As H-and j-aggregation receive more and more attention in the research of organic solar cells(OSCs),especially in small molecular systems,deep understanding of aggregation behavior is needed to guide the design of conjugated small molecular structure and the fabrication process of OSC *** this end,this review is ***,the review firstly introduced the basic information about H-and j-aggregation of conjugated small molecules in ***,the characteristics of H-and j-aggregation and the methods to identify them were ***,it reviewed the research progress of H-and j-aggregation of conjugated small molecules in OSCs,including the factors influencing H-and j-aggregation in thin film and the effects of H-and j-aggregation on OPV performance.

5-Methylcytosine (5mC) is a dynamic and reversible epigenetic modification in genomic DNA of higher *** has been well-established that the demethylation of 5mC occurs through the ten-eleven translocation (TET)-mediated oxidation of 5mC followed by thymine DNA glycosylase (TDG)-initiated base excision repair (BER).Recent findings also have identified an alternative pathway of DNA *** this pathway,TET enzymes directly oxidize 5mC to form 5-formylcytosine (5fC) or 5-carboxylcytosine (5caC).These modified bases can undergo direct deformylation or decarboxylation,***,DNA demethylation can also occur through the deamination of 5mC and 5hmC,resulting in the production of thymine and 5-hydroxymethyluracil (5hmU),*** DNA demethylation pathways possess critical functional implications and roles in biological *** Recent Advances article will focus on the studies of mechanisms and biological functions of DNA demethylation,shedding light on the reversible nature of the epigenetic modification of 5mC.

Leflunomide: A versatile additive for defect reduction, enhanced optoelectronic properties and environmental stability of perovskite films

The development of perovskite photoelectric devices with excellent performance is largely dependent on the defects in the perovskite *** address this issue,a specific drug,leflunomide(LF,C_(12)H_(9)F_(3)N_(2)O_(2)),was incorporated into the perovskite to reduce defects and improve its photoelectric *** is believed that the C=O bond on LF molecule can interact with the uncoordinated Pb2+of the perovskite,thereby reducing non-radiative *** novel approach of incorporating LF into perovskite films has the potential to revolutionize the development of high-performance perovskite photoelectric *** trifluoromethyl functional(–CF_(3))group on LF can form a protective layer on the surface of the perovskite film,shielding it from water ***,LF can be utilized to alter the nucleation position of perovskite,thus minimizing the number of defects and optimizing the film ***,the LF-doped perovskite film displays low trap density and high photoelectric *** LF-doped perovskite film showed a trap density of 8.28×10^(11),which is notably lower than the 2.04×10^(12) of the perovskite film without *** responsivity and detectivity of the LF-doped perovskite photodetector were 0.771 A/W and 2.81×10^(11) jones,respectively,which are much higher than the 0.23 A/W and 1.06×10^(10) jones of the LF-undoped perovskite ***,the LF-doped photodetector maintained an initial photocurrent of 86%after 30 days of storage in air,indicating drastically increased environmental *** strongly suggests that LF is an effective additive for perovskites utilized in optoelectronic devices with high performance.

The CRISPR/Cas9 technology revolutionizes targeted gene knockout in diverse organisms including ***,screening edited alleles,particularly those with multiplex editing,from herbicide-or antibiotic-resistant transgenic plants and segregating out the Cas9 transgene represent two laborious *** solutions to facilitate these processes rely on different selection ***,by taking advantage of the opposite functions of a D-amino acid oxidase(DAO)in detoxifying D-serine and in metabolizing non-toxic D-valine to a cytotoxic product,we develop a DAO-based selection system that simultaneously enables the enrichment of multigene edited alleles and elimination of Cas9-containing progeny in Arabidopsis *** five DAOs tested in Escherichia coli,the one encoded by Trigonopsis variabilis(TvDAO)could confer slightly stronger D-serine resistance than other *** expression of TvDAO in Arabidopsis allowed a clear distinction between transgenic and nontransgenic plants in both D-serine-conditioned positive selection and D-valine-conditioned negative *** a proof of concept,we combined CRISPR-induced single-strand annealing repair of a dead TvDAO with D-serine-based positive selection to help identify transgenic plants with multiplex editing,where D-serine-resistant plants exhibited considerably higher co-editing frequencies at three endogenous target genes than those selected by ***,D-valine-based negative selection successfully removed Cas9 and TvDAO transgenes from the survival offspring carrying inherited ***,this work provides a novel strategy to ease CRISPR mutant identification and Cas9 transgene elimination using a single selection marker,which promises more efficient and simplified multiplex CRISPR editing in plants.

Optimizing the high-temperature energy storage characteristics of energy storage dielectrics is of great significance for the development of pulsed power devices and power control *** a polymer with a higher glass transition temperature(T_(g))as the matrix is one of the effective ways to increase the upper limit of the polymer operating ***,current high-T_(g)polymers have limitations,and it is difficult to meet the demand for high-temperature energy storage dielectrics with only one *** example,polyetherimide has high-energy storage efficiency,but low breakdown strength at high *** has high corona resistance,but low high-temperature energy storage *** this work,combining the advantages of two polymer,a novel high-T_(g)polymer fiber-reinforced microstructure is *** is designed as extremely fine fibers distributed in the composite dielectric,which will facilitate the reduction of high-temperature conductivity loss for *** the same time,due to the high-temperature resistance and corona resistance of polyimide,the high-temperature breakdown strength of the composite dielectric is *** the polyimide content with the best high-temperature energy storage characteristics is determined,molecular semiconductors(ITIC)are blended into the polyimide fibers to further improve the high-temperature ***,excellent high-temperature energy storage properties are *** 0.25 vol%ITIC-polyimide/polyetherimide composite exhibits high-energy density and high discharge efficiency at 150℃(2.9 j cm^(-3),90%)and 180℃(2.16 j cm^(-3),90%).This work provides a scalable design idea for high-performance all-organic high-temperature energy storage dielectrics.

Photoisomerization-induced phase change are important for co-harvesting the latent heat and isomerization energy of azobenzene *** optimizing heat output and energy delivery at alternating temperatures are challenging because of the differences in crystallizability and *** article reports two series of asymmetrically alkyl-grafted azobenzene(Azo-g),with and without a methyl group,that have an optically triggered phase *** exothermic modes were designed to utilize crystallization enthalpy(△H_(c))and photothermal(isomerization)energy(△H_(p))at different temperatures determined by the ***-g has high heat output(275-303 j g^(-1))by synchronously releasing△H_(c)and△H_(p)over a wide temperature range(-79℃to 25℃).We fabricated a new distributed energy utilization and delivery system to realize a temperature increase of 6.6℃at a temperature of-8℃.The findings offer insight into selective utilization of latent heat and isomerization energy by molecular optimization of crystallization and isomerization processes.

In this paper,we consider a model of compressible isentropic two-fluid magneto-hydrodynamics without resistivity in a strip domain in three dimensional *** exploiting the two-tier energy method developed in[Anal PDE,2013,6:1429–1533],we prove the global well-posedness of the governing model around a uniform magnetic field which is non-parallel to the horizontal ***,we show that the solution converges to the steady state at an almost exponential rate as time goes to *** to the work of Tan and Wang[SIAM j Math Anal,2018,50:1432–1470],we need to overcome the difficulties caused by particles.

We perform a unified description of the experimental data of the π^(+)π^(-)and j/ψπ^(±)invariant mass spectra for e^(+)e^(-)→j/ψπ^(+)π^(-)and the D^(0)D^(*-)mass spectrum for e^(+)e^(-)→D^(0)D^(*-)π^(+)at e^(+)e^(-)center-of-mass energies 4.23 and 4.26 *** analysis takes into account open-charm meson loops that contain triangle singularities,the j/ψπ-DD^(*)coupled-channel interaction respecting unitarity,and the strong ππ-KK final state interaction using dispersion *** analysis leads to a precise determination of the Z_(c)(3900)pole with the pole mass and width(3880.7±1.7_(stat)±22.4_(syst))MeV and(35.9±1.4_(stat)±15.3_(syst))MeV,respectively,and hints at that the DD^(*)molecular and non-molecular components are of similar importance in the Z_(c)(3900)formation.

Guaico Culex virus(GCXV)is a newly identified segmented jingmenvirus from Culex *** in Central and South *** genome of GCXV is composed of four or five single-stranded positive RNA ***,the infection kinetics and transmission capability of GCXV in mosquitoes remain *** this study,we used reverse genetics to rescue two GCXVs(4S and 5S)that contained four and five RNA segments,respectively,in C6/36 *** in vitro characterization revealed that the two GCXVs exhibited comparable replication kinetics,protein expression and viral ***,GCXV RNAs were detected in the bodies,salivary glands,midguts and ovaries of Culex quinquefasciatus at 4–10 days after oral *** addition,two GCXVs can colonize *** eggs,resulting in positive rates of 15%–35%for the second gonotrophic *** conclusion,our results demonstrated that GCXVs with four or five RNA segments can be detected in *** eggs during the first and second gonotrophic cycles after oral infection.
