Vaccines are one of the most practical means to stop the spreading of Aeromonas veronii in *** this study,virulence factor aerolysin mutant NTaer which has lost its hemolytic activity was used as a target *** pastoris constitutive secretory expression NTaer(GS115-NTaer)was used as a potential safe oral vaccine to evaluate its effectiveness on zebrafish *** result shows that vaccination of GS115-NTaer for four weeks did not affect the growth performance of the host,while eliciting an effective immune protective *** with the control group,the GS115-NTaer could significantly up-regulate the relative expression level of the intestinal tight junction protein 1α(TjP1α)gene,and significantly increased the contents of lysozyme(LYZ),complement C3 and C4 in the gut,indicating that the innate immune response of the fish was *** relative gene expression levels of macrophage-expressed gene 1(MPEG1)and T cell receptor(TCR-α)in the gut,and MPEG1,CD4,CD8,TCR-α,GATA3,and T-bet in the spleen were all increased significantly,indicating that the cellular immune response of the fish was ***,the contents of serum IgM and intestinal mucosa IgZ antibodies were significantly increased,which showed that humoral immunity was also ***,inoculation with GS115-NTaer significantly changed the structure of gut *** particular,the relative ratio of(Firmicutes+Fusobacteriota+Bacteroidota)/Proteobacteria was significantly higher than that of the control and GS115 ***,the vaccinated fish were challenged with ***,and the relative percent survival of GS115 and the GS115-NTear groups was 14.28%and 33.43%.This improvement of immunity was not only due to the specific immune response but also attributed to the improvement of innate immunity and the gut microbiota which was demonstrated by the germ-free zebrafish ***,this study provides information on the effectiveness of GS115-NTear

Activated hepatic stellate cells(aHSCs),the main source of extracellular matrix deposition,are key targets in liver ***,no effective drug specific to aHSCs has been clinically applied due to poor drug delivery ***,we designed a CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)-targeted reactive oxygen species(ROS)-responsive platform AMD-Dex-ROS-responsive-sorafenib(ARS)based on natural polysaccharide and thioctic acid frame,which can deliver anti-fibrosis drug represented by sorafenib specifically to aHSCs on account of CXCR4 over-expression on aHSCs,and smartly disassemble via ROS-responsive thioketal rupture relying on high intracellular ROS in HSCs,realized on-demand drug release and effective liver fibrosis ***,in this platform,the CXCR4 antagonist AMD3100 not only enhanced aHSCs targeting efficiency of sorafenib but also effectively magnified the aHSCs elimination of sorafenib by blocking stroma cell derived factor-1(SDF-1)/CXCR4-induced aHSCs protection,resulting in synergistic anti-fibrosis *** platform provided a new approach for drug delivery system design and liver fibrosis treatment.

The phase equilibrium and mechanical behaviors of natural gas hydrate-bearing sediment are essential for gas recovery from hydrate *** heating closed systems,the temperature-pressure path of hydrate-bearing sediment deviates from that of pure bulk hydrate,reflecting the porous media effect in phase equilibrium.A generalized phase equilibrium equation was established for hydrate-bearing sediments,which indicates that both capillary and osmotic pressures cause the phase equilibrium curve to shift leftward on the temperature-pressure *** contrast to bulk hydrate,hydrate-bearing sediment always contains a certain amount of unhydrated water,which keeps phase equilibrium with the hydrate within the hydrate stability *** changes in temperature and pressure,a portion of pore hydrate and unhydrated water may transform into each other,affecting the shear strength of hydrate-bearing sediment.A shear strength model is proposed to consider not only hydrate saturation but also the change in temperature and pressure of hydrate-bearing *** model is validated by experimental data with various hydrate saturation,temperature and pressure *** deformation induced by partial dissociation was studied through depressurization tests under constant effective *** reduction in gas pressure within the hydrate stability field indeed caused sediment *** dissociation-induced deformation can be reasonably estimated as the difference in volume between hydrate-bearing and hydrate-free sediments from the compression curves.

Salt-doped block copolymers have widespread applications in batteries,fuel cells,semiconductors,and various industries,where their properties crucially depend on phase separation ***,investigations into salt-doped diblock copolymers have predominantly focused on microphase separation,overlooking the segregation between ionic and polymeric *** study employs weak segregation theory to explore the interplay between phase separation dominated by the polymer-modulated mode and the salt-out-modulated mode,corresponding to microscopic and macroscopic phase separations,*** comparing diblock copolymers doped with salts to those doped with neutral solvents,we elucidate the significant role of charged species in modulating phase *** phase separation mode exhibits a transition between the polymer-modulated and salt-out-modulated modes at different *** systems doped with neutral solvents,this transition is stepwise,while in salt-ion-doped systems,it is *** a sufficiently large Flory-Huggins parameter between ions and polymers,the salt-out-modulated mode becomes dominant,promoting macrophase *** to the solvation effect of salt ions,salt-doped systems are more inclined to undergo microphase ***,we explore factors influencing the critical wavenumber of phase separation,including doping level and the Flory-Huggins parameters between two blocks and between ions and polymeric *** findings reveal that in a neutral solvent environment,these factors alter only the boundary between micro-and macro-phase separations,leaving the critical wavenumber unchanged in microphase separation ***,in a salt-doped environment,the critical wavenumber of microphase separation varies with these *** provides valuable insights into the pivotal role of electrostatics in the phase separation of salt-doped block copolymers.

This paper proposes a neural network-based intelligent feedforward gust alleviation framework,which includes a neural network identification model and a neural network controller.A neural network training dataset is formed by collecting flight data and the gust data encountered during the aircraft flight.A neural network identification model is first trained to accurately predict the aircraft’s ***,based on the output of the identification model and the collected flight data,the parameters of the time-delay neural network controller are obtained through a learning *** simulation results show that the designed intelligent controller has good gust alleviation effects for both continuous turbulence excitation and discrete gust *** example,when the aircraft is 40000 kg and the flight speed is 0.81Ma,the controller achieves a 67.82%reduction in wingtip acceleration and a 35.90%reduction in center of mass acceleration under continuous turbulence *** considering the measurement uncertainties,such as noise existing in the collected data,the trained controller can still achieve an acceptable gust alleviation ***,considering a flight in which the aircraft mass is constantly changing,the intelligent controller,which continuously learns from new flight data,maintains a good gust alleviation effect throughout the flight.

High-temperature superconducting(HTS)rare-earth Ba_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-x)(REBCO)coated conductors(CCs)have significant potential in high-current and high-field ***,owing to the weak interface strength of the laminated composite REBCO CCs,the damage induced by the thermal mismatch stress under a combination of epoxy impregnation,cooling,and quenching can cause premature degradation of the critical *** this study,a three-dimensional(3D)electromagnetic-thermal-mechanical model based on the H-formulation and cohesive zone model(CZM)is developed to study the critical current degradation characteristics in an epoxy-impregnated REBCO CC caused by the damage during a *** temperature variation,critical current degradation of the REBCO CC,and its degradation onset temperature calculated by the numerical model are in agreement with the experimental data taken from the *** delamination of the REBCO CC predicted by the numerical model is consistent with the experimental *** numerical results also indicate that the shear stress is the main contributor to the damage propagation inside the REBCO *** premature degradation of the critical current during a quench is closely related to the interface shear strength inside the REBCO ***,the effects of the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)of the epoxy resin,thickness of the substrate,and substrate material on the critical current degradation characteristics of the epoxy-impregnated REBCO CC during a quench are also *** results help us understand the relationship between the current-carrying degradation and damage in the HTS applications.
