through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.
