This paper studied the relationship between Antiphospholipid syndrome(APS) and placenta *** 180 cases of pregnant women with APS and compared them with other 300 normal pregnant women(chosen randomly) during the period from August 2007 to March *** samples were taken to assess the rate of placenta previa for the pregnant women with and without *** pregnant results were compared between the group of women with placenta previa intercurrent APS and the group of women only with placenta *** found the rate of placenta previa in APS pregnant women were significantly higher than that in normal pregnant *** premature labor and flooding in APS pregnant women were also significantly higher than in normal *** should diagnose and treat as early as possible the APS to improve the results of pregnancy.

Cd1-xZnxSe films with different zinc contents are deposited by an electron beam evaporation technique onto glass substrates for applications in solid-state photovoltalc devices. The structural, optical and photoelectrochemical （PEC） properties of Cd1-xZnxSe films are studied. The host material Cd1-xZnxSe is prepared by the physical vapor deposition method of electron beam evaporation technique （PVD： EBE） under a pressure of 1 × 10^-5 mbar. The x-ray diffractogram indicates that these alloy films are polycrystalline in nature, hexagonal structure with strong preferential orientation of the crystallites along （002） direction. The optical properties shows that the band gap Eg varies from 2.08 to 2.84eV as zinc content varies from 0.2 to 0.8. A PEC cell of the configuration n-Cd1-xZnxSe/Na2S-S-NaOH is fabricated and the dynamic current-voltage characteristics in the dark atmosphere have been examined at room temperature. It has been found that both Voc and Iac decrease with the photoelectrode composition x. Efficiency η and fill factor （ff） also show similar variations. The material properties would be altered and excellently controlled by controlling the system composition x.

Characterization of multi-GNSS between-receiver differential code biases using zero and short baselines

Care should be taken to minimize adverse impact of receiver differential code biases(DCBs) on global navigation satellite system(GNSS)-derived ionospheric parameters. It is therefore of importance to ascertain the intrinsic characteristics of receiver DCBs,preferably in the context of new-generation GNSS. In this contribution, we present a method that enables time-wise retrieval of between-receiver DCBs(BR-DCBs) from dualfrequency, code-only measurements collected by a pair of co-located receivers. This method is applicable to the US GPS as well as to a new set of GNSS constellations including the Chinese Bei Dou, the European Galileo and the japanese QZSS. with the use of this method, we determine the multi-GNSS BR-DCB time-wise estimates covering a time period of up to 2 years(january 2013–March 2015) with a 30-s time resolution for five receiverpairs(four zero and one short baselines). For the BR-DCB time-wise estimates pertaining to an arbitrary receiver-pair and constellation, we demonstrate their promising intraday stability by means of statistical hypothesis testing. we also find that the Bei Dou BR-DCB daily weighted average(DwA) estimates show a dependence on satellite type, in particular for receiver-pairs of mixed types. Finally, we demonstrate that long-term variability in BR-DCB DwA estimates can be closely associated with hardware temperature variations inside the receivers.

A process has been developed recently to fabricate a structure com- prising,from top to bottom,a SiGe thin film,a glass layer,and a Si *** SiGe film is a perfect crystal,and is under biaxial *** SiGe film is patterned into *** annealing,the glass flows and the islands *** resulting strain-free islands are used as substrates,to grow epitaxial optoelectronic *** article describes a series of studies on the annealing process,combining experiment and theory.A small island relaxes by expansion,starting at the edges and diffusing to the center.A large island wrinkles before the expansion reaches the *** some time,the wrinkles either disappear,or cause the island to fracture. we model the island as an elastic plate,and the glass layer as a viscous *** strains in the islands are measured by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy,and the wrinkle amplitudes by atomic force *** data are compared with the theoretical *** determine the conditions under which the islands relax by expansion without significant wrinkling,and demonstrate that a cap layer suppresses wrinkles,relaxing a large island crack-free.
