This paper examines the performance of Full-Duplex Cooperative Rate Splitting(FD-CRS)with Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transfer(SWIPT)support in Multiple Input Single Output(MISO)*** a Rate Splitting Multiple Access(RSMA)multicast system with two local users and one remote user,the common data stream contains the needs of all users,and all users can decode the common data ***,each user can receive some information that other users need,and local users with better channel conditions can use this information to further enhance the reception reliability and data rate of users with poor channel *** using Cell-Center-Users(CCUs)as a cooperative relay to assist the transmission of common data can improve the average system *** maximize the minimum achievable rate,we optimize the beamforming vector of Base Station(BS),the common streamsplitting vector,the cooperative distributed beamvector and the strong user transmission power under the power budget constraints of BS and relay devices and the service quality requirements constraints of *** the whole problem is not convex,we cannot solve it ***,we propose a low complexity algorithm based on Successive Convex Approximation(SCA)technology to find the optimal solution to the problemunder *** simulation results show that FD C-RSMA has better gain andmore powerful than FD C-NOMA,HD C-RSMA,RSMA and NOMA.

Proteins secreted by Gram-negative bacteria are tightly linked to the virulence and adaptability of these microbes to environmental *** identification of such secreted proteins can facilitate the investigations of infections and diseases caused by these bacterial ***,current bioinformatic methods for predicting bacterial secreted substrate proteins have limited computational efficiency and application scope on a genome-wide ***,we propose a novel deep-learning-based framework—DeepSecE—for the simultaneous inference of multiple distinct groups of secreted proteins produced by Gram-negative *** remarkably improves their classification from nonsecreted proteins using a pretrained protein language model and transformer,achieving a macro-average accuracy of 0.883 on 5-fold *** benchmarking suggests that DeepSecE achieves competitive performance with the state-of-the-art binary predictors specialized for individual types of secreted *** attention mechanism corroborates salient patterns and motifs at the N or C termini of the protein *** this pipeline,we further investigate the genome-wide prediction of novel secreted proteins and their taxonomic distribution across~1,000 Gram-negative bacterial *** present analysis demonstrates that DeepSecE has major potential for the discovery of disease-associated secreted proteins in a diverse range of Gram-negative *** online web server of DeepSecE is also publicly available to predict and explore various secreted substrate proteins via the input of bacterial genome sequences.

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)as a non-invasive anticancer modality has received increasing attention due to its advantages of noninvasiveness,high temporospatial selectivity,simple and controllable operation,*** mainly relies on the generation of toxic reactive oxygen species(ROS)by photosensitizers(PSs)under the light irradiation to cause cancer cell apoptosis and ***,solid tumors usually exhibit an inherent hypoxic microenvironment,which greatly limits the PDT efficacy of these high oxygen-dependent conventional type II ***,it is of great importance to design and develop efficient type I PSs that are less oxygen-dependent for the treatment of hypoxic ***,a new strategy for the preparation of efficient type I PSs by introducing the photoinduced electron transfer(PET)mechanism is ***-NO_(2) is obtained by introducing 4-nitrobenzyl to(Z)-2-(5-(4-(diethylamino)-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-4-oxo-3-phenylthiazolidin-2-ylidene)malononitrile(DR-OH)with aggregation-induced emission(AIE)*** AIE feature ensures their high ROS generation efficiency in aggregate,and the PET process leads to fluorescence quenching of DR-NO_(2) to promote triplet state formation,which also promotes intramolecular charge separation and electron transfer that is conducive for type I ROS particularly superoxide radicals *** addition,DR-NO_(2) nanoparticles are prepared by nanoprecipitation to possess nanoscaled sizes,high cancer cell uptake,and excellent type I ROS generation ability,which results in an excellent performance in PDT ablation of MCF-7 cancer *** PET strategy for the development of type I PSs possesses great potential for PDT applications against hypoxic tumors.

The inherent catalytic anisotropy of two-dimensional(2D) materials has limited the enhancement of LiO_(2) batteries(LOBs) performance due to the significantly different adsorption energies on 2D and edge *** the adsorption strength in 2D materials to the reaction intermediates is essential for achieving high-performance ***,a MnS/MoS_(2) heterostructure is designed as a cathode catalyst by adjusting the adsorption behavior at the *** from the toroidal-like discharge products on the MoS_(2) cathode,the MnS/MoS_(2) surface displays an improved adsorption energy to reaction species,thereby promoting the growth of the film-like discharge *** can disturb the layer growth of MoS_(2),in which the stack edge plane features a strong interaction with the intermediates and limits the growth of the discharge *** and theoretical results confirm that the MnS/MoS_(2) heterostructure possesses improved electron transfer kinetics at the interface and plays an important role in the adsorption process for reaction species,which finally affects the morphology of Li_2O_(2),In consequence,the MnS/MoS_(2) heterostructure exhibits a high specific capacity of 11696.0 mA h g^(-1) and good cycle stability over 1800 h with a fixed specific capacity of 600 mA h g^(-1) at current density of100 mA g^(-1) This work provides a novel interfacial engineering strategy to enhance the performance of LOBs by tuning the adsorption properties of 2D materials.

Photoisomerization-induced phase change are important for co-harvesting the latent heat and isomerization energy of azobenzene *** optimizing heat output and energy delivery at alternating temperatures are challenging because of the differences in crystallizability and *** article reports two series of asymmetrically alkyl-grafted azobenzene(Azo-g),with and without a methyl group,that have an optically triggered phase *** exothermic modes were designed to utilize crystallization enthalpy(△H_(c))and photothermal(isomerization)energy(△H_(p))at different temperatures determined by the ***-g has high heat output(275-303 j g^(-1))by synchronously releasing△H_(c)and△H_(p)over a wide temperature range(-79℃to 25℃).We fabricated a new distributed energy utilization and delivery system to realize a temperature increase of 6.6℃at a temperature of-8℃.The findings offer insight into selective utilization of latent heat and isomerization energy by molecular optimization of crystallization and isomerization processes.

Spatial transcriptomics is an organizational study done on tissue sections that preserves the spatial information of the sample. Spatial transcriptomics aims to combine spatial information with gene expression data to quantify the mRNA expression of a large number of genes in the spatial context of tissues and cells. As a paradigm shift in biological research, spatial transcriptomics can provide both spatial location information and transcriptome-level cellular gene expression data, elucidating the interactions between cells and the microenvironment. From the understanding of the entire functional life cycle of RNA to the characterization of molecular mechanisms to the mapping of gene expression in various tissue regions, by choosing the appropriate spatial transcriptome technology, researchers can achieve a deeper exploration of biological developmental processes, disease pathogenesis, etc. In recent years, the field of spatial transcriptomics has ushered in several challenges along with its rapid development, such as the dependence on sample types, the resolution of visualized genes, the difficulty of commercialization, and the ability to obtain detailed single-cell information. In this paper, we summarize and review the four major categories of spatial transcriptome technologies and compare and analyze the technical advantages and major challenges of multiple research strategies to assist current experimental design and research analysis. Finally, the importance of spatial transcriptomics in the integration of multi-omics nalysis and disease modeling as well as the future development prospects are summarized and outlined. © 2024, Department of Chemistry, Northeast Normal University. Selective leaching of lithium from spent lithium-ion batteries using sulfuric acid and oxalic acid

Traditional hydrometallurgical methods for recovering spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)involve acid leaching to simultaneously extract all valuable metals into the *** methods usually are followed by a series of separation steps such as precipitation,extraction,and stripping to separate the individual valuable *** this study,we present a process for selectively leaching lithium through the synergistic effect of sulfuric and oxalic *** optimal leaching conditions(leaching time of 1.5 h,leaching temperature of 70°C,liquid-solid ratio of 4 mL/g,oxalic acid ratio of 1.3,and sulfuric acid ratio of 1.3),the lithium leaching efficiency reached89.6%,and the leaching efficiencies of Ni,Co,and Mn were 12.8%,6.5%,and 21.7%.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)analyses showed that most of the Ni,Co,and Mn in the raw material remained as solid residue oxides and *** study offers a new approach to enriching the relevant theory for selectively recovering lithium from spent LIBs.

Individuals may gather information about environmental conditions when deciding where to breed in order to maximize their lifetime *** can obtain social information by observing conspecifics and heterospecifics with similar ecological *** studies have shown that birds can rely on social information to select their nest *** location of active nests and the reproductive success of conspecifics and heterospecifics can provide accurate predictions about the quality of the breeding *** short-lived species can facultatively reproduce two and/or more times within a breeding ***,few studies have focused on how multiplebrooding individuals select nest sites for their second breeding *** this study,we use long-term data to test whether the japanese Tit(Parus minor)can use social information from conspecifics and/or heterospecifics(the Eurasian Nuthatch Sitta europaea,the Daurian Redstart Phoenicurus auroreus and the Yellow-rumped Flycatcher Ficedula zanthopygia)to select a nest site for the second breeding *** results showed that the nest boxes occupied by tits on their second breeding attempt tended to be surrounded by more breeding conspecific nests,successful first nests of conspecifics,and fewer failed first nests of conspecifics than the nest boxes that remained unoccupied(the control group).However,the numbers of breeding heterospecific nests,successful heterospecific nests,and failed heterospecific nests did not differ between the nest boxes occupied by tits on their second breeding attempt and the unoccupied nest ***,the tits with local successful breeding experience tended to choose areas with more successful first nests of conspecifics than those without successful breeding ***,we suggest that conspecifics'but not heterospecifics'social information within the same breeding season is the major factor influencing the nest site selection of japanese Tits during second breeding attempts.
