Hydrogeochemical processes that would occur in polluted groundwater and aquifer system,may reduce the sensitivity of Sr isotope being the indicator of hydraulic fracturing flowback fluids(HFFF)in *** this paper,the Dameigou shale gas field in the northern Qaidam Basin was taken as the study area,where the hydrogeochemical processes affecting Sr isotope was ***,the model for Sr isotope in HFFF-polluted groundwater was constructed to assess the sensitivity of Sr isotope as HFFF *** results show that the dissolution can release little Sr to polluted groundwater and cannot affect the εSr(the deviation of the 87Sr/86Sr ratio)of polluted *** the meantime,cation exchange can considerably affect Sr composition in the polluted *** Sr with low εSr is constantly released to groundwater from the solid phase of aquifer media by cation exchange with pollution of Quaternary groundwater by the HFFF and it accounts for 4.6% and 11.0% of Sr in polluted groundwater when the HFFF flux reaches 10% and 30% of the polluted groundwater,***,the Sr from cation exchange has limited impact on Sr isotope in polluted *** of Sr from cation exchange would only cause a 0.2%and 1.2% decrease in εSr of the polluted groundwater when the HFFF flux reaches 10% and 30% of the polluted groundwater,*** results demonstrate that hydrogeochemical processes have little effect on the sensitivity of Sr isotope being the HFFF indicator in groundwater of the study *** the scenario of groundwater pollution by HFFF,when the HFFF accounts for 5%(in volume percentage)of the polluted groundwater,the HFFF can result in detectable shifts of εSr(Δ_(εSr)=0.86)in natural ***,after consideration of hydrogeochemical processes occurred in aquifer with input of the HFFF,Sr isotope is still a sensitive indicator of the Quaternary groundwater pollution by the HFFF produced in the Dameigou shale of Qaidam B

Two acceptor-donor-acceptor(A-D-A)type non-fullerene acceptors(namely WH1 and WH7)containing the oxindole-based bridge are designed and synthesized for polymer solar cells(PSCs)*** bridge unit is introduced through a precursor(6-bromo-1-octylindoline-2,3-dione)that contains both bromine and carbonyl and provides the feasibility of the Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction and the Knoevenagel condensation,*** facile synthetic approach exhibits the potential to gain high performance non-fullerene acceptors through extendingπ-conjugated backbone with strong light-absorbing building *** synthesis and properties of WH1 and WH7 are demonstrated with different endcap units,then PSCs are fabricated using PBDB-T:WH1 and PBDB-T:WH7 as the active layers,and attain an average power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 2.58%and 6.24%,*** device physics studies afford the deep insight of structure variation influence on the device *** work provides a facile non-fullerene acceptor design strategy and shows how structure variations impact the PSC performance.

Pharmaceutical analysis is a discipline based on chemical, physical, biological, and information technologies. At present, biotechnological analysis is a short branch in pharmaceutical analysis;however, bioanalysis is the basis and an important part of medicine. Biotechnological approaches can provide information on biological activity and even clinical efficacy and safety, which are important characteristics of drug quality. Because of their advantages in reflecting the overall biological effects or functions of drugs and providing visual and intuitive results, some biotechnological analysis methods have been gradually applied to pharmaceutical analysis from raw material to manufacturing and final product analysis,including DNA super-barcoding, DNA-based rapid detection, multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification, hyperspectral imaging combined with artificial intelligence, 3D biologically printed organoids,omics-based artificial intelligence, microfluidic chips, organ-on-a-chip, signal transduction pathwayrelated reporter gene assays, and the zebrafish thrombosis model. The applications of these emerging biotechniques in pharmaceutical analysis have been discussed in this review.

A root hair is a polarly elongated single-celled structure that derives from a root epidermal cell and func-tions in uptake of water and nutrients from the surrounding *** reports have demon-strated that short periods of high pH inhibit root hair extension;but the effects of long-term high-pH treat-ment on root hair growth are still ***,we report that the duration of root hair elongation is signicantly prolonged with increasing external pH,which counteracts the effect of decreasing root hair elongation rate and ultimately produces longer root hairs,whereas loss of actin-depolymerizing factor 8 and 11(ADF8/11)function causes shortening of root hair length at high pH(pH 7.4).Accumulation of ADF8/11 at the tips of root hairs is inhibited by high pH,and increasing environmental pH affects the actinlament(F-actin)meshwork at the root hair *** high pH,the tip-focused F-actin meshwork is absent in root hairs of the adf8/11 mutant,actinlaments are disordered at the adf8/11 root hair tips,and actin turn-over is *** and recycling vesicles do not aggregate in the apical region of adf8/11 root hairs at high ***,our results suggest that,under long-term exposure to high extracellular pH,ADF8/11 may establish and maintain the tip-focused F-actin meshwork to regulate polar trafcking of secretory/recycling vesicles at the root hair tips,thereby promoting root hair elongation.

Smads are critical intracellular signal transducers for transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) in mammalian cells. In this study, we have identified WD repeat-containing protein 74(WDR74) as a novel transcriptional coactivator for Smads in the canonical TGF-β signaling pathway. Through direct interactions with Smad proteins, WDR74 enhances TGF-β-mediated phosphorylation and nuclear accumulation of Smad2 and Smad3. Consequently, WDR74 enables stronger transcriptional responses and more robust TGF-β-induced physiological responses. Our findings have elucidated a critical role of WDR74 in regulating TGF-β signaling.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of renal denervation (RDN) on blood pressure with the appropriate dosage of phenol/ethanol solution in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). Methods RDN was performed on the bilateral renal artery. Forty SHRs were divided into four groups according on the dosage of phenol (10% phenol in absolute ethanol): sham group, 0.5 mL phenol group, 1 mL phenol group and 1.5 mL phenol group (n = 10 in each group). Blood pressure was measured by tail-cuff plethysmography. Plasma creatinine was determined four weeks after the treatment. The kidneys and renal arteries were collected and processed for histological examination. Results A sustained decrease in systolic blood pressure (SBP) was only observed after the application of 1 mL phenol for four weeks, while SBP was lowered during the first week after RDN and increased in the following three weeks in the 0.5 mL and 1.5 mL phenol groups compared with the sham group. Renal norepinephrine (NE) was significantly decreased four weeks after RDN in the 1 mL and 1.5 mL phenol group compared with the sham group, but not in the 0.5 ml group. RDN with 1 mL phenol obviously reduced glomerular fibrosis. Histopathological analysis showed that tyrosine hydroxylase immunoreactivity was lower in the 1 mL and 1.5 mL phenol groups compared with the sham group. Moderate renal artery damage occurred in the 1.5 mL phenol group. Conclusion Chemical denervation with 1 ml phenol (10% phenol in absolute ethanol) effectively and safely damaged peripheral renal sympathetic nerves and contributed to the sustained reduction of blood pressure in SHRs.

Objective： To compare the angiogenesis behaviors of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and Chinese medicine Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction（血府逐瘀汤,XZD） ***： Human microvascular endothelial cells（HMEC-1） were treated with various concentrations of either XZD-containing serum（XZD-CS） or VEGF for 24,48,and 72 h,*** viability,proliferation,migration,adhesion,and in vitro tube formation assays were used to assess their angiogenic ***： VEGF promoted all cellular phases involved in angiogenesis including cell viability,proliferation,migration,adhesion,and tube formation（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Unlike the continuous promotion effects of VEGF at the above stages,XZD inhibited cell viability and proliferation（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） and only promoted tube formation in the early phase of angiogenesis（P〈0.01）.Conclusions： These two medications promote different angiogenesis behaviors,which might be an important reason for their distinct therapeutic profile in clinical usage.
