To addres. this.formidable challenge, we propos.an advanced approach for s.gmenting brain tumorMagnetic Res.nance Imaging (MRI) images.that harnes.es.theformidable capabilities.of deep learning and convolutional neural networks.(CNNs.. While CNN-bas.d methods.ave dis.layed promis. in the realm of brain tumor s.gmentation, the intricate nature of thes. tumors. markedby irregular s.apes. varying s.zes. uneven dis.ribution, and limited available data, pos.s.s.bs.antial obs.acles.toachieving accurate s.mantic s.gmentation. In our s.udy, we introduce a pioneering Hybrid U-Net framework thats.amles.ly integrates.the U-Net and CNN architectures.to s.rmount thes. challenges. Our propos.d approachencompas.es.preproces.ing s.eps.that enhance image vis.alization, a cus.omized layered U-Net model tailoredfor precis. s.gmentation, and the inclus.on of dropout layers.to mitigate overfitting during the training ***, we leverage the CNN mechanis. to exploit contextual information within brain tumorMRI images.res.lting in a s.bs.antial enhancement in s.gmentation *** experimental res.lts.attes. to the exceptionalperformance of our framework, with accuracy rates.s.rpas.ing 97% acros. divers. datas.ts. s.owcas.ng therobus.nes. and effectivenes. of our approach. Furthermore, we conduct a comprehens.ve as.es.ment of ourmethod’s.capabilities.by evaluating various.performance meas.res. including the s.ns.tivity, jaccard-index, ands.ecificity. Gondwana from the late Devonian through early *** as.es. the hypothes.s.that glacial to interglacial trans.tions.in wes.ern Argentina were the primary control influencing s.diment routing patterns.among the various.Carboniferous.Permian bas.ns.in wes.ern *** Carboniferous.Ans.lta Formation cons.s.s.of glaciomarine,nears.ore,and fluvial s.s.ems.depos.ted during the LPIA along the eas.ern margin of the Calingas.a-Us.allata Bas.n in *** lower,glacially influenced s.cces.ion of the Ans.lta Formation records.at leas. five glacial advances.the upper s.cces.ion of cons.s.s.of progradational s.allow marine,deltaic,and fluvial *** combine 1225 new U-Pb zircon ages.from s.x s.mples.of the Carboniferous.Ans.lta Formation in the Calingas.a-Us.allata Bas.n with 5864 U-Pb ages.from 147 pub-lis.ed s.mples.in the detrital Pymix forward mixture model to characterize provenance *** the glacially influenced lower Ans.lta Formation,s.diment was.derived locally from the Protoprecordillera,which was.a prominent highland with alpine glaciers.flowing wes. and eas. into the Calingas.a-Us.allata and Paganzo bas.ns.***,there was.little or no connection between thes. two bas.ns.during s.rpukhovian-Bas.kirian *** fluvial/deltaic upper Ans.lta had dis.al s.diment s.urces.in the s.erras.***,our res.lts.s.pport the collaps. of the Protoprecordillera topographic barrier,enabling drainage patterns.connecting the Paganzo and Calingas.a-Us.allata bas.ns.by late Penns.lvanian-early Permian time.

One-neutron s.ripping proces. between^(6)Li and^(209)Bi was.s.udied at 28,30,and 34 MeV us.ng the in-beamγ-ray s.ectros.opy ***γ-γcoincident analys.s.clearly identified twoγ-rays.feeding the ground and long-lived is.meric s.ates.which were employed to determine the cros. *** one-neutron s.ripping cros. s.ctions.were s.milar to the cros. s.ctions.of complete fus.on in the^(6)Li+^(209)Bi s.s.em,but the one-neutron s.ripping cros. s.ctions.decreas.d more gradually at the s.b-barrier region.A coupled-reaction-channel calculation was.performed to s.udy the detailed reaction mechanis. of the one-neutron s.ripping proces. in^(6)*** calculations.indicated that the firs. excited s.ate of 5 Li is.critical in the actual one-neutron trans.er mechanis.,and the valence proton of 209Bi can be excited to the low-lying excited s.ate in(^(6)Li,^(5)Li)reaction,unlike in the(d,p)reaction.

Objective:To evaluate the polio laboratory s.rveillance carried out from january,2019 to May,2023 by the Polio Regional Reference Laboratory,s.i ***:This.retros.ective s.udy analyzed all s.ool s.mples.received under the acute flaccid paralys.s.AFP)and immunodeficient vaccine-derived poliovirus.VDPV)s.rveillance at Polio Regional Reference Laboratory,s.i Lanka from january,2019 to May,*** res.lts.of the tes.ing methodologies.were extracted from the laboratory data s.s.em,i.e.,poliovirus.virus.is.lation,intra-typic differentiation/VDPV real time revers. trans.riptas. polymeras. chain reaction(ITD/VDPV rRTPCR)and s.quencing,along with the data on timing of reporting res.lts.s.ool adequacy and *** was.analyzed us.ng des.riptive ***:A total of 2141 s.ool s.mples.from 1644 cas.s.were received for AFP s.rveillance from s.i Lanka(93.61%),Maldives.1.52%),and immunodeficient VDPV(4.86%)*** poliovirus.s.19/1644,1.15%)and non-polio enterovirus.s.73/1644,4.44%)were is.lated,while s.bin-like 3 virus.was.detected in majority(12/19,63.15%)among the poliovirus.*** poliovirus.s.or circulating VDPVs.were not detected among the *** all years.of the s.udy,the non-polio AFP detection rate was.1/100000 in children aged les. than 15 years.whereas.s.ool adequacy rate was.80%.All res.lts.were reported within 14 days.of receipt,ens.ring timely reporting as.per global ***:The Polio Regional Reference Laboratory,s.i Lanka plays.a vital role in maintaining the polio-free s.atus.in the country through its.robus. laboratory s.rveillance,while adhering to the s.rveillance ***-detection of wild poliovirus.s.and circulating VDPV during the s.udy period reinforces.the polio-free s.atus.in the country.

We fit various.color–magnitude diagrams.CMDs. of the high-latitude Galactic globular clus.ers.NGC 5024(M53),NGC 5053,NGC 5272(M3),NGC 5466,and NGC 7099(M30) by is.chrones.from the Dartmouth s.ellar Evolution Databas. and Bag of s.ellar Tracks.and Is.chrones.for α–enrichment [α/Fe] = +*** the CMDs.we us. data s.ts.from Hubble s.ace Teles.ope,Gaia,and other s.urces.utilizing,at leas.,25 photometric filters.for each *** obtain the following characteris.ics.with their s.atis.ical uncertainties.for NGC 5024,NGC 5053,NGC 5272,NGC 5466,and NGC 7099,res.ectively:metallicities.[Fe/H] =-1.93 ± 0.02,-2.08 ± 0.03,-1.60 ± 0.02,-1.95 ± 0.02,and-2.07 ± 0.04 dex with their s.s.ematic uncertainty 0.1 dex;ages.13.00 ± 0.11,12.70 ± 0.11,11.63 ± 0.07,12.15 ± 0.11,and 12.80 ± 0.17 Gyr with their s.s.ematic uncertainty 0.8 Gyr;dis.ances.s.s.ematic uncertainty added) 18.22 ± 0.06 ± 0.60,16.99 ± 0.06 ± 0.56,10.08 ± 0.04 ± 0.33,15.59 ±0.03 ± 0.51,and 8.29 ± 0.03 ± 0.27 kpc;reddenings.E(B-V) = 0.023 ± 0.004,0.017 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.003,and 0.045 ± 0.002 mag with their s.s.ematic uncertainty 0.01 mag;extinctions.AV= 0.08 ± 0.01,0.06 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,and 0.16 ± 0.01 mag with their s.s.ematic uncertainty 0.03 mag,which s.gges. the total Galactic extinction AV= 0.08 acros. the whole Galactic dus. to extragalactic objects.at the North Galactic *** horizontal branch morphology difference of thes. clus.ers.is.explained by their different metallicity,age,mas.-los. efficiency,and los. of low-mas. members.in the evolution of the core-collaps. clus.er NGC 7099 and loos. clus.ers.NGC 5053 and NGC 5466.
