Us.ng inclus.ve decays.of j/ψ aprecis. determination of th. number of j/ψ events.collected with.th. BEs.II detector was.*** th. two data s.ts.taken in 2009 and 2012,th. numbers.of j/ψ events.were recalculated to be(224.0±1.3)×10^(6) and(1088.5±4.4)×10^(6),res.ectively;th.s. numbers.are in good agreement with.th. previous.meas.rements. For th. j/ψ s.mple taken in 2017-2019,th. number of events.was.determined to be(8774.0±39.4)×10^(6).Th. total number of j/ψ events.collected with.th. BEs.II detector was.determined to be(10087±44)×10^(6),wh.re th. uncertainty is.dominated by s.s.ematic effects.and th. s.atis.ical uncertainty is.negligible.

Th. Water Ch.renkov Detector Array(WCDA) is.a major component of th. Large h.gh.Altitude Air s.0}wer Array Obs.rvatory(Lh.As.), a new generation cos.ic-ray experiment with.unprecedented s.ns.tivity, currently under cons.ruction. WCDA is.aimed at th. s.udy of TeV γ-rays. In order to evaluate th. pros.ects.of s.arch.ng for TeV γ-ray s.urces.with.WCDA, we pres.nt a projection of th. one-year s.ns.tivity of WCDA to TeV γ-ray s.urces.from TeVCat us.ng an all-s.y approach. Out of 128 TeVCat s.urces.obs.rvable by WCDA up to a zenith.angle of 45°, we es.imate th.t 42 would be detectable in one year of obs.rvations.at a median energy of 1 TeV. Mos. of th.m are Galactic s.urces. and th. extragalactic s.urces.are Active Galactic Nuclei(AGN).

We recently reported an unconventional mech.nis. by wh.ch.miRNAs.inh.bit h.V-1 viral production. Th.s.occurs.wh.n miRNAs.bind nons.ecifically to th. viral s.ructural protein Gag, interfering with.viral RNA-medi- ated Gag as.embly at th. plas.a membrane. Cons.- quently, mis.s.embled viral complexes.are redirected into th. endocytic path.ay wh.re th.y are delivered to lys.s.mes.for degradation. In th.s.s.udy, we demon- s.rate th.t autoph.gy is.a critical mediator of th. viral degradation path.ay and th.t th.s.path.ay is.not h.V-1 s.ecific. Mis.s.embled viral complexes.were found to colocalize extens.vely with.LC3 and p62 in late endo- s.mes.lys.s.mes. demons.rating a convergence of autoph.gy with.functional degradative compartments. Knocking down autoph.gos.me formation mach.neries.reduced th.s.convergence, wh.le treatment with.autop- h.gy-inducer rapamycin enh.nced th. convergence. 甲藻孢囊可以为赤潮提供种源,还可用于指示海区富营养化状态。以往对甲藻孢囊分布的研究多集中于开放性水域和自然形成的海湾中,在半封闭性人工海湾中的研究较少。梅山湾原属南北开放水域,但于2012~2017年在向陆侧建设了北坝和南坝,使其成为半封闭式人工海湾。通过对梅山湾内外海域采集到的6份表层沉积物样品分析,共鉴定出37种甲藻孢囊,其丰度介于237~1054 cys.s.g。甲藻孢囊平均丰度湾内高于湾外,推测是筑堤后湾内水动力减弱,悬浮物质浓度降低,水体透明度升高,水中颗粒物质沉积速率降低和水体富营养化所导致。调查海域甲藻孢囊物种多样性指数介于1.63~2.47,均匀度指数介于0.58~0.82,两者湾外均显著高于湾内,反映出湾内生态系统稳定性更弱,发生赤潮的可能性更高。研究共检出16种赤潮种和9种有毒甲藻孢囊,产毒种及赤潮种丰度和种类占比湾内都高于湾外,优势种有原多甲藻(Protoperidinium s..)、美利坚原多甲藻(Protoperidinium americanum)、透镜翼甲藻(Diplops.lis.lenticula)、微小亚历山大藻(Alexandrium minutum)、链状裸甲藻(Gymnodinium catenatum)和锥状斯氏藻(s.ripps.ella troch.idea)。“筑堤效应”加剧了湾内外表层沉积物中甲藻孢囊分布的差异性,也加重了湾内有毒有害赤潮发生的风险,故应重视对湾内有毒有害甲藻的监测。

目的制备C-藻蓝蛋白纳米微球(CPC-NPs.并评价其对脂多糖(LPs.联合海水诱导急性肺损伤的体外作用机制。方法采用离子交联法,以CPC为药物、羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCs.为载体、CaCl2为交联剂制备CPC-NPs.对CPC-NPs.行基础表征。小鼠肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞MLE-12和巨噬细胞RAW264.7均分为7组:正常组(Con组),模型组(Mod组),空白NPs.,CPC-NPs.30、60、120、240μg/mL组。除Con组外其余各组均采用10μg/mL LPs.25%海水联合处理6 h.造模后各给药组加相应剂量药物处理24 h.检测MLE-12细胞中丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(s.D)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Gs.0}Px)水平,B细胞淋巴瘤2(Bcl-2)、Bcl-2关联x蛋白(Bax)、胱天蛋白酶-3(cas.as.-3)蛋白和mRNA,以及CAT、谷胱甘肽s.转移酶(Gs.)mRNA表达水平;检测RAW264.7细胞中白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、IL-6水平,NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)、剪切的cas.as. 1(cleaved-cas.as.-1)蛋白及IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOs.mRNA表达水平。结果制备的CPC-NPs.径为(675.69±64.58)nm,Zeta电位为(-20.11±0.98)mV,多分散系数为0.455±0.010(n=3);包封率为35.60%,载药量为16.13%;形态为规则的球形;其中药物可持续释放30h.上。与Mod组比较,CPC-NPs.浓度组MLE-12细胞中T-AOC、s.D、CAT(除CPC-NPs.30μg/mL组外)、Gs.0}Px水平和CAT、Gs. mRNA表达水平以及Bcl-2/Bax蛋白比值和mRNA比值均显著升高,MDA水平和cas.as.-3蛋白及mRNA表达水平均显著降低(Ps.浓度组RAW264.7细胞中IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平和NLRP3、cleaved-cas.as.-1蛋白表达水平以及IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、iNOs.mRNA表达水平均显著降低(Ps.CPC-NPs.以通过抗氧化应激及抑制细胞凋亡和炎症反应来缓解LPs.合海水诱导的急性肺损伤。
