Detecting changes in surface air temperature in mid-and low-altitude mountainous regions is essential for a comprehensive understanding of warming trend with *** use daily surface air temperature data from 64 meteorological stations in Wuyi Mountains and its adjacent regions to analyze the spatio-temporal patterns of temperature *** results show that Wuyi Mountains have experienced significant warming from 1961 to *** warming trend of the mean temperature is 0.20℃/decade,the maximum temperature is 0.17℃/decade,and the minimum temperature is 0.26℃/*** 1961-1990,more than 63%of the stations showed a decreasing trend in annual mean temperature,mainly because the maximum temperature decreased during this ***,in 1971-2000,1981-2010 and 1991-2018,the maximum,minimum and mean temperatures *** fastest increasing trend of mean temperature occurred in the southeastern coastal plains,the quickest increasing trend of maximum temperature occurred in the northwestern mountainous region,and the increase of minimum temperature occurred faster in the southeastern coastal and northwestern mountainous regions than that in the central ***,this study suggests that elevation does not affect warming in the Wuyi *** results are beneficial for understanding climate change in humid subtropical middle and low mountains.

In recent years,significant progress has been made in both three-dimensional(3D)printing technologies and the exploration of silk as an ink to produce biocompatible *** with the unlimited design potential of 3D printing,silk can be processed into a broad range of functional materials and devices for various biomedical *** ability of silk to be processed into various materials,including solutions,hydrogels,particles,microspheres,and fibers,makes it an excellent candidate for adaptation to different 3D printing *** review presents a didactic overview of the 3D printing of silk-based materials,major categories of printing techniques,and their prototyping mechanisms and structural *** addition,we provide a roadmap for researchers aiming to incorporate silk printing into their own work by summarizing promising strategies from both technical and material aspects,to relate state-of-the-art silk-based material processing with fast-developing 3D printing ***,our focus is on elucidating the techniques and strategies that advance the development of precise assembly strategies for silk-based *** printing(including high printing resolution,complex structure realization,and printing fidelity)is a prerequisite for the digital design capability of 3D printing technology and would definitely broaden the application era of silk,such as complex biomimetic tissue structures,vasculatures,and transdermal microneedles.

We perform the first lattice QCD study on the radiative decay of the scalar glueball to the vector mesonφin the quenched *** calculations are carried out on three gauge ensembles with different lattice spacings,which enable us to do the continuum *** first revisit the radiative j/ψdecay into the scalar glueball G and obtain the partial decay widthΓ(j/ψ→γG)=0.578(86)keV and the branching fraction Br(j/ψ→γG)=6.2(9)×10^(-3),which are in agreement with the previous lattice *** then extend the similar calculation to the process G→γφand get the partial decay widthΓ(G→γφ)=0.074(47)keV,which implies that the combined branching fraction of j/ψ→γG→γγφis as small as O(10^(-9))such that this process is hardly detected by the BESⅢexperiment even with the large j/ψsample of O(10^(10)).With the vector meson dominance model,the two-photon decay width of the scalar glueball is estimated to beΓ(G→γγ)=0.53(46)e V,which results in a large stickiness S(G)~O(10^(4))of the scalar glueball by assuming the stickiness of f_(2)(1270)to be one.

Next-generation advanced high/pulsed power capacitors urgently require dielectric materials with outstanding energy storage ***_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_(3)-based lead-free materials exhibit high polarization,but the high remanent polarization and large polarization hysteresis limit their applications in dielectric ***,high-entropy perovskite relaxor ferroelectrics(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))(Ti1-x%Zrx%)O_(3)are designed by adding multiple ions in the A-site and replacing the B-site Ti^(4+)with a certain amount of Zr^(4+).The newly designed system showed high relaxor feature and slim polarization-electric(P-E)***,improved relaxor feature and obviously delayed polarization saturation were found with the increasing of Zr^(4+).Of particular importance is that both high recoverable energy storage density of 6.6 j/cm^(3) and energy efficiency of 93.5%were achieved under 550 kV/cm for the ceramics of x=6,accompanying with excellent frequency stability,appreciable thermal stability,and prosperous discharge *** work not only provides potential dielectric materials for energy storage applications,but also offers an effective strategy to obtain dielectric ceramics with ultrahigh comprehensive energy storage performance to meet the demanding requirements of advanced energy storage applications.

Efficient detection of single optical centres in solids is essential for quantum information processing, sensing and single-photon generation *** this work,we use radio-frequency（RF） reflectometry to electrically detect the photoionisation induced by a single Er3+ion in *** high bandwidth and sensitivity of the RF reflectometry provide sub-100-ns time resolution for the photoionisation *** this technique,the optically excited state lifetime of a single Er3+ion in a Si nano-transistor is measured for the first time to be 0.49±0.04μ*** results demonstrate an efficient approach for detecting a charge state change induced by Er excitation and *** approach could be used for fast readout of other single optical centres in solids and is attractive for large-scale integrated optical quantum systems thanks to the multi-channel RF reflectometry demonstrated with frequency multiplexing techniques.

Banxia Xiexin Decoction Alleviated Cerebral Glucose Metabolism Disorder by Regulating Intestinal Microbiota in APP/PS1 Mice

Objective To identify whether Banxia Xiexin Decoction(BXD)alleviates cerebral glucose metabolism disorder by intestinal microbiota regulation in APP/PS1 *** Forty-five 3-month-old male APP/PS1 mice were divided into 3 groups using a random number table(n=15 per group),including a model group(MG),a liraglutide group(LG)and a BXD group(BG).Fifteen 3-month-old male C57BL/6j wild-type mice were used as the control group(CG).Mice in the BG were administered BXD granules by gavage at a dose of 6 g/(kg·d)for 3 months,while mice in the LG were injected intraperitoneally once daily with Liraglutide Injection(25 nmol/kg)for 3 ***,liquid chromatography with tandem-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the active components of BXD granules and the medicated serum of ***,the cognitive deficits,Aβpathological change and synaptic plasticity markers,including synaptophysin(SYP)and postsynaptic density protein 95(PSD95),were measured in APP/PS1 *** glucose uptake was detected by micropositron emission *** microbial constituents were detected by 16S rRNA *** levels of intestinal glucagon-like peptide 1(GLP-1)and cerebral GLP-1 receptor(GLP-1R),as well as the phosphoinositide-3-kinase/protein kinase B/glycogen synthase kinase-3β(PI3K/Akt/GSK3β)insulin signaling pathway were determined by immunohistochemical(IHC)staining and Western blot analysis,*** BXD ameliorated cognitive deficits and Aβpathological features(P<0.01).The expressions of SYP and PSD95 in the BG were higher than those in the MG(P<0.01).Brain glucose uptake in the BG was higher than that in the MG(P<0.01).The intestinal microbial composition in the BG was partially *** levels of intestinal GLP-1 in the BG were higher than those in the MG(P<0.01).Compared with the MG,the expression levels of hippocampal GLP-1R,Akt,PI3K and p-PI3K in the BG were significantly increased(P<0.01),while the levels of GSK3βwere reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion BXD

Although CRISPR/Cas9 has been widely used in insect gene editing,the need for the microinjection of preblastoderm embryos can preclude the technique being used in insect species with eggs that are small,have hard shells,and/or are difficult to collect and maintain outside of their normal *** is the case with Sogatella furcifera,the white-backed planthopper(WBPH),a significant pest of Oryza sativa(rice)that oviposits inside rice *** extraction from the stem runs the risk of mechanical damage and hatching is heavily influenced by the micro-environment of the rice *** bypass these issues,we targeted embryos prior to oviposition via direct parental(DIPA)-CRISPR,in which Cas9 and single-guide RNAs(sgRNAs)for the WBPH eye pigment gene tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase were injected into the hemocoel of adult *** at varying numbers of days posteclosion were evaluated to determine at what stage their oocyte might be most capable of taking up the gene-editing *** evaluation of the offspring indicated that the highest G0 gene-edited efficacy(56.7%)occurred in females injected 2 d posteclosion,and that those mutations were heritably transmitted to the G1 *** study demonstrates the potential utility of DIPA-CRISPR for future gene-editing studies in non-model insect species and can facilitate the development of novel pest management applications.

Parboiled rice supplementation alleviates high-fat diet-induced hyperlipidemia by regulating genes and gut microbiota in mice

Dietary parboiled rice(PR)has a low risk of disease,but little is known about the contribution of PR to the prevention of *** potential role and underlying mechanisms of PR in hyperlipidemia were evaluated in this *** C57BL/6j mice were fed with a normal diet,high-fat diet(HFD)containing refined rice(HFDRR)or PR(HFDPR).It was found that PR intervention improved lipid accumulation in *** data analysis revealed that 27 genes were up-regulated(mostly involved in lipid breakdown)and 86 genes were down-regulated(mostly involved in inflammatory responses)in the HFDPR group compared to the HFDRR *** 15 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were validated by quantitative real-time PCR(RT-qPCR),while protein interaction network showed that protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C(PTPRC)has a central *** gut microbiota of mice was also altered after different dietary treatments,with higher ratio of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes,increased abundances of Ruminococcaceae,Lachnospiraceae,Christensenellaceae,Porphyromonadaceae,Rikenellaceae and Prevotellaceae,and decreased abundances of Lactobacillaceae,Peptostreptococcaceae,Erysipelotrichaceae and Actinobacteria in the HFDRR *** addition,it was observed that PPAR signaling pathway may act as a bridge between DEGs and differential gut *** results suggested that PR can prevent hyperlipidemia by modulating liver genes and gut microbiota.

A Corpus-Based Comparative Multidimensional Analysis of the Two English Translations of Luoyang jialan ji

By using the MD approach, this study aims at making a comparison between the lexical features in W. j. F. jenner’s and Wang Yitong’s translations of Luoyang jialan ji (547 AD) from a multidimensional perspective. Statistics show that both the two translations belong to the General Narrative Exposition Register. However, there are significant discrepancies between the two versions in Dimension 1 “Involved versus Informational Production”, Dimension 4 “Overt Expression of Persuasion” and Dimension 5 “Abstract versus Non-Abstract Information”. The differences in Dimension 2 “Narrative versus Non-Narrative Concerns” and Dimension 3 “Explicit versus Situation-Dependent Reference” are not that significant. It is found that in Dimension 1, the information density of Wang’s version is much higher than that of jenner’s. In Dimension 4, Wang’s version contains more overt persuasive effort than jenner’s. In Dimension 5, the positive and negative contrast between the two versions indicates that Wang’s version provides information in a more abstract way, whereas jenner’s in a relatively non-abstract way. Combined with typical examples in the two translation versions, this study is hoped to help better understand the translations of Luoyang jialan ji and conduct future studies on the translation styles of the two translators.

Rational design of photocatalyst to maximize the use of sunlight is one of the issues to be solved in photocatalysis *** this study,the CuFe_(2)O_(4)@C/Cd_(0.9)Zn_(0.1)S(CFO@C/CZS)S-scheme photocatalyst with photothermal effect was synthesized by ultrasonic self-assembly combined with *** dark CFO@C absorbed visible light and partly converted into heat to promote the hydrogen evolution *** presence of heterojunctions inhibited the photogenerated electron-hole *** graphite-carbon layer provided a stable channel for electron transfer,and the presence of magnetic CFO made recycle *** the action of photothermal assistance and heterojunction,the hydrogen evolution rate of the optimal CFO@C/CZS was 80.79 mmol g^(-1) h^(-1),which was 2.55 times and 260.61 times of that of pure CZS and CFO@C,***,the composite samples also exhibit excellent stability and a wide range of environmental *** experimental tests and first-principles simulation calculation methods,the plausible mechanism of photoactivity enhancement was *** work provided a feasible strategy of photothermal assistance for the development of heterojunction photocatalysts with distinctive hydrogen evolution.
