A binuclear copper（I） complex [Cu2（dppm）2（C7H6n2）2]（nO3）2 （C7H6n2 = benzimidazole, dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2） has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray *** crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 14.167（3）, b = 21.209（4）, c =20.680（4）A°, β = 103.93（3）°, C32H28Cun3O3P2, Mr = 628.05, Z = 8, μ = 0.868 mm^-1, V = 6031 （2） ,A°^3,F（000） = 2592, De= 1.383 g/cm^3, R = 0.0593 and wR = 0.1736. A total of 5297 independent reflections were collected, of which 3503 were observed with 1 〉 2σ（/）. The central copper atom is tri-coordinated by phosphorus atoms from bridging dppm and nitrogen atom from benzimidazole. In the coordination sphere, the bond lengths of Cu-P（1） and Cu-P（2） are 2.2607（17） and 2.2503（16） A°,respectively and the P-Cu-P bond angle is 127.26（6）°.

Effect of Cooling Rate and Vanadium Content on the Microstructure and Hardness of Medium Carbon Forging Steel

This paper reports the effect of cooling rate on the microstructure and hardness of a kind of medium carbon steel microalloyed with two levels of V content （0.15% and 0.28%） after hot deformation by using single compression tests on a Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator. The results show that cooling rate has a significant effect on the microstructure and hardness of the tested steels. Both the fraction of pearlite and hardness increase with increasing cooling rate, whereas a further increase of the cooling rate above a critical value promotes the formation of acicular ferrite （AF）, and thus leads to a decrease of hardness mainly owing to the decrease of pearlite fraction and replacing it by AF and the less effective precipita- tion strengthening. Increasing V content results in a significant increase of hardness, and this tendency enhances with increasing cooling rate until the formation of AF. Furthermore, increasing V content also significantly enhances the formation of AF structure at a lower cooling rate. The results also suggest that by controlling microstructure, especially the precipitation of fine V（C,n） particles through adjusting post- forging cooling, the strengthening and gradient function in one hot-forging part could be obtained.

Recent advances on the membrane processes for CO_2 separation

Membrane separation technology has popularized rapidly and attracts much interest in gas industry as a promising sort of newly chemical separation unit operation. In this paper, recent advances on membrane processes for CO_2 separation are reviewed. The researches indicate that the optimization of operating process designs could improve the separation performance, reduce the energy consumption and decrease the cost of membrane separation systems. With the improvement of membrane materials recently,membrane processes are beginning to be competitive enough for CO_2 separation, especially for postcombustion CO_2 capture, biogas upgrading and natural gas carbon dioxide removal, compared with the traditional separation methods. We summarize the needs and most promising research directions for membrane processes for CO_2 separation in current and future membrane applications. As the time goes by, novel membrane materials developed according to the requirement proposed by process optimization with increased selectivity and/or permeance will accelerate the industrialization of membrane process in the near future. Based on the data collected in a pilot scale test, more effort could be made on the optimization of membrane separation processes. This work would open up a new horizon for CO_2 separation/Capture on Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage(CCUS).

Transition metal nitrides(TMns)are considered as viable alternatives to noble metal catalysts owing to their versatile electronic structure and favorable catalytic ***,the conventional synthetic processes for TMns suffer from high energy consumption and low production *** this study,a range of TMns and their hetero-composite arrays were successfully synthesized via an ultrafast flash joule heating technology within 0.5 *** a proof concept,the nitrides and hetero-composites were applied for the electrocatalytic hydrazine oxidation reaction(HzOR),in which the Co_(4)n/Mo_(16)n_(7)arrays shows the best performance with a geometric current density of 100 mA cm^(-2)at 23 mV(*** hydrogen electrode(RHE)).This work paves a new way for the ultrafast synthesis of TMns which could meet the ever-increased energy crisis.

We proposed an efficient scheme for implementing the large-scale one-way Quantum computing(QC)with a novel hybrid solid-state quantum system. This system consists of n nitrogen-vacancy(n-V) centers coupled to n separate Transmission line resonators(TLRs), which are interconnected by a Current-biased josephson j.nction(CBjj) superconducting phase qubit. We showed the way of preparation of n-qubit linear cluster state with n n-V centers, then we demonstrated the way of extending cluster state by connecting two pieces of linear cluster states into two-dimensional cluster state, last, with our designed new structures, we demonstrated the QC basic *** means that our scheme may open up promising possibilities for implementing the practical and scalable one-way quantum computers with the hybrid solid-state quantum system. We discussed the experimental feasibility of our system.

Biodegradable magnesium(Mg) and its alloy show huge potential as temporary bone substitute due to the favorable biocompatibility and mechanical compatibility. However, one issue deserves attention is the too fast degradation. In this work, mesoporous bioglass(MBG)with high pore volume(0.59 cc/g) and huge specific surface area(110.78 m^(2)/g) was synthesized using improved sol-gel method, and introduced into Mg-based composite via laser additive manufacturing. Immersion tests showed that the incorporated MBG served as powerful adsorption sites, which promoted the in-situ deposition of apatite by successively adsorbing Ca2+and HPO42-. Such dense apatite film acted as an efficient protection layer and enhanced the corrosion resistance of Mg matrix, which was proved by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements. Thereby, Mg based composite showed a significantly decreased degradation rate of 0.31 mm/year. Furthermore,MBG also improved the mechanical properties as well as cell behavior. This work highlighted the advantages of MBG in the fabrication of Mg-based implant with enhanced overall performance for orthopedic application.

Use of the longitudinal critical velocity in tunnel fires may destroy the stratification of smoke downstream,which is not conducive to the evacuation of downstream tunnel *** the longitudinal velocity can maintain stratification,but the appropriate longitudinal velocity range is *** of smoke under the longitudinal velocity is studied using Fire Dynamics Simulator(FDS).The aims of this paper are to explore the relationship between the longitudinal velocity and smoke stratification and to obtain a proper velocity range that can maintain clear downstream *** on newman's theory,the"stratification velocity"is proposed,which is the maximum velocity that maintains downstream smoke stratification.A good correspondence between the average Froude number within 200 m downstream and the longitudinal velocity and heat release rate(HRR)is *** correlation between the temperature stratification and Froude number is ***=0.49 can be used to distinguish whether the stratification is *** relationship between the critical velocity and the stratification velocity is also discussed.

Impact of dissolved organic matter on the photolysis of the ionizable antibiotic norfloxacin

norfloxacin（nOR）, an ionizable antibiotic frequently used in the aquaculture industry, has aroused public concern due to its persistence, bacterial resistance, and environmental ***, we investigated the photolysis of different species of nOR and the impact of a ubiquitous component of natural water — dissolved organic matter（DOM）, which has a special photochemical activity and normally acts as a sensitizer or inhibiter in the photolysis of diverse organics; furthermore, scavenging experiments combined with electron paramagnetic resonance（EPR） were performed to evaluate the transformation of nOR in water. The results demonstated that nOR underwent direct photolysis and self-sensitized photolysis via hydroxyl radical（U OH） and singlet oxygen（1O2） based on the scavenging experiments. In addition, DOM was found to influence the photolysis of different nOR species, and its impact was related to the concentration of DOM and type of nOR species. Photolysis of cationic nOR was photosensitized by DOM at low concentration, while zwitterionic and anionic nOR were photoinhibited by DOM, where quenching of U OH predominated according to EPR experiments, accompanied by possible participation of excited triplet-state nOR and1O2. Photo-intermediate identification of different nOR species in solutions with/without DOM indicated that nOR underwent different photodegradation pathways including dechlorination, cleavage of the piperazine side chain and photooxidation, and DOM had little impact on the distribution but influenced the concentration evolution of photolysis intermediates. The results implied that for accurate ecological risk assessment of emerging ionizable pollutants, the impact of DOM on the environmental photochemical behavior of all dissociated species should not be ignored.
