This study proposes an approach of leveraging inform.tion gathered from.m.ltiple traffic data sources at different resolutions to obtain approxim.te inference on the traffic distribution of Chicago's O'Hare Airport ***,it proposes the ingestion of traffic datasets at different resolutions to build spatiotem.oral m.dels for predicting the distribution of traffic volum. on the road *** to its good adaptability and flexibility for spatiotem.oral data,the Gaussian process(GP)regression was em.loyed to provide short-term.forecasts using data collected by loop detectors(sensors)and supplem.nted by telem.tics *** GP regression is used to m.ke predictions of the distribution of the proportion of sensor data traffic volum. represented by the telem.tics data for each location of the ***,the fitted GP m.del can be used to determ.ne the approxim.te traffic distribution for a testing location outside of the training *** in the transportation sector can find the results of this work helpful for m.king inform.d decisions relating to current and future transportation conditions in the area.

This experim.nt was conducted to determ.ne the effects of tim. and freezing tem.erature during sam.ling on gastric phytate(m.o-inositol [m.O] hexakisphosphate [InsP6]), lower inositol phosphates(InsP2-5) and m.O concentrations in pigs fed diets containing different levels of phytase. Forty pigs were fed 1 of 4 wheat-barley diets on an ad libitum.basis for 28 d. The diets com.rised a nutritionally adequate positive control(PC), a sim.lar diet but with Ca and P reduced by 1.6 and 1.24 g/kg, respectively(NC), and the NC supplem.nted with 500(NC + 500) or 2,000(NC + 2000) FTU phytase/kg. At the end of the experim.nt, chym. were collected from.the stom.ch, thoroughly m.xed and 2 subsam.les(30 m.) were frozen im.ediately: one snap-frozen at-79 ℃ and the other at-20 0 C. The rem.ining chym. were left to sit at room.tem.erature(20 ℃) and further subsam.les were collected and frozen as above at 5,10 and15 m.n from.the point of m.xing. There were linear reductions in gastric InsP6 concentration over tim. during sam.ling(P m.erature. m.reover, InsP6 concentration was influenced by a diet × freezing tem.erature interaction(P m.asured in chym. frozen at-20 ℃ than at-79 ℃;however,this difference was greater in the control diets than the phytase supplem.nted diets. Freezing chym. at-79 ℃ recovered m.re ∑InsP2-5 + m.O than freezing at-20 ℃ in pigs fed phytase supplem.nted diets;however, this difference was not apparent in the diets without phytase(diet × freezing tem.erature, P m. of pigs during sam.ling and processing, irrespective of supplem.ntary phytase activity. Therefore, to m.nim.se post-slaughter phytate degradation and changes in the gastric inositol phosphate profile, chym. should be snap-frozen im.ediately after collection.

This study focuses on a quantitative analysis of dislocation accum.lation after cold plastic deform.tion and m.chanical properties of Fe Ni Co Cr m. and Ti Nb Hf Ta Zr high entropy alloys(HEAs) which are single phase fcc and bcc solid solutions, respectively. In order to study the role of com.ositional com.lexity from.unary to quinary com.ositions on dislocation accum.lation and m.chanical properties after plastic deform.tion, the single solid solution phase form.ng sub-alloys of the two HEAs were investigated. All studied sam.les revealed a large plastic deform.bility under cold-rotary swaging process by 85–90% area reduction without interm.diate annealing. The dislocation density of all studied sam.les, determ.ned by William.on-Hall m.thod on synchrotron X-ray diffraction patterns, were between 1014-1015m.2dependent on the alloy com.osition. The level of dislocation density after plastic deform.tion is not only affected by the num.er of constituent elem.nt but the lattice distortion and intrinsic properties in term. of stacking fault energy, m.dulus m.sfit, and m.lting point also im.act the dislocation storage. The level of dislocation density determ.nes the level of m.chanical properties because of a resistance to dislocation m.tions. The hardness and yield com.ressive strength of the studied sam.les are proportional to the level of dislocation density.

In 220 consecutive patients with non-obstructive azoosperm.a, sperm.retrieval was attem.ted by a com.ination of conventional and m.crodissection testicular sperm.extraction （TESE）. For sperm.retrieval, 2-3 conventional biopsies were perform.d followed by a m.crodissection TESE in cases of negative conventional biopsies. During the surgery, the vasculature of the testis was assessed using the operative m.croscope, and the location of positive biopsies was registered in relation to the blood supply. The overall sperm.retrieval rate was 58.2%. From.the initial conventional biopsies, sperm.could be retrieved in 46.8% of the patients. With m.crodissection TESE, sperm.could be retrieved from.an additional 11.4% of the patients. The further use of m.crodissection TESE im.roved the sperm.retrieval rate significantly （P=0.017）. No significant accum.lation of positive biopsies was found towards the rete testis or the m.in testicular vessels.

Aim. The aim.of our research was to understand sm.ll-scale effects of topography and soil fertility on tree growth in a forest biodiversity and ecosystem.functioning(BEF)experim.nt in subtropical SE *** Geom.rphom.tric terrain analyses were carried out at a spatial resolution of 5×5 *** sam.les of different depth increm.nts and data on tree height were collected from.a total of 566 plots(667 m. each).The soils were analyzed for carbon(soil organic carbon[SOC]),nitrogen,acidity,cation exchange capacity(CEC),exchangeable cations and base saturation as soil fertility *** plots were classified into geom.rphological *** of variance and linear regressions were applied to all terrain,soil fertility and tree growth *** Findings In general,young and shallow soils and relatively sm.ll differences in stable soil properties suggest that soil erosion has truncated the soils to a large extent over the whole area of the *** explains the concurrently increasing CEC and SOC stocks downslope,in hollows and in ***,colluvial,carbon-rich sedim.nts are m.ssing widely due to the convexity of the footslopes caused by uplift and rem.val of eroded sedim.nts by adjacent *** results showed that soil fertility is m.inly influenced by ***-Carlo flow accum.lation(m.CA),curvature,slope and aspect significantly affected soil ***,soil fertility was affected by the different geom.rphological positions on the experim.ntal sites with ridge and spur positions showing lower exchangeable base cation contents,especially potassium.K),due to *** geom.rphological effect of soil fertility is m.st pronounced in the topsoil and decreases when considering the subsoil down to 50 cm.*** soil fertility attributes affect tree height after 1-2 years of growth,am.ng which C stocks proved to be m.st im.ortant while pH_(KCl)and CEC only played m.nor ***,soil acidity and a hig

目的:分析载脂蛋白E基因多态性、血脂水平与高脂血症的关系。方法:选择2005-06/2006-03武汉大学中南医院收治的高脂血症患者165例为高脂血症组,另外108例健康体检者为健康对照组。所有受试者均采集空腹静脉血,应用等位基因特异性多重聚合酶链反应技术进行载脂蛋白E基因多态性分析,同时测定所有样本血清中总胆固醇,三酰甘油,载脂蛋白AI,载脂蛋白B,高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,脂蛋白α和载脂蛋白E水平,并比较不同载脂蛋白E基因型和等位基因受试者血脂水平的差异。结果:273例受试者全部完成测试进入结果分析。①共检出载脂蛋白E的4种基因型,以E3/3频率最高。高脂血症组ApoEE3/3基因型频率明显低于健康对照组(66.1%,75.0%,PE3/3>E3/4。结论:载脂蛋白Eε4等位基因与高脂血症有关,载脂蛋白E基因多态性可能是高脂血症患者的遗传因素。
