Pre-Cryogenian integrative stratigraphy,biotas,and paleogeographical evolution of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas

The composition and geological evolution of pre-Cryogenian material in the Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding areas have played an important role in studying the formation and evolution of early supercontinents on *** paper systematically summarizes the characteristics of pre-Cryogenian sedimentation,paleontology,magmatism,and metamorphism in the Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding *** on existing data,the records of pre-Cryogenian sedimentation and paleontology are mainly concentrated in the Meso-Neoproterozoic,with relatively few records from the Paleoproterozoic or *** oldest geological record is the Hadean detrital zircons in the metamorphosed sedimentary rocks of the Himalaya and Qamdo areas(ca.4.0 Ga).The Tibetan Plateau and surrounding areas preserve records related to the formation and evolution of the Kenor supercraton,and the Columbia,Rodinia,and Gondwana ***-Cryogenian basements can be divided into three types:Tarim-,Yangtze-,and *** Tarim-type basement has a paleogeographic affinity with the northern margins of the Australian and Indian continents and lacks detrital zircon age peaks and magmatic-metamorphic records related to the Rodinia assembly(ca.1.3-0.9 Ga).The Yangtze-type basement records volcanic activity related to global cooling in the latest pre-Cryogenian period and contains Meso-Neoproterozoic stromatolite and micropaleoflora fossils,as well as magmaticmetamorphic records related to Rodinia assembly(ca.1.1-1.0 Ga).The Lhasa-type basement is characterized by Neoproterozoic rift-related sediment records(ca.900 Ma)and high-pressure metamorphic events(ca.650 Ma),with a prominent peak of detrital zircon ages of ca.1.2-1.1 *** is likely to have a paleogeographic affinity with the African continent.

Development of metal-organic framework(MOF)films is of great importance to expand their ***,we report a facile and universal method of liquid-phase epitaxial(LPE)layer by layer(LBL)brushing approach for fabricating MOF films on various substrates in a high-throughput *** MOF films preparation method offers a great prospective to cost-effectively construct films with short preparation time and little reagent ***,this LBL brushing approach has been implemented successfully to assemble various MOF films,including HKUST-1,zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8),Cu(bdc),and Cu_(2)(L)_(2)P(L=bdc,ndc,and cam;P=dabco and bipy).Afterwards,the classic MOF HKUST-1 and ZIF-8 films were grown on sensor chip electrode and porous fiber support for good volatile organic compounds(VOCs)selective sensing and water purification *** study demonstrates that this LBL brushing preparation method can be employed to synthesize various MOF films with a variety of characteristics to realize their sensing and separation applications.

Strong Antiferromagnetic Exchange-Coupling Observed in Hydride-Bridged Dimeric Dysprosium(Ⅲ)Single-Molecule Magnet

One dihydride-bridged dimeric Dy(Ⅲ)guanidinate complex,formulated as[{(Me_(3)Si)_(2)NC(NiPr)_(2)}_(2)Dy(μ-H)]_(2)(1Dy),was successfully isolated and the introduction of hydride bridges significantly reduces the intramolecular Dy(Ⅲ)…Dy(Ⅲ)distance to only 3.688(1)Å.To investigate the effect of such a short Dy(Ⅲ)…Dy(Ⅲ)distance on magnetism,we also prepared its dibromide-bridged analogue[{(Me_(3)Si)_(2)NC(NiPr)_(2)}_(2)Dy(μ-Br)]_(2)(2Dy),which has a much longer Dy(Ⅲ)…Dy(Ⅲ)distance of 4.605(4)Å.Surprisingly,2Dy demonstrates much larger effective energy barrier for magnetization reversal(U_(eff))and higher blocking temperature(T_(B)).The worse performance of 1Dy is attributed to the concerted effect of strong antiferromagnetic interactions between Dy(Ⅲ)ions(j_(total)=–2.683 cm^(–1))and the unparallel arrangement of magnetic principle axes of the Dy(Ⅲ)ions for 1Dy.

利用量子信道和经典信道相结合的方法,采用部分脱体传输设计了连续变量1→2量子克隆方案,在此基础上研究了克隆保真度与EPR导引之间的关系。研究结果表明:双向量子导引态是实现相干态安全量子克隆的必要资源。对于克隆输出模Clone 1,取最优增益时克隆保真度超过不可克隆阈值的实现需要共享纠缠源的双向导引,但并不是所有双向导引的资源都能使克隆的保真度大于2/3。在输出模Clone 1的最优增益下,观察了输出模Clone 1和输出模Clone 2的保真度随分束器反射率和压缩参数的变化,发现使用纠缠度较小但可导引的资源可以实现较高的克隆保真度,且克隆过程中也不需要较高的反射率。此研究结果对安全量子通信网络的构建具有一定的参考意义。

Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T-cell therapy has demonstrated clinical response in treating both hematologic malignancies and solid *** instances of rapid tumor remissions have been observed in animal models and clinical trials,tumor relapses occur with multiple therapeutic resistance ***,while the mechanisms underlying the long-term therapeutic resistance are well-known,short-term adaptation remains less ***,more views shed light on short-term adaptation and hold that it provides an opportunity window for long-term *** this study,we explore a previously unreported mechanism in which tumor cells employ trogocytosis to acquire CAR molecules from CAR-T cells,a reversal of previously documented *** mechanism results in the depletion of CAR molecules and subsequent CAR-T cell dysfunction,also leading to short-term antigen loss and antigen *** type of intercellular communication is independent of CAR downstream signaling,CAR-T cell condition,target antigen,and tumor cell ***,it is mainly dependent on antigen density and CAR sensitivity,and is associated with tumor cell cholesterol *** mitigation of this trogocytosis-induced CAR molecule transfer can be achieved by adaptively administering CAR-T cells with antigen density-individualized CAR ***,our study reveals a dynamic process of CAR molecule transfer and refining the framework of clinical CAR-T therapy for solid tumors.

Epidemiology and genetic characterization of tet(X4)-positive Klebsiella pneumoniae and Klebsiella quasipneumoniae isolated from raw meat in Chengdu City, China

The rapid spread of mobile tigecycline resistance presents a significant public health threat,particularly with the increasing prevalence of tet(X4)-positive Enterobacterales across various *** study aimed to inves-tigate the epidemic features and transmission dynamics of tet(X4)-positive Klebsiella pneumoniae(***-niae)through the analysis of 206 raw meats,including pork(n=182),beef(n=16),duck(n=5),and chicken(n=3).These samples were collected from schools,markets,and restaurants in Chengdu City,China.A total of 25 isolates were obtained from 13 administrative *** isolates exhibited resistance to tetracycline,tigecycline,ampicillin,chloramphenicol,and *** half of the isolates also demon-strated resistance to streptomycin(80%),sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim(72%),ciprofloxacin(64%),and ampicillin/sulbactam(56%).Among these strains,14 distinct sequence types(STs)were identified,revealing evidence of inter-regional clonal spread,notably among 9 *** *** analysis revealed the presence of two *** ST5 closely resembling hypervirulent *** from ***,12 isolates were capable of transferring tigecycline resistance to Escherichia coli *** plasmid analysis showed that the tet(X4)-harboring plasmids in *** could be classified into four types,primarily belonging to the IncFIA(HI1)/HI1A/HI1B hybrid plasmid(n=16)and IncFII plasmid(n=7),which significantly contributed to the cross-species dissemination of tet(X4).In summary,this study highlights the prevalence of MDR tet(X4)-positive *** in Chengdu,driven predominantly by clonal expansion and plasmid-mediated horizontal gene *** findings emphasize the importance of contin-uous surveillance of tet(X4)-positive *** in raw meat and the implementation of effective measures to control their spread.

Design and Application of an S-band Fast Radio Bursts Search Pipeline for the Nanshan 26 m Radio Telescope

Fast radio bursts(FRBs) are among the most studied radio transients in astrophysics, but their origin and radiation mechanism are still unknown. It is a challenge to search for FRB events in a huge amount of observational data with high speed and high accuracy. With the rapid advancement of the FRB research process, FRB searching has changed from archive data mining to either long-term monitoring of the repeating FRBs or all-sky surveys with specialized equipments. Therefore, establishing a highly efficient and high quality FRB search pipeline is the primary task in FRB research. Deep learning techniques provide new ideas for FRB search processing. We have detected radio bursts from FRB 20201124A in the L-band observational data of the Nanshan 26 m radio telescope(NSRT-26m) using the constructed deep learning based search pipeline named dispersed dynamic spectra search(DDSS). Afterwards, we further retrained the deep learning model and applied the DDSS framework to S-band observations. In this paper, we present the FRB observation system and search pipeline using the S-band *** carried out search experiments, and successfully detected the radio bursts from the magnetar SGR j1935+2145and FRB 20220912A. The experimental results show that the search pipeline can complete the search efficiently and output the search results with high accuracy.

Immunosuppressive microenvironments present critical problems in clinical *** regulate the tumor immune microenvironment for enhancing antitumor effect,a combination of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)with chemotherapeutics has been applied *** this study,miriplatin(MiPt),the lipidic derivative of 5-fluorouracil(Fu-OA),as well as the programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)target si RNA(siPD-L1)were integrated into Lip-Pt/Fu@siPD-L1 nanoparticles(NPs)for *** vitro results showed that Lip-Pt/Fu@siPD-L1 NPs could exhibit effective siRNA gene silencing and promote the phagocytosis of tumor cells by ***,in vivo results revealed that LipPt/Fu@siPD-L1 NPs showed significantly higher anti-tumor efficiency than that of the physical mixing of Mi Pt,5-fluorouracil,and Lip@siPD-L1 NPs(delivery of siPD-L1 by liposomes).The best anti-tumor efficiency of Lip-Pt/Fu@siPD-L1 NPs resulted from the synergistic immunotherapeutic effects of Mi Pt and siPD-L1 based on the inhibition of CD47 expression and the downregulation of PD-L1 in tumor cells,which elicited a robust anti-tumor immune response through the activation of macrophage phagocytosis and immune checkpoint *** Lip-Pt/Fu@siPD-L1 NPs provide a potential strategy for tumor chemo-immunotherapy.

北京地区3次对流下山增强过程的云参数特征

利用FY-4A资料,识别北京地区3次对流下山加强过程(2021年7月1日、2022年6月12日和2022年8月4日)的中尺度对流系统(mesoscale convective system,MCS),结合京津冀自动气象站降水资料、中国气象局北京快速更新循环数值预报系统(CMA-Bj)产品分析MCS云特征以指示MCS的形成、成熟阶段和演变特征。结果表明:形成阶段MCS面积增长缓慢,红外亮温梯度大,亮温值快速下降,最低值小于-65℃;成熟阶段MCS面积迅速增大,面积最大时地面短时强降水站数最多,但变温区面积、降温幅度和亮温梯度均小于形成阶段。水汽与红外亮温差(简称亮温差)可表示对流云发展强度,亮温差随时间变化呈缓慢波动增长-快速增长-稳定维持的特征,指示MCS不同发展阶段。MCS形成阶段后期,云顶高度升高,红外亮温和水汽亮温下降,亮温差接近于0℃;MCS成熟阶段,云顶高度、红外亮温和水汽亮温均达到极值,高空出流明显,云团面积增至最大。以上特征可揭示北京地区对流下山过程中MCS的发展阶段,为判断MCS强度变化和地面强降雨、大风落区提供参考。

为探究菜籽饼超微粉直接酶解制备抗氧化肽技术,该研究以菜籽饼超微粉为原料,利用碱性蛋白酶、风味蛋白酶对其进行酶解,通过测定2,2’-联氮双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)(ABTS)自由基清除能力、1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基清除能力和总抗氧化能力表征酶解产物体抗氧化活性,使用膜分离、Sephadex G-15凝胶层析对酶解产物进行分离纯化,利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术分析鉴定抗氧化活性组分的氨基酸序列。结果表明,风味蛋白酶酶解产物的肽含量较高,并以分子量小于1 kDa肽段为主,碱性蛋白酶解产物以5~10 kDa肽段为主,但同等浓度下(1 mg/mL)的碱性蛋白酶酶解产物抗氧化活性较高;膜分离后,同种酶解产物中低分子量(j3经氨基酸序列鉴定,结合PeptideRanker生物活性预测筛选得到5个肽段,肽段的N-端均为苯丙氨酸且肽段中疏水性氨基酸的含量占比达50%以上。该结果可为深入开发菜籽饼蛋白资源提供理论参考。
